This study was conducted to investigate the effects of workplace bullying and social support on turnover intention of nurses. The data included 133 nurses who worked in general hospitals in Chungchungbukdo. Data were collected from 1 November, 2016 to 25 December using self-report, structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0. The results showed that the effects of workplace bullying and social support on turnover intention averaged 1.46 (out of 4), 3.55 (out of 5) and 3.30 (out of 5). Additionally, there was a significant positive correlation between workplace bullying and turnover intention (r=0.218, p=0.012) and negative correlations between social support and turnover intention (r=-0.363, p<0.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of turnover intension were education (${\beta}=-0.268$, p<0.009), total clinical experience (${\beta}=0.706$, p<0.001), and workplace bullying (${\beta}=0.183$, p<0.036). Based on these results, it is necessary to recognize the importance of workplace bullying and develop and adapt programs to reduce workplace bullying in order to decrease turnover intention among nurses.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Dance Sports on body composition, blood level of lipids and leptin in the middle-aged women. The 24 subjects for this study were divided into three groups by the % fat classification non-obese control group (n=8, CG), obese group with Dance Sports (n=8, OG), and normal group with Dance Sports (n=8, NG). They performed Dance Sports with 60∼80% of HRmax, for 60min a day and three times per week during 12 weeks. The body composition, blood levels of total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride and leptin were examined before and after Dance Sports. The percent body fat was decreased in OG and NG significantly. The blood levels of HDL-cholesterol were increased in OG and NC after the Dance Sports. The blood levels of triglyceride was significantly decreased in the same groups. Other serum lipids were not changed significantly. The blood levels of leptin were decreased in OG and NC after the Dance Sports. But the lowering effect of Dance Sports in the obese group (OG) was not improved compared with that in the normal group (NG), suggesting that Dance Sports on the obese group (OG) has no further improving effect in the change of blood lipid and leptin. These results suggest that Dance Sports has a beneficial effect on the change of blood levels of HDL-cholesterol and leptin.
The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of violence in sports on intention to sport continuance among female athletes and to analysis the mediating effect of depression and the difference groups according to help-seeking. In order to accomplish these purposes, this study surveyed from September to October in 2010. The final subjects in the analysis were 345 female athletes who are belong to school athletic team, professional team, business team, and national team. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 10.0 for conducting multiple group analysis. The main results of this study are as follows; First, those who were suffered by emotional violence were 62.4%; those who are damaged by physical violence were 28.6% among the participants in this study. In case of intention to sport continuance, when measured by a rule of five, was average 3.15. 29.9% of the female athletes scored above the standard of depression. Second, depression turned out to have a partial mediating effect within the relationship where violence in sports has effect on intention to sport continuance. Third, between experimental and non-experimental group on help-seeking among female athletes, there was a statistically significant difference in the structural relationship. This means that help-seeking has moderating effect within the path of violence in sports affecting depression. Based on the results, this study suggested that there is a strong need for intervention for the both prevention and cure of the sports violence. It is necessary to develop preventive programs and coping strategies on female athletes' depression and intention to sport continuance.

The phenetic relationships among six natural populations of Equisetum pratense in Korea were investigated at the population level by constructing a tree based on Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. RAPD analysis was also conducted to estimate genetic diversity and the population structure of E. pratense. A mean of 26.7% at the six population levels indicated polymorphism. E. pratense was found to have fewer alleles per locus (1.267) and fewer effective alleles per locus (1.176). Genetic diversity (0.102) in E. pratense is lower than the average for species with similar life history traits. Total genetic diversity values (HT) varied between 0.112 (OPD-07) and 0.445 (OPD-16), for an average overall polymorphic locus of 0.141. Inter-locus variation in the within-population genetic diversity ($H_S$) was low (0.102). Asexual reproduction, small population size, and the colonization process are proposed as possible factors contributing to the observed low genetic diversity in E. pratense. On a per-locus basis, the proportion of total genetic variation due to differences among populations ($G_{ST}$) ranged from 0.129 for OPD-07 to 0.455 for OPD-09, with a mean of 0.277. This indicated that about 27.7% of the total variation was among populations. Thus, genetic variation (72.3%) resided within populations. This study contributes new information for research on the taxonomy and population genetics of E. pratense.
Characteristics of leaf morphology was examined in 11 natural populations of Acer pictum subsp. mono (Maxim.) Ohashi in Korea. Nested Anova showed that there were statistically significant differences among populations as well as among individuals within populations in all 14 quantitative characters. In all the leaf characters, variance components among individuals within populations were higher than those among populations. Some morphological characters such as the ration of Blade length to Petiole length (0.90), Uower lobe width (0.85), Blade length (0.83), and Middle lobe width (0.83) showed the relative high differences in the values of differentiation (Dij) among populations. Of the ten populations, Gwangyang (1.36) and Cheongyang (1.30) were highly differentiated based on the total mean Dij of fourteen morphological characters, while Ulju (0.30) and Jeongseon (0.44) were scarcely differentiated.
The purpose of this study was to develop a movement program adopted from Bellydance, and to analyze the effects of the Bellydance program on the blood Components and Deoxypyridinoline, Osteocalcin in middle aged women. The Bellydance program was composed of warming-up (10min), main exercise (40min) and cooling-down (10min) parts. The 40 middle-aged women between 40 and 60 year old were divided into two group; the control group (8 women), the Bellydance group (8 women). The Bellydance program was applied three times a 12weeks. The result of this study were as follow. RBC, Hb, WBC, PLT, Osteocalcin was measured in a whole blood. The belly dance group showed WBC was more significantly decreased than control group, but RBC, Hb, PLT were insignificant in other groups. The belly dance group showed Deoxypyridinoline was more significantly increased than control group, but Osteocalcin were insignificant in other groups. Therefore this program can be available in middle aged women.
In this study, we investigate social preference of gifted students by analyzing their behaviors in social dilemma situations. We conducted an experimental study using ultimatum games and public goods games with 132 academically gifted middle school students who attended the Ewha-Seodaemun Center for gifted education from 2012 to 2016. We also experimented the same games with 87 regular students for comparative analysis. The result of ultimatum game experiment shows that there is no statistical difference in the proposed share of both groups. Their proposed share ranges from 37% to 38% as expected in other similar studies. However, the rejection rate of the respondents to the proposals with small share are significantly higher among gifted students than among their regular counterparts. This result implies that the gifted students show stronger negative reciprocity, meaning that they tend to punish selfish behaviors even when it takes some costs. In finitely repeated public goods game experiments, the results show that both groups' contribution rates decrease toward the end of the experiments. However, the gifted students show strategic cooperation by attempting to increase the other members' contribution rate within an experimental group. This implies that gifted students tend to care more about how to increase their own expected rewards by reciprocating other students' behaviors.

Artificial interspecific matings between Matsumuraeses phaseoli and M. falcana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) were conducted to know the possibility of hybridization of the two sympatric species. Reciprocal crossings successfully produced F1 hybrids. Most of F2 crosses yielded progenies except all mating trials with females of F1 hybrid obtained from M. phaseoli female. Inbreedings of the F2 hybrids produced F3 progenies. In backcrossings between F1 hybrids and parent lines, all the two mating trials with females of F1 hybrid obtained from M. phaseoli females did not produce any progeny, while other 6 backcrosses produced the next generations. Inbreedings of the backcross lines also produced subsequent progenies. These results indicated that F1 females produced from hybridization between M. phaseoli females and M. falcana males were sterile. Conclusively, it suggested that a partial reproductive isolation at a postzygotic stage can occur between the two sympatric species.
Salix koriyanagi is a deciduous shrub and native to Korea. The spatial distribution of multilocus allelic frequencies and geographical distances of the natural population in upper swampy area at the Namgang River in Korea were studied. The species showed a significant positive and negative spatial autocorrelation according to geographical distances as measured by Moran's I. Genetic similarity of individuals was found among subpopulations at up to a scale of a 12 m distance, and this was partly due to a combination of allelic frequencies, and therefore, a significant spatial autocorrelation was composed of a scale of 12 m intervals. Within S. koriyanagi in swampy area at the Namgang River, a strong spatial structure was observed for allozyme markers, indicating a migration within subpopulations.
