본 고는 국내에 적용할 수 있는 기술등급평가모델을 제시하고 이에 입각하여 이루어진 실제의 평가결과를 제시하였다 이 평가는 중소기업청에 의해 전국규모로 1998년과 1999년 두해에 이루어졌다. 등급평가는 기술의 권리적 측면 환경적측면 등 세가지항목으로 구성된 평점모델을 제시하였다. 이평가결과는 변별력이 약해 평가요소와 실제 경쟁력간의 인과관계등에 대한 보다 집중적인 연구가 필요함을 보여준다.

This study was started to verify the preliminary(Ex-ante) discrimination power of the firm's high-activity using the 'Forward-looking' oriented technology appraisal model used in technology financing. The analytical firms are classified into the industry (manufacturing / non-manufacturing) and the age of company (initial / non-initial). High-activity SMEs are defined as those that achieve at least twice the average asset turnover ratio of the cluster. As a result of the discriminant model by applying C5.0 method, which is one of decision tree models, classification accuracy is more than 99% in all industries and the age of company, and it is confirmed that the discriminant power of the model is stable. As a result, the management expertise, capital involvement and funding capacity items were identified as a critical variable for the high-activity SMEs. In addition, the technology management capability and technology life cycle were also confirmed to be the items to determine high-activity SMEs in the manufacturing industry. Through this, it was possible to confirm some possibility of prior discrimination and policy utilization of high-activity SMEs by using technology appraisal items.

The purpose of this study is to derive the need to improve the test and evaluation(T&E) performance system of the weapon systems to which advanced science and technology is applied, evaluate priorities, and present development plans. T&E of Al-based weapon systems through a literature research and case analysis on changes in the T&E environment for weapon system, 11 detailed evaluation items were derived from the in terms of the T&E system, structure, and technology. Al-based weapon system test evaluation should be performed in parallel with data-based performance evaluation and actual T&E, and performance measurement using a separate T&E data set is required for AI models performance evaluation. As a result of analyzing the importance of T&E through AHP analysis, the order of T&E system-technology-structure was evaluated, and the priority of detailed evaluation items was evaluated in the order of T&E result judgment-T&E organization and expert training-scientific T&E. For evaluation items with high priority, measures to improve the T&E performance system were presented.

In Korea, recently, efforts have been made to introduce BIM(Building Information Modeling) to housing complex projects. However, there have been several problems including excessive competition for building design and outcome-oriented evaluation due to a lack of clear evaluation criteria and poorly organized management process. Under this circumstance, the study surveyed opinions of project managers and conducted a pilot test to improve evaluation criteria of BIM-based design for housing complexes. The objective is to assess the level of BIM technology and its applicability, and to propose a list of reasonable evaluation criteria for better project management. First, the study examined the current condition of evaluation on the BIM-based housing complexes, and identified 15 preliminary items that might be suitable for application of BIM. Second, the study conducted a pilot test for the 15 items to determine their suitability for the level of BIM technology, clarity of the calculation process, and the extent of fulfilling information quality, and short-listed eight items for application of BIM. In particular, in the design concept stage, mostly 3D visual images and area-related items are suitable for BIM-based evaluation. Accordingly, formerly used items such as project cost, energy and environmental analysis, building structure, and facilities were deemed more relevant to the subsequent stages of basic design and its implementation.

정보통신 기술 발전과 함께 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대한 요구는 e-learning 이라는 학습 시스템을 출현케 하였다. 이는 사용자의 요구 및 학습 내용에 따라 매우 다양한 형태로 설계가능하나 사용자 사용성 평가를 늪이기 위해서는 웹기반 시스템 사용성 평가와 교육시스템 평가 항목을 조정하여 새로운 평가분석 항목의 도출이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 e-learning 시스템분석 모형을 위해 기존의 교육 시스템 분석 항목들을 조정하여 학습자 분석, 기술분석, 학습 수행 분석, 응용 분석 학습자로 분석 등을 요소로 하는 새로운 분석 모형 제시하였다. 또한 이를 적응하여 사용자 사용성 평가를 할 수 있는 관계를 설정하여 활용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 방법은 효율적인 e-learning 시스템 분석이 가능하도록 한다. 이때 설정되어지는 관계는 절대적 포함관계 상대적 포함 관계, 단일주제를 가진 상대적 포함관계 등이다.

본 논문에서는 국내 학술지 평가 체계 중, 과학기술 학술지 평가인 과학기술단체총연합회(이하 과총) 학술지 평가 요소에 대해 고찰하고, 평가 요소 중 정보화 요소 항목에 대한 개선사항을 제안한다. 저자가 제안하는 과총 학술지 평가 정보화 요소 개선사항은 국내 과학기술 연구자들의 노력에 따른 연구결과물을 더욱 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하고, 인용확대를 더욱 활성화 할 수 있도록 하여, 학술지 위상제고에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 국내 학술지가 갖추어야 할 학술정보 본문 편집 규정과 그에 따른 국내 학술지 평가 항목 중 연구자 식별정보인 ORCID, 논문 이력정보 등의 정보화 요소를 살펴보고, KISTI의 DOI 등록관리시스템과 코리아사이언스에 반영한 사례를 제시하면서 결론을 도출한다.

본 연구는 최근 그 시장규모와 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대하여 고찰하여, CMS의 평가항목을 크게 "솔루션 특성", "공급벤더역량", "구매업체 환경적합성"의 대항목으로 분류하구 "컨텐츠 관리기능", "비즈니스지원기능", "기술성", "경제성", "벤더수준", "서비스", "사후관리", "정보화계획적합성", "정보화설비적합성", "조직/인적자원적합성"의 총 10가지 세부항목을 정의하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 가중치를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치 법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 각 솔루션의 순위는 똑같이 결정되었으나, 과거 단순가중치 법에 의해 산출된 각 솔루션의 득점비율과 본 사례연구를 통하여 도출된 상대적 선호도는 수치상 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 그 차이는 평가항목과 방법상의 차이에 의한 당연한 결과이지만, 솔루션의 선정이라는 중차대한 의사결정문제를 해결함에 있어, 보다 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론을 이용하여야 함을 시사하고 있다.
