Purchase and Acquisition Order System for sharing on factory (공유 온 팩토리 서비스를 위한 수발주 시스템)

  • In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.

Data Literacy Education in Design Curriculum of Higher Education Focused on Development of Design-Data Convergence Curriculum (디자인 교과과정에서의 데이터 문해력 교육에 관한 연구 -디자인-데이터 융합 교과 개발 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study explores convergence curriculum for design and data science, and applies data science knowledge on undergraduate design classes for designer's data literacy. First, related studies about data literacy education for non-data science major's, and data driven design project cases are explored, then design competency and data competency based on NCS are studied. Then this study developed 3 step design-data convergence curriculum model for designers' data literacy. The curriculum model is applied on case study classes, which are Big data and UX design(2) classes. The learning results and student's feedback of the case study classes are collected and analyzed to prove the design-data convergence curriculum, and the results provide findings and implications of the design-data convergence class case study.

Policy Change and Innovation of Textile Industry in Daegu·Kyungbuk Region (대구·경북지역 섬유산업의 정책변화와 혁신과제)

  • This study analyses support policy and structural change of textile industry in Daegu Kyungbuk region, and suggests major issues for textile industry's innovation. In Daegu Kyungbuk, it was 1999 that a policy, so called Milano Project, in order to promote a textile industry was devised. In 2004, the Regional Industrial Promotion Plan was devised. The plan was born from a view point of establishing a regional innovation system and of promoting the innovative clusters under a knowledge based economy. After then, the Regional Industry Promotion Project or Regional Strategic Industry Promotion Project became a core of regional textile industrial policy. Research results indicated that the first stage Milano project (1999-2003) showed both positive and negative effects. There were no long-term development plan, clear vision and strategy. But, core industrial infrastructure for differentiated product development, such as New product Development Support Center and Dyeing Design Practical Application Center, was constructed. The second stage Daegu Textile Industry Promotion Plan (2004-2008) displayed a significant technological performance and new product sales with the assistance of Kyungbuk province. Also, textile industry revealed positive fruits such as financial structure, productivity, and profitability as a result of strong restructuring. In industrial structure, there was a important change from clothe textile material to industry textile material. Most of textile companies did not showed high capability in CEO's technology innovation intention, entrepreneurship, R&D and human resource competency in compare with other industry. We suggested that Daegu Kyungbuk has to select and concentrate on the high-tech textile material and living textile for sustainable development and competitiveness. We also proposed a confidence and cooperation based innovation network and company oriented innovation cluster.

Integrated Approaches to Berth Productivity Improvements in Port Development and Operation and Logistics : A Conceptual Perspective (항만개발.운영과 로지스틱스에 있어서 부두생산성 향상에 대한 종합적 접근법 : 개념적 관점)

  • The improvements of berth productivity is closely related to berth/port systems and its relationship extends to the overall pattern of port development/logistics, transport and trade. Since ports in general and berths in specific function as a bridge transferring seaborne cargoes from seaside to landside and vice versa, berth productivity improvements should be considered in terms of the total system in which the cargoes are transported from origin to destination via berths/ports. In that respect, the objective of this study is to improve berth productivity which is a vital factor in the strategic planning in port development and operation and logistics. According to a literature survey on the subject, the contents of the studies have been limited to either a macro-perspective or a micro-perspective which is only a partial solution to the problem. Hence, this limitation requires an integrated approach to find and ultimate solution, which should be considered not separately, but as a whole. The contents and scope of this study cover the improvements of berth productivity in conjunction with strategic planning in port development. efficient operation and logistics from two different viewpoints, macro- and micro-perspective. After that, a combination of these two perspectives is applied to the integrated approach due to lacking a comprehensive perspective from either macro-approach or micro-approach. In reality, a port itself is a complex and dynamic organization. Therefore, a comprehensive insight needs an integrated approach for the long-term national economic development. In this approach, the utmost importance is how to find the bottlenecks and to solve the problems effectively from the beginning stage in port development. In conclusion, derived from the macro- and micro-perspective. the attempt to establish an integrated approach is the merit of this study, which is required as a comprehensive measure since none of the two can be a solution independently. In terms of reinforcing this study, it needs further empirical research due to the restriction of the theoretical method of this paper. Consequently, the reinforced research will be able to enhance the integrated approach on the basis of the conceptual perspective.

  • With the development of construction information, a computerization tool for architectural process control is a necessary tool. However, the reality is that the conditions and understanding of users are not sufficient to fully utilize such a tool. In particular, it was analyzed that the reason for the negative feedback from hands-on workers regarding the current process control information system is that there is a difficulty in accessing the system for users that are not process and planning experts, due to a lack of information and technical contents at the phase of control and planning prior to the process plan. Therefore, the demands of users and a direction for the improvement of a system in terms of optimizing process control computerization were investigated, with the aim of addressing the disadvantages of the existing system and developing a professional system that is specialized in the construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to construct an integrated WBS (IWBS) that combines WBS with CBS, and subsequently, it is judged that the most important aspect is the integrated technology of compatibility and operation of data that is linked with OBS. The process information must then deal with the changing information; in other words, the amount of construction, construction cost, and the required construction period etc., by coding data into a 4-unit index, such as a project unit (WBS Level 1), a project facility unit (WBS Level 2), a management department unit (OBS Level 1), and a control manager unit (OBS Level 2). After that, it was found that it is necessary to develop a computer system to consistently integrate process information into a management department.

  • 현재 우리나라 혁신시스템은 기존의 성장 및 기술공급 위주의 발전전략이 한계를 노정하면서 새로운 전환기를 맞고 있다. 이에 새로운 혁신 경로 창출을 위한 과학기술 ICT 정책 패러다임 전환은 물론 지속가능한 에너지, 농업 농촌 등 다양한 영역에서의 시스템 전환이 필요한 상황이다. 이를 위해서는 과학기술 ICT와 에너지 환경 등 관련 분야 간의 연계 통합은 물론, 기술이 활용 확산되는 현장이나 사회, 사용자의 이해가 더욱 중요해진다. 리빙랩은 사용자 참여를 기반으로 하는 새로운 혁신모델이자 지속가능한 시스템 전환의 니치 실험으로서 최근 유럽을 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술 ICT가 에너지 전환, 농업 농촌 시스템 전환, ICT 정책 패러다임의 전환에 적용된 리빙랩 사례를 살펴보고 우리나라에서의 시사점을 도출하였다. 유럽의 SusLab 프로젝트, C@R 프로그램, 대만의 리빙랩 사례 모두 사전기획 단계부터 지역 사용자의 배경과 경험을 적극적으로 수집하고, 사용자 주도의 혁신활동을 개발프로세스 전반에서 유지함으로써 적실성있는 문제해결은 물론 다양한 전환 실험을 성공적으로 추진하였다. 이러한 결과는 중앙정부와 지자체의 R&D사업에서 각각 리빙랩의 도입을 검토하는 우리나라에 다양한 시사점을 제공한다. 리빙랩은 국가 또는 지역 전반의 사회 기술시스템의 전환을 위한 전략적 니치 실험, 정책 간 연계통합의 수단, 새로운 지역혁신 모델로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 혁신정책 패러다임에서 강조하고 있는 사용자 및 수요 측면을 반영한 정책통합을 실현할 수 있는 중요한 플랫폼이 될 수 있다.

The Changes and Future Direction of Graphical Projection in Computer Games (컴퓨터게임에 나타난 투영도법의 변천과 전개방향)

  • This study is about projection methods in computer games that support graphic user interface. Most of previous studies were case studies on or aesthetic approaches to a specific projection method. We investigated projection methods observed in computer games according to the chronicle of games, and studied changes in the methods and their future direction. Furthermore, we examined the emotional and productive aspects of various projection methods, and found that projection methods in computer games are being developed in accordance with graphic designers' job difficulty and computer processing capacity. Project, which determines contents consumers' view, is a very important factor to be decided at the planning stage of contents development. In this sense, we expect the results of this study to make a contribution to relevant areas.

  • This study analyzed the crafting contents that have a great influence on the communication activation in MMORPG. Four situations were set by combining the factors that would affect the game world. The set of behaviors selected by the virtual player according to each situation is defined as a player scenario. As a result, we found problems such as bias of contents using and barriers of skill growth. This study is meaningful in that it presents a basic analysis method appling at the MMORPG developing and reveals the factors to be considered in the designing crafting contents.

  • Target Costing is a modern cost management technique used in changeable market conditions. The target cost is set by subtracting the sum of production costs and profits from the market price. The purpose of this present study is to review Target Costing as a useful concept which integrates the project development process with cost management. "Minimum Waste, Maximum Value" could be achieved by setting up guidelines for optimal building design at the beginning of the project development phase. This effective budget management method will help rectify Korea's overspending problems in the area of government building construction projects.

  • This study attempted to estimate construction costs in accordance with the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system by diameter for TBM method, and analyzed the direct cost and the total cost. Based on such figures, this study performed a regression analysis and proposed a model for an equation for estimating construction costs. model for the resource-based cost estimation (unit cost price) system classified by diameter for TBM method proposed by this study can be effectively applied to business planning, preliminary investigation, feasibility study, construction cost estimations in the early design stages.
