창업가의 기회인식과 네트워킹이 창업의도에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 국가경제에 있어서의 창업에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있다. 창업기업의 증가는 경제활동을 촉진하여 경제성장 및 고용창출 효과, 나아가서는 국가경제 발전에 기여하고 있다. 창업기업에 대한 관심의 증가로 학술적인 연구도 많이 이루어져왔다. 이러한 연구들은 창업가의 특성과 경영성과의 관계를 주로 보고 있다. 그러나 창업가가 기회를 인지하고 창업의도를 가지게 되는 과정에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 GEM연구 데이터를 사용하여 창업의도에 미치는 기회인식에 대한 영향을 성별 조절효과 및 평등수준의 조절효과 효과크기수준을 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 기업가정신에 대한 다양한 학문적 지식을 제공하고, 기업가정신 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Technology adoption in agriculture: a new entrepreneurial approach is possible?

  • Technological propensity of agricultural entrepreneurs is becoming necessary to identify and explore new opportunities. Recent studies suggest that the adoption of new technologies is strictly coherent with wider approaches of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO). Even if the relevance of agriculture is increasing, entrepreneurial research has largely overlooked this challenging sector. Moreover, there is a relative shortage of empirical studies in the literature and there is an enormous potential to be still explored. Stemming from the EO literature, the work proposes for the agricultural sector, the approach of Humane Entrepreneurial Orientation (HEO). The paper proposes an empirical analysis, to verify the effect of the different dimensions of HEO on the propensity of farmers to adopt new technologies. All the results highlight several implications for businesses, for the research system and for public policies.

A Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurship Education on the Entrepreneurship Intention of Chinese University Students (창업교육이 중국대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, college students have emerged as the main players in Chinese innovation and start-ups. Based on the TPB theory, this paper introduced the start-up education variables and established the influence model of start-up education for university students in China on the motivation of start-up. In this paper, a questionnaire containing five variables, including behavior attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, was investigated for students from six universities in Jilin Province, China, and statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS23.0. The study found that the entrepreneurship education of college students had the greatest impact on entrepreneurial intentions compared to the three elements of planned behavioral theory: behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. This paper has a guiding significance in strengthening start-up education in universities. This study was conducted only for students from six universities in Jilin Province, China, and the scope of the study needs to be expanded throughout China in order to generalize the research results.

  • The Entrepreneurship education are contributes to creation of new business or national economy. The increasing of job-loss recovery, youth unemployment and 1 person creative company entrepreneurship follows the increasing to Entrepreneurship failure. We identify entrepreneurship education factors which motivate individuals' self-leadership and entrepreneurship. Research results suggests that understanding level and creativity level of entrepreneurship education significant effects on the reward self-leadership. And reward self-leadership positive significant effects on the entrepreneurship.

  • 신(新)산업 발굴 및 신(新)고용창출을 위한 대안으로 창업정책이 확대 및 확산되어 지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황 속에서 창업의 성공을 높이기 위한 교육이나 연구가 계속 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 직업을 선택하거나 새로이 창업을 하고 조직에서 각자의 역할을 진행하는 과정에 개개인이 타고나고 특성들에 대한 고민이 함께 되어야한다. 경제성장 및 정량적 고용창출의 목적을 넘어 창업가들이 직업적 가치를 위한 자아실현 관점에서 창업가 육성을 고민해야 할 시점이 될 것이다. 이러한 만족스러운 직업을 갖게 하는 것이 진정한 의미에서의 국가의 역할이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 즉, 창업가 육성에 관한 관점을 소유권과 시장보호 및 개척의 관점을 넘어 국민의 생애 만족도를 높이기 위한 창업교육과 정책에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 창업 시 만족도와 성과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 창업가의 개인적 특성 중 성격 5요인(BIG5)을 중심으로 기업가정신과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로서 개인의 어떠한 특성이 주요하게 작용하는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 창업의 다수를 차지하고 있으면서도 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인 중 외식업, 의류업, 커피전문점, 미용업 등의 자영업자를 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 연구를 통해 창업성과를 높이기 위해 성격 5요인이 모두 중요하게 작용함을 확인할 수 있었다. 개방성과 친화성을 바탕으로 만족도를 높은 창업자를 육성하고 외향성과 성실성을 높인다면 실질적인 재무성과로 연결시킨다면 창업의 성공을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로 창업교육과 정책 방향의 토대를 마련하기 위한 창업자 개인의 특성에 관한 다양한 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이다.

  • 북한이탈주민의 입국자가 곧 3만 명에 육박할 것이다. 이로 말미암아 북한이탈주민에 대한 한국사회에서의 안정된 정착이 큰 문제로 대두되고 있기에, 그 문제들을 해결하고자 창업교육을 실시하여 북한이탈주민의 경제적 고립을 막고, 한국사회에서 올바른 진로를 선택하여 미래 통일 역군을 만들고자 한다. 본 논문은 창업교육 전, 후 창업동기 및 의지, 기업가정신, 진로장벽, 진로성숙도, 진로미결정 요인을 분석하여 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 강조하고자 한다. 아울러 장지적으로는 국내 입국 후 북한이탈주민들이 느끼는 심리를 분석하여 그들이 진정으로 원하는 진로와 정부지원정책을 도출해 내고자 한다.

Theoretical Consideration on Concepts and Features of the Entrepreneurial Gifted (기업영재의 개념 및 특성에 대한 이론적 고찰)

  • Research on entrepreneurial giftedness is in its initial stage and the importance is increasing these days. The purpose of this article is to establish a foundation of entrepreneurial giftedness research by conceptualizing the concept and characteristics of entrepreneurial giftedness. The author reviewed prior research on entrepreneur and entrepreneurship, potential entrepreneur, gifted youth in invention, and entrepreneurial gifted youth, and proposed a new perspective on entrepreneurial gifted youth based on the findings from the review. Entrepreneurial giftedness proposed in this study is someone who is risk-taking to achieve opportunities and innovation and who has potential to be competent in managing resources. The author also proposed that entrepreneurial giftedness study needs to focus on developmental characteristics, management ability, and practical intelligence. Finally, based on the findings from previous research on entrepreneurial giftedness, environmental and personality characteristics, temperament and character, cognitive traits, and vocational interest of entrepreneurial giftedness are discussed. Implications and further research directions were discussed.

Gender Differences in Entrepreneurship: The Impact of Social Context (기업가정신의 성별 차이: 사회적 맥락의 영향)

  • This study focused on examining the impact of the social context that causes gender differences in entrepreneurship, not the phenomenon itself. Specifically, this study verified the moderating effect of the social context on the relationship between gender and entrepreneurship using data from 20 countries in the Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report (GETR). In order to test hypotheses involving social context implications, Hofstede's cultural dimension factors such as power distance, individualism, masculinity, and uncertainty avoidance variables, and institutional factors such as gender equality and social security are used as specific variables reflecting the social context. Empirical analysis through GLM found that gender did not independently influence entrepreneurship, and gender had a significant effect by interacting with power distance, individualism, uncertainty avoidance, gender equality, and social security variables, respectively. Such empirical results show that the gender difference in entrepreneurship is not due to the unique characteristics inherent in each gender but on the level of the country's social context to which the individual belongs.

The Entrepreneurship of Mayun and The Logistics Strategy of Alibaba Group (마윈(馬雲)의 기업가정신과 알리바바의 물류 전략)

  • The Alibaba Company, founded by Mayun in 1997, captured no.1 position in the global electronic commerce industry in 2016. Logistics strategy and paying system of the firm have greatly contributed to its success. The study aims not only to investigate the entrepreneurship of Mayun to inspire Korean youths with it, but also to help Korean E Commerce industry with logistics strategy of the Alibaba Group. The study adopts the management history approach through a literature survey on life time story, management philosophy of Mayun. Results from a study on Ma Yun's entrepreneurship style showed certain key characteristics: a global mindset, marketing and advertising proficiency, patriotism, a challenging spirit, and creativity. Alibaba's logistics system has greatly contributed to the success of the company's E commerce trade so far. However, some things are left to be desired in the following areas: logistics management system, logistics contract unit price, competitiveness in warehousing compared to rival Chinese companies, and last mile delivery.

The Impacts of Entrepreneurship on Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction and Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture -Focusing on Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises- (기업가정신이 조직문화와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 및 조직문화의 조절효과 -자동차 제조기업을 중심으로-)

  • This study was intended to analyze the effects of Entrepreneurship on manufacturing(G-automobile) employees' Organizational Culture and Job satisfaction. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via SPSS 25.0 using 349 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Entrepreneurship(Innovativeness, Proactiveness, Risk-taking) had direct effects on Job satisfaction. Second, Entrepreneurship(Innovative, Enterprising, Risk-sensitive) had direct effects on Organizational Culture. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of Organizational Culture on Job satisfaction, it was found that Organizational Culture(Development Culture, Rational Culture) had a significant positive(+) effect on Job satisfaction. The results of this empirical analysis are considered to be related to the rigid organizational culture of automobile manufacturing companies with many male-oriented field workers. In the future, research involving other automobile manufacturers is expected to be needed.
