This study aims to establish a research model to analyze the structural relationship between the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers, the trust of the manager, and the quality of service. As a result, first, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship among service quality in the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Second, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship between the working environment and the trust of managers of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the elderly medical welfare facility and improve the quality of service, it is necessary to create a working environment and establish a trust relationship among members. In addition, in order to cultivate competency and provide high-quality services for the elderly medical welfare facility workers, managers need to understand the individual characteristics of members, and to assign duties according to roles, accurate division of duties and personnel management are required.

This study has a purpose of analyzing the difference of care giver's subjective awareness of self-efficacy and job satisfaction according to the types of welfare facilities, before studying the structural relationship between the management variables about workers at the welfare facilities for improving the quality of elderly medical welfare service. As a result of empirical analysis, there was no awareness difference of care givers according to the types of the elderly medical welfare facilities, but in general it was emphasized that the care givers' satisfaction with self-efficacy and job satisfaction was very essential in providing the elderly medical service. Therefore, this study has significance that it provided the theoretical fundament for efficient management method about the workers of the elderly medical welfare facilities.

Purpose of this study is to find the way to improve older people's life satisfaction from identifying factors, which were derived from exploring several variables (perceived health, mental health, health literacy, and mental health literacy), affecting perception on ageing positively and negatively. This study used data (400 people age 65 and over) from survey on ageism and age integration conducted by 'supporting project of enhancing humanities and social capacity' of National Research Foundation of Korea. The results are as followed; 1) older people negatively perceived psycho-social ageing; 2) older people had high level of depression; 3) showing slightly low level of health literacy and mental health literacy; 4) depression, perceived health and mental health literacy were significant factors influence on perceived psycho-social aging. With these results, the ways were suggested to improve positive psycho-social ageing and quality of life.

The results of this study is as follow: An economic needs must development of home shopping system, home banking system and telecommuting system. A medical needs must development of medical support system, medical information system and telemedical support system. A house needs must development of home automatic system, internet system. A culture needs must development of event system, leisure information system. A traffic needs must development of automatic traffic geographical system, automatic operating system. An education needs must development of teleeducation system, knowledge studying support system.

노령층의 증가로 인하여 독거 노인층이 점점 증가하고 있다. 독거 노인은 외부의 침입이나 갑작스런 건강상의 문제로 위험에 처해질 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 독거 노인의 의료복지에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 독거 노인의 의료 복지에 적용할 수 있는 활동량 모니터링 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 저 전력으로 동작하는 지그비 임베드 네트워크와 DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) 전화 시스템으로 구성되어, U-Health 케어 개념으로 활동량과 혈압 등의 인체 정보를 일상 생활 속에서 병원 및 보호자에게 전송할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 미래의 독거 노인 원격진료 시스템에 적용될 수 있다.

최근 실내공기질의 관심은 사무실 등의 건축물에서 신축공동주택, 학교, 교통수단 등으로 확대되고 있으며, 특히 생활수준의 향상으로 건강한 삶을 추구하며 쾌적한 실내공간을 확보하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 환경성 질환과 연계하여 민감계층군(어린이의 어린이집 등)과 사회취약계층(노인, 장애인들의 노인 및 장애복지시설)등 사회복지시설에 관심에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이다.

최근 노인관련 요양 문제는 이미 사회적 이슈로 떠오르면서 각 가정에서의 돌봄이 곤란한 어르신들이 요양원, 재가복지센터, 주간보호센터, 노인전문병원 등에서 요양보호사의 도움이 절대적으로 필요한 일상이 되었다. 무엇보다도 장기요양서비스를 이용하는 어르신 대부분은 노인성 질환 또는 치매를 앓고 있다. 이는 각 가정에서의 돌봄이 어려운 어르신들에게 직접서비스를 제공 하는 종사자인 요양보호사들은 다양한 치매어르신들의 문제행동을 안고 현장에서의 돌봄을 제공한다. 따라서, 요양보호사의 직무 관련 스트레스에 미치는 영향력 파악과 이와 더불어 직무스트레스가 치매어르신의 문제행동과 종사자의 소진 간의 매개 효과가 있는 지 규명하는 연구들이 활발하게 이루어 짐으로 이를 규명한 내용을 토대로 대안 마련을 위한 유익한 제언들이 필요하다.

Aging our country is facing now is seeking qualitative and quantitative expansion of social welfare services. In particular, the rapid increase in the aging population is an urgent need to resolve the problems of inducing demand for medical care and various welfare related to the elderly, In addition, IT technology in Korea is improving daily, in particular, fields of ubiquitous have been studied actively. In this paper, U-Health Care System model technology for the elderly were studied. Existing residential and senior living environment dedicated to the Care system for the fusion of design, and content designed around the ubiquitous technology that combines the old Care system was studied. Existing community-based model that combines technology and IT systems and mobile elderly Care services in conjunction with other devices by providing an application, the existing Care and medical needs will be able to solve the problems.

가구는 주택과 내구소비재 구입의 단위가 되기 때문에 장래의 가구수에 대한 자료는 정부가 주택정책을 수립하거나, 기업체가 가전제품이나 가구를 생산하는 장기 계획을 짜는 데 필요불가결한 정보 중 하나이다. 우리 나라는 현재 심각한 주택난을 겪고 있으며 이 주택난은 가구의 급증과 떼어 놓고 생각할 수 없다. 최근 우리 나라의 주택난 해소에 대한 합리적인 대책을 수립하자면 정확하고 상세한 가구추계가 요청된다. 그리고 경제적으로 취약한 계층인 노년인구가 급증하고 있는 것과 관련해서 노인가구의 증가가 예상되고 있는데 이들을 대상으로 하는 각종 사회복지정책의 수립에는 전반적인 가구구조와 노인가구에 관한 정확한 예측이 절실하게 요청되고 있다. 본 연구는 단순한 가구수 추계뿐만 아니라 가구구조 및 혼인상태별로 다양하게 가구수를 추계할 수 있는 비교적 간편하면서도 신뢰성을 인정받고 있는 고노(Kono)의 확장된 가구주율법을 사용하고 최근의 센서스 자료를 활용하여 가구수 추계를 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 지난 30년간의 가구구조의 변동을 분석하고 1990년 이후 10년간 우리 나라의 시·도별 가구수를 전망하며, 노인가구를 위시한 가구형태별, 가구규모 및 혼인상태별로 가구수를 추계하고 있다. 아무쪼록 이 연구결과가 지방자치화에 따른 지역 주택정책 수립 및 노인복지 등 각종 사회복지정책의 수립에 필요한 자료로써 널리 활용되기를 바란다.

The purposes of this study are, 1) to explore the factors related to the family caregivers' preferences for service utilization both of the community-based welfare and health-care services, and 2) to examine the reasons why not want to use services analyzing a survey data obtained from family caregivers(n=1,000). Anderson and Newman's Behavior model was employed to examine the factors related to the preferences for service utilization. The main results are as follows. 1) Logistic regression analyses demonstrated that predisposing factor(such as age and relations with frail elderly) and enabling factor(such as economic status, secondary caregiver, informal informational support provider, etc) were significant predictor for caregivers' preference for service utilization. Contrary to an expectation, needs factor was negatively related to the preference for service. More specifically, the more they have service needs, the less they show their willingness to use community-based service both in welfare and health-care services except for care education program. 2) Caregiver identified 'family caregiving consciousness'(family should take care of frail elderly, elderly dislike be taken care of) as an important reason not want to use community services next to financial factor. These findings have several implications for policy making especially for 'public long-term care insurance' which was planned to start in 2007.
