To complete the social security against the social risks it is on the one hand necessary to provide an elaborate system of coordination in the field of social security. It should be pursued on law as well as policy. Social security benefits should be comparatively analysed to have implications for the national legislation.

인구의 고령화로 인한 노인여가복지시설에서 실질적인 생활거점과 복지시설로 역할이 변화하면서 경로당의 이용자가 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나, 다중의 고령층이 장시간 이용하는 시설임에도 불구하고 경로당에서 발생하고 있는 재난 및 안전사고에 관한 기초적인 정보 수집이 전무한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 중 경로당을 중심으로 현장을 직접 방문하여 관련자 인터뷰와 통계자료를 분석하여 재난 및 안전사고 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 현재 경로당에서 운영하는 프로그램을 조사하고, 노인의 건강하고 안전한 여가생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 될 수 있도록 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구결과가 신(新) 노년 세대를 위한 노인여가복지정책 연구에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대해본다.

본 연구의 논의의 전개는 오늘날 산업사회의 발달로 인해 고도의 경제성장과 의료기술의 발달로 평균 수명이 늘어나고 이로 인한 인구 고령화 현상이 급속히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 논의를 토대로 고령화 사회에서 재가노인복지서비스가 제대로 이루어지기 위해서 본 연구는 재가노인복지서비스가 전문적인 서비스 수준으로 이어져야 한다고 보고 있다. 이에 따라 재가노인복지서비스의 필요성, 재가노인복지 사업, 문제점 등에 대해서 개괄적으로 살펴보고 우리나라 재가노인복지서비스의 과제와 개선방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서 노인복지시설에 관한 문헌 검토와 노인 복지시설 종사자의 직무요인 및 조직성과에 대한 제이론을 검토하였다. 이론을 근거로 실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 인과관계의 영향요인에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인인 보수, 승진, 조직풍토, 업무환경, 조직구조가 조직성과인 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 충성도에 다르게 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서는 연구대상에 대한 인구통계학적 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하며, 구조방정식모형을 향해 가설검증을 실행하고자 한다.

본 연구는 노인복지시설의 성과평가에 미치는 우선순위 결정요인을 파악한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 통하여 노인 복지시설에 미치는 결정요인을 설정하였다. Saaty의 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)를 활용하여 각각의 결정요인들에 대한 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 노인복지는 특정한 분야로 한정되어 있지 않기 때문에 양적인 방법만으로 설명하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 질적 및 양적 방법을 활용할 수 있는 계층분석과정방법과 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 노인복지시설의 분석결과를 요약하면 투입에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 예산이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 산출에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 운영체계화와 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 세부항목 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 결산서와 전문인력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설유형별 투입요인은 이용시설과 생활시설 모두 예산이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 산출요인은 이용시설은 운영체계화, 생활시설은 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 노인복지시설에 미치는 결정요인에 따른 몇 가지 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information education satisfaction of the elderly welfare center on information utilization satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed the elderly who were enrolled in the elderly welfare center from September 02 to September 24, 2015. First, in the information cognition improvement of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information, education instructor, and educational environment are important. And in the improvement of the information experience of the elderly, it was found that the education contents, the education method, the instructor and the educational environment factors of the satisfaction of information education were important factors. Second, in the improvement of personal factors satisfaction of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information and education and the factors of education instructor were important factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and satisfaction of the elderly.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

우리나라의 대표적인 노인여가활동 프로그램의 중심인 경로당은 노인여가복지시설로 노인복지법 제36조에 의거 만65세 이상인 지역노인이 자율적으로 친목을 도모하고 취미활동과 공동작업장을 운영한다. 또한 각종 정보교환과 기타 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 장소를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 그러나 선행연구들에 의하면 가장 가까이에 있는 시설이지만 여러 가지 이유로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인여가활동 프로그램과 관련된 연구들의 결과를 토대로 현황을 분석하고, 노인여가활동 프로그램의 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

고령화 시대에 있어서 노인복지시설을 이용하는 많은 노인들이 본인의 의지와 관계없이 일반적으로 경험하게 되는 건강관리 관련 프로그램은 대체의학과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 대체의학을 노인관련 의료복지에 적용함으로써 노인성질환에 대한 예방과 치료에 활용하고 치료를 통하여 노인의료복지의 수준을 제고하는데 노력을 할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 노인들의 일상생활에서의 대체의학의 요법을 통해서 포괄적인 건강증진을 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

This paper was studied on policy direction of information service for aged welfare. An element on social changes is as follow: economic problem, medical problem, leisure problem, alienation problem. Solution of this problem needs information service. Information service is Telecommuting service, home shopping service, medical support service, medical information service, telemedical support service, internet service, and knowledge studying support service. The results of this study is as follow: First, aged welfare organization must be constructed. Second, Network for aged welfare must be constructed. Third an aged must be utilization of information service. Fourth, policy of nation must be changes. Fifth, information service of aged welfare must be developed.
