기존 연구에서 정보화전략계획(Information Strategy Planning)과 계획의 실현을 위한 절차와 산출물, 기법을 정형화하는 정보화전략계획 방법론(Methodology)에 관한 논의가 존재해 왔다. 그런데 이들은 기업 모델 도출을 위한 절차와 산출물 기법의 기술과 정형화에 그칠 뿐 그 하위 구성 요소인 데이터의 관리나 입출력 관계, 업무 지식, 경험에 대한 효과적인 관리에 관한 접근은 부족했던 실정이다. 게다가. 비 정형화된 지식이나 경험, 업무 성과 데이터 등의 정형화와 분류체계에 대한 전략적인 접근은 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 기업 자원을 프로세스. 조직. 환경. 정보시스템의 네 관점으로 분류한 기업 정보 분류 체계를 제시하고 그 구성, 내용, 범위를 살펴본다. 이렇게 분류된 데이터간 연관관계의 정의와 그 타당성 검증을 거쳐, 기업 자원의 전략적 관리를 위한 기업 모형 수립 방안을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구의 정보 관리 모델을 통해, 정형화된 데이터 뿐 아니라 비 정형화된 지식과 경험, 선진 업무 지식, 성과 지표를 효과적으로 활용하여 기업의 전략적 방향을 보여줄 수 있다.

This research aims to identify innovative companies' attention to the emotion and sensibility and its application by analyzing the contents of the corporate annual reports. Annual report is a good reference data because it describes not only various current products and services' annual activities and business performance but also corporate future direction. Sensibility is interpreted and used with various words internationally: various related terms such as sensibility, sense, emotion, feeling and affection are analyzed not only by the definition but also the interrelationship among them, and included for the contents analysis. To select the innovative companies, the researcher used 'Fast company' that is the economic journal and deducted the companies list via 'The world's 50 most innovative companies' in 2009 and 2014. Listed companies' 2009 and 2014 annual reports' contents were analyzed to identify the rate of the recognition and the application of sensibility to their business. Even though the quantitative result of the content analysis indicates not a strong relationship between corporate innovativeness and 'sensibility' qualitative result identifies companies are paying more attention to the 'sense' and 'feeling' during five years. In conclusion, the innovation that company pursues strategically is shifting from differentiation and the technological leadership to satisfying user experiences and the number of companies which express and measure user feeling and emotions are increasing.

In this paer, mobile healthcare App is developed for mental health management focused on anger management for modern people who are under constant stress and various inner conflicts. We describe mechanism of anger and relations between disease and anger, and constitute contents of App to provide information of anger management. And finally we implement Web App. We build menu of App to be convenient to users to use. Implemented App provides many useful functions like information of anger and body, various self-test including A-type test, hostility test, and KMPI etc., journaling, anger management and community.

The purpose of this study is to understand when forest fire as a natural phenomenon becomes constructed as social issues in Korea; how the forest fire-related discourses in the editorials reflecting the social perceptions have been changed regarding the principal subject and the measures of the forest fire management; and whether the social perception on the forest fire affects the forest fire policy of the state. From the analysis of a total of 44 editorials related to forest fires from 1988 to 2017. By the using, in the forest fire-related editorials the social perceptions on forest fires are forest fire editorials categories, main keywords, contents of social perception on 'the main subject responsible for forest fire management,' 'forest fire prevention measures,' categorization, frequency analysis and context analysis of words used. It is found that in the first-period forest fire management measures were recognized as a part of the overall forest management. In the second period, the approaches of ecological management emerged on the part of forest fire management. As forest fires were managed as a type of social disaster during the third period, such perceptions were gradually reinforced that the state should protect the people from the forest fire. In the 3rd, 4th, and 5th National Forest Plan, the forest fire management policy of each period was focused in enlightening the general public, protecting forest resources ecosystems, and preventing loss of lives, respectively. As a result of the analysis of social perceptions and comparing them to the forest fire policies through the analysis of editorials on forest fires, it is found that the social perception on the forest fire and forest fire management plan has changed having interconnections.

최근 인터넷을 이용한 분산처리와 멀티미디어에 대한 연구가 활성화됨에 따라 비디오 컨텐츠는 원활한 제공과 편리한 검색방법이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 비디오 검색 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 비디오 컨텐츠를 찾는데 많은 시간이 소요되는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 웹 서비스를 지원하는 클립 기반 비디오 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. VCRS(Video Clip Retrieval System)는 비디오 분할에 의한 대표 프레임 추출과 연관된 정보의 클러스터링에 의한 클립 파일생성 및 클립단위의 비디오 데이터베이스 구축 방법으로 비디오 컨텐츠 제공자의 원활한 서비스를 지원하는 내용기반 인덱싱 시스템과 사용자의 다양한 검색을 지원하는 웹 기반 검색 시스템으로 구성된다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 비디오 컨텐츠를 제공하는데 있어서 유용성을 보이며, 웹 기반에서 범용 데이터베이스를 이용하여 비디오 내용을 검색할 수 있도록 하였다.

인터넷이 급속히 성장함에 따라 대량의 SGML/XML 문서를 보다 효과적으로 다룰 필요성이 증대하고 있다. SGML/XML 문서를 데이터베이스에 저장하는 경우에 문서를 파싱하여 파싱된 결과를 모두 분리하여 저장하고 서로의 연관관계를 모두 구분하는 경우 구조화 정보를 최대한 이용할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 장점을 지니게 된다. 하지만, 이 경우 분할단위의 폭발적인 증가로 인한 시스템 성능 저하와 내용중복으로 인한 색인저장 오버헤드가 문제이다. 이런 문제점을 해결방안의 하나로서 본 논문에서는 RDF 메타데이타를 통하여 검색시 의미가 있는 단위로 분할 단위를 축소 지정하고 이 축소된 정보를 기반으로 인덱스를 생성하여 내용중복을 방지하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 RDF메타데이타를 통해 이루어짐으로서 웹기반에서 자동으로 이루어질 수가 있으며, 이를 통해서 기존의 방법보다 자동화된 검색을 할 수 있다.

During final annealing, surface-energy-induced selective growth of grains urn at the strip surface of 3%Si-Fe alloys containing 6ppm bulk content of sulfur. With decreasing final reduction, the probability that Goss grains survive under the highly segregated sulfur atmosphere and have a chance for later surface-energy-induced selective growth becomes higher, resulting in high magnetic induction.

This study aims to examine how the Chinese popular culture, especially music, can contribute to diversification of the ancillary materials for teaching Chinese language, literature and culture, based on the analysis of some songs of Jay Chou. For this purpose, this study analysed 10 songs that have been used in the tests or the text contents in China or Taiwan in terms of rhyme, words relation to the ancient poems, and the Chinese culture. Consequently, the songs of Jay Chou show that they can be used as an ancillary material in the Chinese class from the linguistic, literary, and cultural angles. For use in the Chinese language, literature, culture class in the future, there is a constant need to discover and analyse new materials from the Chinese popular culture.

This study analyzed the linkage between the Forestry sector Official Development Assistance (ODA) Project in South Korea and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of United Nations (UN), Suggested direction of ODA project focusing on the implementation of the SDGs. Forestry sector ODA project data in South Korea have collected from Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) statistical inquiry system developed by The Export-Import Bank of Korea. According to the analysis result, Forestry sector ODA project in South Korea have been actively implemented in the fields of forestry development, forestry policy and administration. In both fields, Korea Forest Service and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) carried out the most projects. The Forestry sector ODA project data in South Korea are classified technical development, capacity building, construction of infrastructure and afforestation based on their objectives and contents. SDGs emphasizes the importance of national implementation assessment and this study analyze linkage between ODA activity content in each classification item and 2016 Korea Forest Service Performance Management Plan indicator. Analyzed the 2016 Korea Forest Service Performance Management Plan indicator and SDGs target and SDGs indicator were identified. finally, SDGs goals were recognized. In conclusion, Forestry sector ODA project in South Korea are associated with the SDGs Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), Goal 13 (Climate Action), Goal 15 (Life on Land) and Goal 17 (Partnership for The Goals). Therefore, With the launch of the SDGs, This study analyzed the linkage among the Forestry sector ODA Project in South Korea, the 2016 Korea Forest Service Performance Management Plan and the SDGs. it presented the limitations of Forestry sector ODA Project in South Korea and made proposals for the implementation of the SDGs.

As the Internet spreads, many people have interests in e-CRM and product recommender systems, one of e-CRM applications. Among various approaches for recommendation, collaborative filtering and content-based approaches have been investigated and applied widely. Despite their popularity, traditional recommendation approaches have some limitations. They require at least one purchase transaction per user. In addition, they don't utilize much information such as demographic and specific personal profile information. This study suggests new hybrid recommendation model using two data mining techniques, association rule and classification, as well as intelligent agent to overcome these limitations. To validate the usefulness of the model, it was applied to the real case and the prototype web site was developed. We assessed the usefulness of the suggested recommendation model through online survey. The result of the survey showed that the information of the recommendation was generally useful to the survey participants.
