A new algorithm is presented from minimiEing the gates cost and gate inputs cost for the multiple-output TANT networks. In this algorithm, multiple-output map is organized and multiple-output function is constructed by using combination of minterms in order of the number of head variables. Systematic combination is made by PSA algorithm, and so the total design procedure is simplified.

지진하중을 받는 다경간 단순형교의 낙교방지대책으로 적용되는 cable restrainer를 적절하게 설계하기 위해서는 restrainer의 보강효과에 대한 분석이 우선적으로 이루어져야한다. 본 연구에서는 단순지지 다경간 교량시스템을 중심으로 restrainer로 보강된 교량의 보강효과와 다양한 교량의 영향 요소를 고려할 수 있는 단순화된 해석모형을 개발하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 대상교량의 인접 진동계간의 상대거리, 충돌력, 하부교각으로 전달되는 전단역과 휨모멘트의 변화 등의 동적거동특성을 조사하여 restrainer의 보강효과를 분석하였다. 또한, restrainer의 여유길이 변화, 강성변화, 그리고 restrainer 길이변화에 따른 응답특성을 분석하였다.

최근 인터넷의 보급은 사용자들에게 많은 다국어 정보를 제공하게 되었다. 그러나 정작 각 국가의 언어를 입력하기 위해서는 자주 자판세트를 변경해야만 하며, 각 국가별 자판 세트가 다르기 때문에 많은 입력 오류를 감수해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구진에서는 과거 한국어 환경에서 다국어 지원을 위한 많은 보조 환경을 구축하였으나, 언어 코드의 특성으로 인해 상세한 환경 설정은 전산 전문가의 도움을 통해야 했고, 언어 환경 구축 및 자판 세트 교정에 많은 어려움을 겪었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 XML을 이용하여 일반 윈도우기반 컨트롤에서 다국어 정보를 손쉽게 입력할 수 있는 XML DTD와 입력 보조 클래스를 개발하였다. 본 연구결과물을 이용할 경우 일반 언어전문가들이 자신만의 자판 입력세트를 손쉽게 구성할 수 있으며, 이를 운영하는 시스템의 크기도 매우 줄어들어, 전체적인 컴퓨터 운영 효율성을 상승시키는 효과를 거둘 수 있다.

In this paper, we consider a multi-class queueing system in which different classes of customers have different arrival rates, service rates and class-transition probabilities. We use the fast simulation method to estimate the overflow probability and the expected number of customers of each class at the first time the total number of customers hits a high level. We also discuss the overflow probabilities and the expected number of customers at different loads, respectively.

On the multivariable systems described by state equations, it is well known that the poles of the system can be arbitrarily assigned In the S- plane by some state feedback. In this paper, it is discussed that a canonical form by which the state feedback gain matrix for pole assignment may be easily obtained Is stooled and also an algorithm to fond the state feedback gain matrix is presented.

This paper investigates the consensus problem for linear multi-agent systems with an arbitrary network delay. The sufficient conditions for a state consensus of linear multi-agent systems are provided by using linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, it is shown that under the proposed protocol, the consensus can be achieved even in the presence of an arbitrarily large network delay. Finally, an illustrative example is given in order to show the effectiveness of our design method.

최근 자연문화자원이 중요하게 인식되면서, 자연문화자원을 통한 특성단지개발을 추진하는 예가 많지만, 보전에 대한 규제만 있을 뿐 활용에 대한 가이드라인이 정해지지 않아 정책추진에 어려움을 겪는 예가 많다. 본 연구는 이러한 자연문화자원을 이용한 특정단지개발에 대한 문제 및 발전방안을 몇 가지 실사례를 통해 검토한 것에 있다. 사례조사결과 지방자치단체의 개발여건은 극히 복잡다단한 자원분포를 갖고 있고, 이들이 상호 연결되는 구조를 갖고 있어, 기존과 같이 자연생태도를 통해 일방적으로 개발적지를 정한다든가, 보전 범위를 500m로 설정하는 것과 같은 개발방식은 지역개발에 거의 도움을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타난다. 이러한 일기준 일거점의 개발논리보다는 모든 자원의 속성을 통해 최적의 보전범위를 정해가는 다거점 개발논리가 자원의 보전은 물론 활용에 있어서도 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. 이때 다거점에 대한 연출은 매우 복잡하게 작용하는 바 GIS를 통해 다거점을 조합해 가는 방식이 기술적 방안으로 제안된다.

This study explored the factors that influence school life adjustment of children in multicultural families. The subjects were 177 elementary school children of multicultural families from 1st to 6th grade in DC area. The major findings were as follows. 1) The interests in school and the whole-school adjustment were statistically different according to gender of children in multicultural families, family types 2) There were positive correlations among multicultural adjustment, social supports, and school life adjustment. 3) Of all variables, teachers' supports had the greatest influence on the interests in school and the whole-school adjustment, but friends' supports had the greatest influence on compliance of school rules. This study suggests that various efforts from multi levels, such as schools, teachers, and peer groups, for school life adjustment of children in multicultural families.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 지원해야 하며, 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴, 콘텐츠 등을 제공해야 한다. 또한 다국어기반의 웹사이트 특성상 유니코드 기반의 다국어서비스 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 비교 평가와 표준모형에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트를 설계 및 구현한다.

ECCOMAS Thematic Conference Multibody 2003 was held at IST (Instituto Superior Technico), Lisbon, Portugal from July 1 to July 4. 2003. And MBDV(Multibody Dynamics and Vibration) in the 2003 ASME DETC was held at Chicago, U.S.A. from September 2 to September 6. In this paper, the presented papers in these conferences were reviewed and the trends in the multibody dynamics are summarized. The session titles in these conferences include Flexible Multibody Dynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, Contact, Biomechanics, Real-time Challenges, Spatial manipulator and Control, Multidisciplinary Applications, and Advanced Education. The poster session was also organized for more discussions in the Multibody2003 conference.
