The business environment of today's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) has a tendency to shorten the product life cycle due to the rapid technological change. Therefore, in this study, an empirical study was conducted to understand the influence of CEO type and technological innovation capability on management performance through technological innovation performance as a medium. The subject of the study was a survey focusing on executive level and above of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in the southeast region, and the research results are as follows. Overall, it was verified that the structural causal relationship between the technological innovation performance and the management performance of the CEO type and technological innovation capability of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is a relationship that has a significant influence with mutual correlation. These results indicate that higher performance can be achieved when technological innovation performance is combined with the effect of technological innovation capability on management performance according to CEO type. In this way, SMEs are trying to present the need for various innovative activities to discover excellent technologies and acquire competence, and to suggest a development direction that requires efforts to improve the technological competitiveness of enterprises.

This study empirically analyzed the mediating effect of technology absorption capacity in the relationship between technological innovation of ship parts manufacturing companies on business performance. Through this, it will be possible to provide implications for improvement plans for management strategy establishment related to technology development in the future. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, R&D, marketing, production·A total of 362 people working in manufacturing and finance/accounting departments were selected as subjects for this study. As a result of this study, it was found that technological innovation and technology absorption capacity of ship parts manufacturing companies have a positive (+) effect on business performance. The conclusion based on these research results is that the potential absorption capacity and realized absorption capacity constituting technology absorption capacity are judged to be the main key factors between technological innovation and management performance, such as continuous technological capacity accumulation. From a practical point of view, the ship parts manufacturing industry needs to focus on its ability to absorb smart parts process technology.

최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

오늘날 전자정부는 초고속 정보통신망과 네트워크, 인터넷 기반기술을 이용한 정부간, 정부와 시민, 기업간 다양한 분야에 원활한 행정서비스를 제공하고 있다. 지금까지 일반 패키지 소프트웨어나 임베디드 소프트웨어 등에 관한 품질평가기술 개발 연구는 다양하게 진행해 왔지만 전자정부 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119와 ISO/IEC 9126 및 ISO/IEC 14598을 기반으로 전자정부 소프트웨어의 품질요구사항을 체계화하고 전자정부 소프트웨어 품질평가를 위한 메트릭을 시험모듈 형식으로 구축하고 이를 적용하기 위한 시험표를 구축하였다.

정보기술의 급속한 발전은 기업환경에 많은 변화를 불러 왔으며 일반 기업들이 기업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 중요한 수단으로서 정보기술을 도입하는 추세이다. 대다수 기업의 최고경영자는 기업의 경쟁력 우위를 지키기 위해 도입하는 정보기술을 선택이 아닌 필수로 인식하고 있으며 기업의 경영전략과 연계시켜 다양한 정보기술을 기업에 도입해서 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 최고경영자 특성이 정보기술에 대한 투자 선택 시 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 기존 연구 자료와 관련 문헌들을 고찰해보고 인터넷 검색 등을 통해서 학술지와 기존 논문들을 참고했으며 기업에 도입된 정보기술들과 최고경영자의 영향을 분석하기 위해 설문지 조사들 실시하고 조사결과를 분석해 보았다. 정보기술 투자 결정요인을 알아보기 위해 최고경영자의 성격과 정보기술 투자 유형과의 관계, 리더십과 투자유형과의 관계, IT에 대한 신념도와 정보기술투자유형과의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 최고경영자의 성격, 리더십유형, IT에 대한신념도 중에서, 최고경영자 리더십유형이 기업의 정보기술 투자유형에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 기업내의 정보기술 투자유형에 대한 결정요인을 분석하고 그 결정요인을 찾아내어 정보기술 도입 전략에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대) 창업보육센터에서는 대학의 산학협동 정책의 일환인 교수 현장연구학기제, 중소기업기술애로지도 둥의 제도와 연계를 토대로 입주업체의 기술 및 경영 지원을 실시하고 있다 특히 보육닥터제도란 대학의 고급인력(교수, 대학원생)을 활용하여 창업보육센터에 입주한 업체에 대한 기술지도 및 경영지도를 실시하는 것을 말하며, 보육사업을 효율적으로 지원하는데 그 목적이 있다 하겠다. 대학이 갖춘 양질의 고급기술인력과 제도를 적절히 활용한다면 향후 그 효과 및 성과가 기대되며, 또한 보육닥터제의 운영방안과 방법들에 대하여 고찰하여 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

As business paradigm shifts toward the convergence of technology and industry, so-called the fourth industrial revolution, research and development on enterprises is becoming the core capability of growth momentum for the future. Accordingly, Management of Technology (MOT) is being paid attention to construct systematical planning and operations on technological strategy, thereby increasing the importance of cooperative relationship in MOT-relevant domains. Due to this reason, academia manages the family membership system that enables mutual collaborations between academia and industry to achieve their win-win strategy and makes customized cooperative systems to share their human and property resources systematically. Particularly, it is vital to operate the family membership system effectively and efficiently in the MOT domain because family enterprises need to endeavor the establishment of value-toward technology strategy within the framework of those cooperative systems. For such the purpose, this paper presents the analysis of the state-of-the art of the family membership system managed by Graduate School of Management of Technology at Pukyong National University. This paper also proposes vitalization strategies of this membership system so that famliy enterprises located in the east-southern area in Republic of Korea can gain MOT-oriented innovative capability.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of CEO technological capability on management performance and mediating role of firm's technological capability. The empirical data for this study are taken not from subjective studies released by companies but from the Korea Technology Guarantee Fund's(KTGF) technology assessment data. The result are as follows. First, CEO technological capability has a very significant and important influence on firm's technological capabilities and on technological performance(intellectual property rights(-), technology spillover effect(+)) and on management performance. Second, mediating role of firm's technological capability is revealed negatively only between CEO technological capability and intellectual property rights. Because of CEO technological capability has a significant influence on firm's technological capability and management performance, start-up based on expertise show a higher probability of success than the founder.

In order to continue to grow in response to the rapidly changing industrial environments, companies must retain technological innovation capabilities and enhance market competitiveness. When competition is intensifying for creating new businesses and developing new products through technology commercialization, creating and utilizing technology convergence performance is an important means to create new competitiveness. However, there has been a lack of effort to systematically understand the level of technology convergence performance of the enterprise and to understand its relationship with management performance. In this paper, we develop a new analytical index by segmenting the technology convergence into patent variety, balance and disparity using patented IPC code information based on the concepts presented in existing diversity studies. In addition, 4,522 patents granted for three years between 2013 and 2015 by 219 KOSDAQ companies belonging to the domestic ICT convergence industry were analyzed to demonstrate that the level of technology convergence performance is positively related to sales growth rate in 2016.

Recently orders of project in the field of oil & gas plant have been increased due to raising oil prices and consumptions. Domestic oil & gas companies are expanding into the Middle East area and all over the world. In the field of oil & gas plant, it is important to manage a technical control and a license that is occurred when developing the manufacturing processes and technologies. Because the oil & gas market has a lot of executions of the oversea construction, competitions between the advanced companies is more important. Therefore, we have to adopt systematic management style for achievements of the technical competitive power and the higher position. However, domestic oil & gas plant companies have not enough competitive powers of the license and the design phase. So, they are faced with difficulties of adopting the technology which is maximizing the effect of investments and scheduling a long-range plan. To achieve the technology management and the competitive power, this study proposes a long-range plan through the analysis of execution methods for technology management.
