The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

Recently, the importance of pre-shipment quality inspection has been emphasized due to the increase of STB supply. In this paper, we propose a method to support automation of quality inspection through simultaneous multi-channel input of STB video signal. The proposed method extracts a fingerprint using the center scan line of the image after stable video shot boundary detection using CeLDP combining color information and LDP code and performs synchronization between input video channels. The proposed method shows stronger shot boundary detection performance than the conventional shot detection method. Through the experiments applied to the real environment, it is possible to secure reliability and real-time quality check for synchronization between multi-channel inputs required for STB quality inspection. Also, based on the proposed method, we intend to study a large-scale quality inspection method in the future and propose a more effective quality inspection system.

As the development of modern society progresses rapidly, the technologies of society as a whole are progressing and becoming more advanced. It is required to minimize the intrusion damage by actively responding to intelligent intrusions by applying this classification scheme to currently operating intrusion detection systems. In this paper, we analyze the intrusion type caused by intelligent attack We propose a new classification scheme for intrusion situations to guarantee the service safety, reliability, and availability of the target system, We use this classification model to lay the foundations for the design and implementation of a smart intrusion cognitive system capable of early detection of intrusion, the damages caused by intrusion, and more collections active response.

Due to the development of ICT technology, convergence reality contents are utilized as technology for providing services in various industrial fields by visualizing various information such as sensor information and shared information in a service platform showing only simple three-dimensional contents. Research is underway to reduce the weight of applications by transmitting the resources of the object to be enhanced to the network as the information and the contents to be provided increase. In order to provide resources through the network, servers for processing various information such as pattern information, content information, and sensor information must be constructed in a cloud environment. However, in order to authenticate data transmitted and received in real-time in a cloud environment, there is a problem in that the processing is delayed and a delay phenomenon occurs in the rendering process and QoS is lowered. In this paper, we propose a system to distribute cloud server which provides augmented contents of convergent reality service that provides various contents such as sensor information and three - dimensional model, and shorten the processing time of reliable data through distributed relay between servers Respectively.

This research empirically investigated halo effect in evaluating culture and art performance program. We diagnosed halo effect by using correlation analysis, factor analysis, and regression model on results and scores of fifteen evaluation indicators within three categories for the 107 Local Representative Performance Art Festivals in 2014 and 2015. The results indicates strong possibility of halo effect in culture and art performance evaluation. The correlation coefficients between evaluation indicators is higher than 0.5 and factor structure does not match with evaluation categories in both years. Scores in categories and standard deviations also are also significantly correlated with each other. The results implies that more sophisticated standard, diversification of evaluator, education, and meta-anlysis are need to control halo effect.

The purpose of this study is to elucidate the implications for the effective use of rental housing REITs in Korea by analyzing the characteristics of rental housing REITs in Japan, focusing on the operation and asset management of rental housing REITs. The main results of the study are as follows. In the case of Japan, rental housing REITs are invested and operated by profit-based private companies, and are activated with small rental housing in the city center as a niche market. In particular, it has secured the reliability, expertise and permanence of REITs by utilizing the sponsored REITs structure. This is possible because Japan has infrastructure for the supply and operation of corporate rental housing. Based on these analyses, ways to revitalize private investment, and ways to utilize sponsored REITs to enhance REITs' credibility were derived. for the effective use of domestic rental housing REITs.

This study aims to explore the casual relation between construction company employees' Self-Leadership and two variables: Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment. To explain in details, this study examines how the independent variable, Self Leadership, with its behavior-focused, natural reward and constructive thought pattern strategies, affects the dependent variable, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Trust through the intervening variable, Psychology Empowerment. A survey was conducted on current employees of construction companies in metropolitan areas to empirically examine the research model. The result of study hypothesis on Self-Leadership is as follows; first, Self-Leadership showed a positive effect on Psychology Empowerment, Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust. Second, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Third, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The capacity of individuals is critical when it comes to competitiveness of construction companies. When employees willingly participate in building trust within the company, the work place will become more and more constructive; based on trust, efficiency will increase because people from different processes can work together and performance will also improve even when project managers are absent because others could help their role instead, thus driving more efficient human resource management to the company. To conclude, a company's vision can be spread wide and far when their employees engage themselves in Learning Organization with Self Leadership. They will also be satisfied with their work through improving interpersonal relationship at work.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of advertising section of the daily newspaper through content analysis. From April 2015 to March 2017, a total of 1,927 advertisements were analyzed by the newspaper ethics committee, and the following results were obtained. Firstly, most types of features (advertising) received more attention than warnings. Secondly, we can confirm that the amount of advertisement in section (featured) of major daily newspapers is gradually increasing, and section advertisement is appeared in major business districts. Third, there were many violations in the practice guidelines of the newspaper code of ethics as the media's responsibility and press coverage. Finally, in the case of certain companies and products, if you do not follow the principles of publication for profit and publicity, you may need to make your own efforts to protect the credibility and fairness of newspapers, and more autonomous guidelines.

In this paper, we propose a reversely using the "Man In The Middle Attack" attack technique as a way to introduce network security without changing the physical structure and configuration of the existing network, a Virtual Network Overlay is formed with only a single Ethernet Interface. Implementing In-line mode to protect the network from external attacks, we propose an integrated control method through a micro network security sensor and cloud service. As a result of the experiment, it was possible to implement a logical In-line mode by forming a Virtual Network Overlay with only a single Ethernet Interface, and to implement Network IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus, Network Access Control, Firewall, etc.,. It was possible to perform integrated monitor and control in the service. The proposed system in this paper is helpful for small and medium-sized enterprises that expect high-performance network security at low cost, and can provide a network security environment with safety and reliability in the field of IoT and embedded systems.

VIP marketing strategy is mainly applied to commercial companies. This study proposed a plan to provide preferential services to excellent users of public libraries by referring to VIP marketing strategies. For this purpose, we surveyed 210 university students in their 20s and measured their Reliability, Empathy, overall usefulness for preferential service. As a result, 'Issue special membership card', 'provide exclusive lounge', 'additional book loan' services had common effects on three measurement items. Through these research results, this practical study can be used as a reference when public libraries implement preferential services in the future.
