  • 도서관 정보시스템에 대한 평가 논문중에서 최종이용자를 대상으로 하여 검색기능의 성능을 평가한 논문은 많이 볼 수 있으나, 또 다른 이용자 계층인 사서를 대상으로하여 업무를 수행함에 있어서 전산화가 작업효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 소프트웨어 평가논문은 미비하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 도서관 정보시스템의 또 다른 이용자 계층인 사서에 초점을 맞추고, 사서의 작업행태를 조사분석하여 소프트웨어의 보완점과 개선점을 파악하여 업무의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.

  • Recently. many projects have been actively implementing IPsec on the various Operating Systems for security of IPv6 network. But there is no existing tool that checks the IPsec-based systems, which provide IPsec services, work Properly and provide their network security services well In the IPv6 network. In this paper, we design SERDL(Security Evaluation Rule Description Language) and rule execution tool for evaluating security of the IPv6 network, and we provide implementation details. The system Is divided into following parts : User Interface part, Rule Execution Module part, DBMS part and agent that gathering information needed for security test.

Methods of Subjective Image Quality Evaluation in Pictorial Images (사진의 주관적 화질 평가 방법; 요인 분석을 통한 평가 항목 선정을 중심으로)

  • Recent changes show that the goals of reproduction devices have changed from accurately reproducing scenes to improving user preference. It implies that the directions in developing cameras, the most common reproduction devices, are moving from performance-centered to quality-centered, from developers to users. Accepting such changes demand new standards in evaluating reproduction devices. This paper suggests a new method to evaluate the quality of images, based on cognitive properties of users. The quality of an image is a result oriented from the interaction of various attributes, therefore some functional tests are not enough to evaluate total quality of an image. In this respect, an evaluation model which integrates various physical attributes of an image is needed, that enables a third observer to subjectively evaluate the total quality of an image. In this paper, the experiment was carried out to 127 subjects, with the 84 test stimuli and 11 evaluation factors, followed by an factor analysis. The evaluation factors to assess the quality of images in this paper includes the results by cognitions of users and the properties of reproduction, the factors not only evaluate the quality but suggest how to improve them.

A Study on Course-Embedded Assessment for Program Outcomes of Information Security Program for Engineering Education Accreditation (공학교육인증을 위한 정보보호학 프로그램의 교과 기반 학습성과 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This paper evaluates the achievement of program outcomes using course-embedded assessment for information security programs. In the case study concerning the development of course-embedded assessment used in this paper, we evaluate program outcomes using various evaluation tools including the course evaluation data. In addition, we consider the evaluation rubric and evaluation procedure for course-embedded program outcomes, set performance criteria, select the probe course with high contribution to the program outcomes according to curriculum flowchart, set course objectives for the probe course, and explain the rubric for each assessment tool to measure achievement level. Subsequently, we perform course-embedded program outcomes assessment, based on tests and projectevaluation tool for each program objectives, and present the achievement levels based analysis results. These results prove the effectiveness of the proposed course-embedded assessment for program outcomes.

Development of SW Program Assesment Indicator for SW Education in Elementary and Middle School (초·중학교 SW교육을 위한 프로그래밍 평가지표 개발)

  • In this paper, I developed a assesment indicator to evaluate SW program developed by students in SW education. The SW education carry out in elementary school, middle school and high school from 2016. But the assesment indicator to evaluate SW program had not been developed until now. Therefore, I tried to develop the assesment indicator that have harmoniously educational characteristic and SW qualitative characteristic. First of all, I had set the 15 attributes for assesment and developed the 36 criteria for 15 attributes. And the validity of 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment had been reviewed by 39 SW educational experts. As a result, the 15 attributes and 36 criteria for assesment were determined to which that have validity. I expect that the assesment indicator developed in this paper will raise the reliability of evaluation in SW education. And the assesment indicator may be used at SW competition conference for teenagers.

The study of the evaluating equipment development for the surface of the road pavement (포장 도로면 평가 장비 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 그루빙(grooving),타이닝(tinning),텍스쳐(texture) 등의 포장 도로의 표면 상태를 고성능의 레이저 변위센서를 사용하여 정밀하게 측정하고, 측정한 표면 상태를 객관적으로 평가하는 장비 개발에 관한 논문이다. 본 논문에서는 실제 평가 장비 차량을 만들기에 앞서 전체 시스템을 설계하고, 실내에서 차량과 도로의 모사 장비를 만들어 실험하였다. 본 실험에서는 오실로스코프와 DAQ (Data Aquisition) 보드를 사용하였다. LabView로 선호처리 프로그래밍을 하여 컴퓨터 화면에 GUI 형태로 나타내었다. 측정 데이터는 컴퓨터의 저장 공간에 저장하여 후처리를 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 실제 평가 장비 차량에 장착하게 될, GPS(Global Positioning System) 시스템으로 부터 실시간으로 평가 장비 차량의 이동거리 데이터를 얻었다. 실험 결과 차량이 80km/h로 주행할 때 도로 표면 타이닝의 폭과 깊이가 평균 9.67% 오차를 보였으며, 이동거리는 0.03% 이내의 오차를 보여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다.

부산 북항 방파제 통항에서의 조선자의 주관적 평가

  • 논문은 항만 위험관리의 한 분야로 항로를 계획하거나 기존 항로를 검증하는데 필요한 조선자의 조종상의 곤란한 정도를 다루기 위한 것이다. 이 논문은 한국해양연수원이 보유하고 있는 실시간 풀미션 선박조종 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 부산 북항의 방파제 통과시에 나타나는 조선자의 주관적 평가와 조선자가 시행한 조종 위험도에 대한 상관관계를 비교하였으며 조선자의 심리적 부담감이 실제 조선에 어떻게 나타나는가를 중점적으로 다르고 있다. 이 논문의 결론은 두 가지로 말할 수 있는데 하냐는 조종위험도와 주관적 평가 사이에는 상관관계가 있어 조종위험도가 크면 주관적 평가도 같이 증가함을 알 수 있고 다른 하나는 충분히 'tideway'를 주면 통과할 수 있는데도 불구하고 시각적으로 보이는 여유 공간에 제한을 받아 통과할 정도의 'tideway'를 줄 수 없는 점이다. 이를 보면 시각적으로 보이는 모습이 항로 설계에 중요한 부분이 됨을 알 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 영상의 확대 및 축소에 필요한 보간 방식들에 대한 성능을 평가하는 방법에 대하여 논하였다. 본 논문에서 비교한 성능 평가 방법에는 PSNR 비교와 에지(edge) 특성 비교, 그리고 화소 값이 다른 화소수 비교와 Binary 이미지를 이용한 비교 방법들이 있으며, 이러한 비교 방법들은 보간된 이미지의 특성에 따라 각각의 장, 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 평가 방법이 어떠한 특성의 화질을 평가하는데 유용한지 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석하였다.

A Study on the Development of Assessment Tools for Evaluating the Achievement of Program Educational Objectives (프로그램 교육목표 달성도를 평가하기 위한 평가도구 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The program educational objectives(PEO) are defined as the goals that students should achieve in 3~4 years after graduation. Assessment tools for evaluating program educational objectives might be different for every program. In this paper, we developed and proposed assessment tools which include not only direct assessments through the present study but also indirect assessment through question rubrics. With the proposed assessment tools, we conduct a mimic evaluation for graduates and their employers in order to evaluate the degree of achievement of each PEO.

Learning Evaluation System Based on Fuzzy Inference (퍼지 추론기반 학습평가 시스템)

  • Many studies have reported that each evaluation had a stronger effect on the development of a student's teaming ability. Nevertheless, in reality schools rely on the results of summative evaluation after the lesson only for the purpose of learning evaluation. Such a method of evaluation is a result-oriented learning evaluation, with no consideration of developing process of loaming ability of each student. Existing learning evaluation has been considered difficult to process learning performance ability in a clearer manner, as it examines teaming performance ability by diagnostic evaluation and learning ability improvement by formative evaluation, separately. Therefore, this paper proposes a learning evaluation method incorporating diagnostic and formative evaluation, using a Fuzzy inference, for a more objective assessment of performance ability. The proposed method assessed teaming ability based on different weight values, in order to reflect the level of diagnostic and formative evaluation.
