A Study for Developing Generic Competency Standards Focusing on Professional Engineer Qualification in National Technical Qualification Act (공통직무능력표준 개발연구: 국가기술자격법상 기술사 자격을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer and so improve the quality of Korean professional engineer into an international level. First, this study intends to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that contributes to maintain and enhance the quality of professional engineers in terms of a linkage among education and training, qualification, and labor market. Second, this study aim to obtain the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that applies to reform the criteria of certification, testing, and interview of National Technical Qualification System as well as to develop the curriculum of engineering education and continuing professional development and the system of human resource management in corporations. As a result, a final draft of the national generic competency standards for professional engineer was confirmed to include 12 clusters of competency standards and 56 elements of competency standards.

단단 G-M 극저온 냉동기 HPS80200(200W@80K) 개발품 냉동능력 평가

  • 진공산업 분야에서 OLED 디스플레이가 큰 시장으로 성장하며 크라이오 펌프가운데서 특별히 수분만 집중적으로 배기할 수 있는 워터펌프(CWP or cold trap)가 각광받고 있다. 이에 현민지브이티(Genesis)는 중소기업청 중소기업개발지원사업의 일환으로 진행된 2014년도 구매조건부 신제품 개발사업에 선정되어 '극저온 G-M냉동기를 이용한 대용량 Cold Trap개발'과제를 수행하면서 32인치 급으로 수분에 대해서 30,000[L/s] 이상의 배기속도를 가지는 대형 CWP를 개발하고 있다. 그 일환으로 본 CWP에 장착할 80K에서 200W급 단단 G-M 냉동기를 2015년 국내 최초로 개발하였다. 본 HPS80200(200W @80K) 단단 G-M냉동기에 대한 성능시험을 수행하던 중 기존 평가방식에 보완할 부분이 있음을 확인하였다. 통상적으로 G-M냉동기의 냉동능력은 저온 스테이지 상단에 온도센서와 히터가 설치된 히터 블럭을 장착한 후 일정한 열부하를 인가하면서 77K 또는 80K에서의 냉동능력을 측정한다. 문제는 여기에 설치하는 온도센서의 장착 위치의 중요성이다. 즉, 어느 부위의 온도를 냉동기의 대표 온도로 정하느냐에 따라 냉동기의 성능 값에 큰 차이를 나타내기 때문이다. 실제 확인 결과, 온도는 히터블럭 내의 위치뿐 아니라 저온 스테이지 부위별로도 크게 차이를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보다 합리적이고 정확한 냉동 능력 측정을 위해 77K 에서 냉동기의 질소 액화 능력으로 냉동능력을 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 HPS80200냉동기의 보다 정확한 냉동능력(77K에서 200W 이상임을 확인함)을 측정할 수 있었고 냉동기의 저온 스테이지에서 대표온도로 설정할 수 있는 위치도 확인할 수 있었다.

Development of Criteria for Measuring the Observation Abilities of Elementary School Students (초등학생의 관찰능력 측정을 위한 준거 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the criteria for measuring the observation abilities of elementary school students. Object, viewpoint and mental demand constitute the evaluation criteria of observation abilities. Object domain was classified into two- and three-dimensional figures, while viewpoint was classified into constancy and variety of views. Mental demand covered 2 through 5. The assesment tool based on the threedimensional criteria was developed for the lower, middle and upper grades of 166 elementary school students. Results from this study were as follows. These students' scores were significantly different in the classification by each dimension and distinguishable between the grades. They scored high on two-dimensional figures, constancy of view and lower mental demand, and the upper grade students' scores were higher than the lower ones in all dimensions. Therefore, the evaluation criteria developed in this study can be used effectively for measuring the observation abilities of elementary school students. Implication for this study was determined to be the development of a valid and reliable test for observation abilities of elementary school students.

A Study on the Development Direction of the Next-generation Smart Training Education Platform(STEP) for the Development of National Lifelong Vocational Skills (국민 평생직업능력개발을 위한 차세대 스마트직업훈련플랫폼 개발 방향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the role and function of Smart Training Education Platform(STEP) as a public online platform that should be aimed at for the development of customized lifelong vocational skills as the existing Occupational Skills Development Act was revised to the National Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act. To this end, the role and function of STEP's public service was derived based on domestic public online platform service case studies and expert FGI, and an expert verification meeting was held. Based on this, implications for the role and function of STEP as a public online platform were presented.

  • An ideology what a modern society seeks is lifelong employment through lifelong learning. The single word which draws the attainment is lifelong vocational competency development. This study is designed for exploring its possibility and limit of a redesign of it, and tries to propose efficiently a redesign idea of a vocational educational path. To this end, it was analyzed by a subject for a national human resource foundation plan and a lifelong bocational competency development foundation plan. In addition to that, it was covered a structure and content analysis of main laws and regulations which are a base of policy making. An educational path could be divided into an area of formal education system, an area of workplace for labors, and an area of lifelong vocational competency development. And the insights were drawn by pulling apart an operational situation of main organizations and a recurrent process of the educational path. The redesign plan of a vocational education path we did analyze to activate lifelong vocational competency development system is deduced as following. Firstly, it should be re-organized with a direction towards an effective manpower training to be linked with skills and demands required by an industry. Secondly, it should be generalized for a model of recurrence between work and learning and its alternation for lifelong vocational competency development. Thirdly, it should create a cluster in the region for lifelong vocational competency development so that it is to form an efficient network to have a division of labor and its liaison with cooperative relationship.

  • 정보화가 진전됨에 따라 많은 컴퓨터 시스템이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 대부분의 컴퓨터 시스템들이 초기에는 독자적인 운영에 만족하였으나 시스템의 효율성이나 사용자의 요구로 인하여 시스템간의 정보교환에서 기능교환에 이르기까지 정보시스템의 상호운용성이 시스템의 성능을 측정하는 중요한 요소가 되어가고 있다. 그리고 컴포넌트 기반의 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 패러다임이 발전하면서 컴포넌트의 상호운용성과 재사용성을 이용한 시스템 개발이 시도되고 있고 컴포넌트 개발 방법론 또한 발전하고 있다. 그러나 정보 시스템의 상호운용성에 관한 체계적인 연구는 현재 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 미 국방성에서 정보시스템의 상호운용성 측정 및 평가를 위하여 사용하는 LISI 모델을 확장하여 컴포넌트 기반 시스템외 상호운용성을 측정 및 평가할 수 있는 상호운용 능력 모텔을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 컴포넌트 상호운용 능력 모델은 컴포넌트 기반 시스템의 개발 프로세스에 따라 각 개발 단계에서 상호운용성을 측정할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 따라서 본 논문의 상호운용 능력 모텔은 상호운용 성숙도 모델로 확장하여 기 개발된 시스템의 상호운용 성숙도 측정이나 향상에 사용할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of self-development competency on employment readiness for job achievement of women's university students and to enhance the recruiting rate of female students ultimately. This paper classified the factors of self-development competency and employment readiness and defined a new research model. This study is meaningful what self-development competency is actually helpful for female undergraduates to get a job. Both self-recognition skill and self-control skill have positive primary effects on their career development skills in self-development competency. Career development skills has a positive secondary effect on not only their goal setting for job seeking but also their searching for job information. This paper suggests that career development skills is of paramount importance so as to improve employment readiness. It is expected that executable education policies and cases can be more developed on the basis of this study.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive implications by grasping how the occupational identity of vocational training teachers who teach programming in vocational training field was formed. Teacher A, who has been engaged in programming education and training for over 20 years, was interviewed in a narrative research. For the research question 'what is the occupational identity formation process of programming vocational training teachers?' It was found that educational experience had an effect on the formation of occupational identity. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to investigate the process of forming occupational identity of programming vocational training teachers and to examine its meaning. Proposals for future research are as follows. First, in the follow-up study, it is necessary to study a wide range of experiences targeting various programming vocational training teachers according to age, working period, and affiliated institutions. Second, it is necessary to study policies and issues experienced in the field.

Investigating the Classification and Ordering of Global Partnership Countries for Technical Vocational Education and Training, Using Cluster Analysis (직업능력개발 국제협력 중점 협력국 유형화 분류 및 우선순위 설정을 위한 군집분석)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the priority partner countries for technical vocational education and training (TVET), using the cluster analysis. The partner countries were prioritized for finance supports and knowledge sharing. We had also redesigned the TVET assistance process as well as reflected the needs of recipient countries for TVET. Especially, by redesigning the methodological support process, we also increased the effectiveness and efficiency of TVET official development assistance. In research method, potential 24 priority partner countries have been designated by the international development cooperation committee and selection criteria of international cooperation agencies and banks. Then, we conducted the cluster analysis, using three main variables: economic factor, labor market factor, education factor. In results, we clustered four and three types of the priority partner countries for TVET. In future, we suggested the new approach for selecting the priority partner countries in terms of employment and labor as well as non-designated partner countries, which will need to cooperate for TVET.

  • 지식, 기술, 정보가 경쟁력의 원천이 되는 산업 발전의 변화추세에 따라 세계 각국은 일-교육$\cdot$훈련-자격의 긴밀한 연계체제인 국가직업능력표준을 동해 국가 인적자원 개발 시스템을 개선해 나아가고 있다. 우리나라에서도 노$\cdot$$\cdot$정 합의에 의해 2002년부터 전 산업분야에 적용될 국가직업능력표준이 개발되고 있다. 이렇게 개발된 국가직업능력표준을 이용하여 우리나라 기능대학/전문대학의 컴퓨터 응용기계설계과에서 활용할 수 있는 교육과정과 교재개발방안을 제시한다.
