This research aims to study comparatively on the aesthetic characteristics of the Technology Art and Technology Fashion Images in the 20th century. For this purpose, literature survey and demonstrative study were undertaken. The results were as follows ; As the concept of the art in the 20th century has been broadened by the development of technology and the creative application of it in the art, the relationship of the art and fashion has been much closer. The Technology Art and Technology Fashion Images in the 20th century have been developed by using technology itself and its artifacts directly or indirectly to express their attitude on the advancement of technology of the time. The plasticity of the Technology Art and Technology Fashion Images in the 20th century was identified as geometrical forms, high-tech materials, futuristic colors and lights and dynamic expression. The internal meanings of the Technology Art and Technology Fashion Images in the 20th century were identified as functionality, arrant-garde, utopian future orientation to improve human's life.

최근의 구제역 발생은 발생규모와 확산속도 면에서 과거에 우리가 경험했던 구제역과는 확연하게 달랐다. 수 많은 가축을 매몰하고, 그 동안의 모든 방역경험을 다 쏟아 부었지만 구제역의 확산속도는 수그러들지 않았다. 그러한 상황에서 더 이상의 가축의 희생을 줄이고, 축산업 자체의 붕괴를 막기 위하여 전국적인 긴급 예방접종은 불가피한 선택이었다고 생각한다. 다행스럽게도 전국적인 긴급 예방접종 이후 단기간에 구제역의 발생은 급격하게 감소되었고, 현재는 임상증상을 나타내는 발생은 거의 자취를 감추었다. 그러나 발생 감소와는 상관없이 앞으로도 당분간은 정기적인 예방접종이 지속될 전망이다. 첫째, 내적으로는 아직도 바이러스 전파원이 될 수 있는 잠복감염 가축(즉 캐리어)이 남아있을 수 있기 때문이며, 둘째, 외적으로는 우리나라 주변국에서 구제역의 발생이 지속되고 있는 상황에서 언제라도 새로운 구제역 바이러스가 국내에 유입될 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 당분간은 철저한 예방접종을 통하여 구제역이 발병, 확산되지 않도록 하여야 한다. 구제역과 같은 전염병의 확산을 막기 위해서는 감수성이 있는 가축집단에 일정수준의 면역이 유지되어야 하는데, 질병 역학자들은 집단 내 80% 이상의 개체가 면역이 되어야 한다고 한다. 그런데 구제역 예방접종 이후 소는 항체 형성이 잘되는 반면에 돼지는 항체 형성률이 낮게 나타난다는 양돈농가의 호소가 이어지고 있다. 이에 따라 방역당국과 양돈협회에서는 올바른 예방접종 요령에 대한 홍보자료를 작성하여 농가에 배포하고, 전문수의사를 동원한 교육을 계획하고 있다. 본고에서는 구제역 예방접종의 효과를 높이고, 접종 부작용을 줄이기 위하여 어떻게 백신을 관리하고 접종해야 하는지 상세하게 알아보고자 한다.

Informatics gifted education institutions have made multi-faceted efforts to encourage students to do creative activities which can be extended lasting. However, research about gifted student's creative activities is yet incomplete, and most of the research has only focused on their cognitive abilities. Therefore, there is a limit to providing creative activity curricula that reflect the characteristics of informatics gifted students. This study assessed the creative products achievement of 56 informatics gifted elementary school students' and comprehensively analyzed the results with affective and environmental variables. The result is that the achievement of creative products was higher when the intrinsic motivation was found to be higher. Parents' support or extrinsic motivation did not differ significantly.

Web2.0 이라는 인터넷 환경의 변화 속에서 사용자들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 생산된 컨텐츠(UCC)가 화두가 되고 있다. 다수의 사용자 참여는 집단지성을 발휘하고 이렇게 생성된 UCC 는 새로운 가치를 창출한다는 믿음이 확산된 가운데, 사용자는 더 이상 정보수용자의 입장이 아닌 정보제공자의 입장에서 컨텐츠 생성에 대한 범위와 역할이 크게 향상되고 있다. 그렇다면 과연 무엇이 이러한 사용자 생성 컨텐츠의 창의성에 가장 큰 원동력이 될까 또한 무엇이 집단지성, 집단의 창의성을 창출하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미칠까? 본 연구는 이러한 의문에서 출발하였다. 이와 같은 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 피드백과 동기 그리고 창의성에 기반한 인지 평가 이론과 창의성에 관한 사회적 특성이론에 근거, 상호작용 즉 컨텐츠에 대한 피드백을 기반으로 연구모형을 세우게 되었다. 이러한 연구 모형을 설문을 통해 검증해 본 결과, 피드백이 사용자의 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 결국 그러한 동기가 개인의 창의성 및 집단 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 이론적으로는 인지 평가 이론의 확장 적용 및 CSCW 환경에서 암묵적으로 인식된 피드백과 같은 상호작용의 중요성을 공고히 하는데 기여할 수 있으며, 실제로는 이러한 피드백 요소를 시각적으로 적절히 배치 및 노출하여 사용자의 내적 용기와 창의성을 촉진하여야 함을 밝힌다는데 의의를 가질 수 있겠다.

This analysis is intended to approach a computer game in the context of cultural-study theories. The semiotics can be applied to various area, and it is assumed to also applied to computer games. In semiotical background we tried to analyze the mythology of Starcraft mainly by using Propp's narratives theory and Brathes' mythologies theory. In the narratives of Starcraft, we fouind some simplified functions which penetrate the internal structure. And while most of the games having paradigmatic flow in narratives, Starcraft has syntagmatic flow mainly because of the function of network. With these conditions, we could find some mythologies in Starcraft : (1) naturalization of discipline and control, (2) time and space as resources, (3) deprivation of values of object.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the tech fatale fashion image in female models of mobile advertisements and to find the fashion characteristics. The tech fatale emerging as new culture code is a compound word of the femme fatale and technology. It is characteristics of the femme fatale, the post digital culture and the female leadership. The findings of the study were as follows : The tech fatale types were the independence, the transformation and the tradition. The independence was a self expression, appealed to visual image, was showed the coating fabric, denim, space look and street fashion and reflected the creativeness and digital generation. The transformation appealed to sexuality and was showed luster fabric, exposure, body-conscious, glam look. The voluptuous beauty represented the pride of the post digital generation. The tradition appealed to emotion and was showed pale color, simple line, soft texture fabric and a feminine Image. The meanings of tech fatale were the imagination, the public, the duality, the game, the purity and the recurrence. The formative characteristics reflect the mind of post digital generation who is against authority and pursues the human being worth such as the identity establishment and the pure emotion.

For a shear-deformable beam-column element subjected io non-conservative forces, equations of motion and a finite element formulation are presented applying extended Hamilton's principle. The influence of non-conservative force's direction parameter, internal and external damping forces, and shear deformation and rotary inertia effects on divergence and flutter loads of Beck's columns are intensively investigated based on element stiffness, damping and mass matrixes derived for the non-conservative system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of conspicuous kids fashion and its intrinsic meaning as the popular trends of luxury product consumption expand into the area of kids' fashion. For methodologies, literature study was conducted along with empirical study. The literature study was based on various literatures and preceding studies, including books. The empirical materials used the internet photos, overseas kids fashion magazines, and free newspapers available on the basis of membership targeting the upper class. Conspicuous kids fashion refers to imported luxury kids brands, which signify higher status of the wearer due to the high prices and high quality. These brands were thrust into limelight amid the Wanna-Be Phenomenon, which resulted from the emergence of kids' fashion icons. Imported luxury brands launched the products in the form of brand line extensions. It promoted exhibition of vicarious consumption to show off the wealth and social prestige of parents. It came into prominence due to emotional consumption among kitty moms. Moreover, this study examined the intrinsic meaning of conspicuous kids fashion. The results showed components of conspicuous kids fashion, which was classified into the emphasis on outward appearance, consumption for vicarious satisfaction, inheritance of cultural capital, and network configuration.

절토비탈면의 붕괴는 주로 지질구조 적으로 취약한 구간에서 강우, 지진, 발파진동, 굴착 등의 외적인 요인이 작용하였을 때 비탈면의 붕괴가 수반되는 경우가 많으며 내적인 요인으로 작용하는 지질구조는 구조선의 종류에 따라 붕괴규모나 붕괴양상에서 상당한 차이를 보이는 특성을 보인다. 특히, 비탈면 붕괴는 단층이나 점토가 충전된 구조선에서 문제가 많이 발생되고 방향성이 뚜렷한 엽리 및 절리에서 붕괴가 빈번한 실정이다. 단층은 일반적으로 모든 암종에서 나타나는 지질구조이나 특히, 변성암중 편마암에서 붕괴빈도가 빈번하게 발생되고 점토층이 수반되는 경우에 심하다. 본 논문은 공사당시 비교적 규모가 크게 붕괴가 발생된 붕적층 절토 비탈면과 단층파쇄대 및 암질불량의 비탈면의 붕괴사례의 안정검토 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 창의적인 문제해결능력을 검사하는 도구로 널리 알려진 개방형 문항 5 문제를 수정 또는 번역하여 중학교 2학년 학생들에게 적용하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 검사도구에 대한 양호도 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문항 내적 일관성 신뢰도(Cronbach ${\alpha}$)의 계수는 0.8이다. 둘째, 문항반응이론에 근거한 문항의 적합도 지수는 모두 1.2미만으로서 분석모형에 적합한 문항이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한, 문항간의 난이도의 차이는 로짓트 점수가 0.6을 넘지 않은 범위에서 골고루 분포되어 있다. 셋째, 문항 신뢰도 지수가 모두 0.80보다 높은 것으로 나타나 사용된 문항들은 서로 잘 분리되어 창의적 문제해결력을 추정하고 변별하는데 무리가 없다. 학생들의 반응에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 문항1에서 곡선을 이용한 반응은 영재학생들에서만 발견할 수 있었다. 문항2에 대한 각 반응의 독창성 점수는 모두 0이다 이것은 문항2가 널리 알려진 문제에 기인한 것으로 해석된다. 문항3은 영재학생들이 더 많은 반응을 보인 것으로 모든 반응이 독창성 점수를 부여받았다. 문항4에 대하여 일반학생들은 거의 반응을 하지 못하였다. 문항5는 대부분의 학생이 반응을 하였으며 반응의 종류도 가장 다양하였다.
