Design of Personal Career Records Management and Duistribution using Block Chain (블록체인을 활용한 개인 경력 관리 및 유통 시스템 설계)

  • This paper proposes a system that can manage and verify personal career information through a block chain to solve the problem of getting a job by forging an individual's career when hiring employees. Blockchain network uses private network, and inside the block, the user's academic and career information is kept. The functions of the block chain perform the functions of block creation, block internal data retrieval, career and academic verification, which works through chain code. As a result of the performance evaluation of the proposed system, the processing time per transaction was measured at approximately 110 ms and the search time was measured at 10 ms, and it was applied to the actual system to confirm that it was available.

  • Blockchain technology has emerged as one of the key technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Blockchain technology is characterized by being able to verify the authenticity of stored information in a block and whether it is false or falsified, cannot arbitrarily manipulate or delete a particular record, and is capable of transparent audit trail. This study is designed to explore how to apply blockchain technology to record management. For this purpose, we want to approach the code area, the physical area of the blockchain technology, to explore some of the key physical structures, and to derive the applicability of the blockchain technology. By implementing the part of 'Cloud-Record Management System', future record management system model and currently in the process of phasing out step by step, as a modular block chain, I suggest a blockchain network model that can simplify or replace various functions of the current record management process.

  • 호안블록을 설치하는 목적은 제방의 비탈면 및 저수로 하안을 강수나 유수에 의한 침식작용으로부터 보호하는데 있다. 근래에 들어서는 친수성, 경관, 생태계 보전 및 재생 등과 같은 기능을 가진 다양한 호안블록의 시공이 이루어지고 있는데 이러한 국내 상황은 호안블록에 관한 수리적 연구와 안정성 검토의 필요성을 증가시키고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 호안의 설계 및 시공시에는 하천공사 표준시방서 등을 이용하고 호안블록 제작에는 콘크리트 표준 시방서 등을 이용하고 있다. 그리고 이런 시방서의 내용들은 호안블록 설치 후 호안의 안정성을 보장하는 듯 하다. 하지만 이는 모두 호안블록의 재료 및 설치 기준에 관한 지침서일 뿐이며, 어느것도 호안블록 설치 이후에 호안의 안정성을 보장하지는 않는다. 따라서 현재 국내 상황을 고려한 호안블록 주변의 수리특성에 관한 연구와 안정성 평가 기법의 개발은 매우 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 한국건설기술연구원 안동 하천실험센터 실규모 수로에 최근 미국과 일본에서 적용하고 있는 호안블록의 안정성 평가 지침을 참고하여 호안블록 시험구간을 설치한 뒤, 서로 다른 형태의 호안블록 두 종류에 대하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에 사용된 호안블록은 실재 현장에서 사용되는 블록과 동일한 제품을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 두 종류의 호안블록에서 모두 기반 토층의 침하 현상이 발견되었으며, 그 중에서 블록 중앙에 구멍이 있는 형태의 호안블록의 경우에는 구멍 내부에서 발생한 강한 세굴 현상이 침하로 이어져 결국에는 호안블록이 설치된 구간 전체가 파손되는 양상을 보였다. 또한 유속이 빠른 구간에서 블록의 파손이 더 심화되는 양상도 확인하였다.

  • 통신처리시스템(Communication Processing System)은 전화망과 ISDN 가입자들에게 전국 규모의 PC 통신 및 인터넷 액세스를 가능하게 하기 위한 망정합 장치이며, 동시에 통신처리 서비스를 제공하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서 기술하고자 하는 통신처리시스템 전화망 정합장치는 120 채널 규모의 용량으로 설계되었으며, 전화망과는 텐덤교환기 레벌과 4개의 El 트렁크 접속방식으로 연결되며 R2 MFC 방식을 사용한다. 접속된 가입자 회선은 ITU-T V.90 규격에 따르는 모뎀풀을 사용하여 정합되며 이 정보들은 역다중화된 후 서비스된다. 이 정보들은 데이터 처리 블록, 입출력 기능 블록, 사용자 명령어 처리 블록, 서비스처리 블록에 의해 복수의 서비스 제공자 망에 접속된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 통신처리시스템에 연결되는 전화망 가입자들에게 효과적으로 데이터 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전화망 정합장치(TNAS; Telephony Network Access Subsystem)의 기능과 구조, 설계 및 구현 내용에 대해 기술한다.

A Development of Ship Block Leveling System based on the Axiomatic Design (공리적 설계 기반 선체 블록 레벨링 시스템 개발)

  • In this paper the independence axiom, one of two principal axioms of axiomatic design theory, is applied to the leveling system development as an design criteria. After functional requirements and corresponding design parameters constitute an initial design matrix for the leveling system, sequence, which is compatible with the independence axiom, of the design parameters of the design matrix is determined and independent components of block leveling system are revealed. As a result of axiomatic design, system configuration related to the design sequence is developed. In order to verify and validate the developed block leveling system, test with real hull block leveling work in site by using total station which is used to acquire three dimensional coordinate of target point is performed. Comparison with measured data and output data from the block leveling system shows the system accuracy is under 1 mm so that the developed system is verified and validated to be used in site.

  • This study examines the possibility of applying various recordkeeping methods through a platform built in 2019 by the National Archives of Korea. In particular, it aims to develop a way to track and store transactions using blockchain and to design and present the method of records management automation using smart contracts. In this regard, a literature review, a system analysis of CAMS and MAM, interviews with the experts, designing, implementation, and the development of the system's proof of concept were performed. These efforts resulted in the proposal of an archives and records management strategy utilizing blockchain, which guarantees transparency and accountability by preserving an audit trail on recordkeeping activities.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual model for the tourism application of the block chain consensus construct and to test the intention of technology acceptance of potential consumers. First, we have tried to investigate the security, reliability, functionality was derived. Secondary, structural validation of the proposed model confirmed the factors influencing the acceptance of block chain technology in terms of consumers. Based on this, we apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to evaluate. Individual innovation and block-chain technology have a strong causal relationship with the proposed block chain acceptance intentions based on the Hybrid Block Chain Consensus system, which shows strong innovation and strong cognitive status. In addition, the factors directly affecting the acceptance of block-chain are the benefits expected from the block chain, the technical infrastructure required to use the service, the perceived benefits available. The influence of the surrounding environment on the adoption of technology and ease of use on new technology did not affect the acceptance intention significantly.

  • 파이썬 및 데이터 분석, 인공지능 코딩 교육을 수행하기 위한 플랫폼인 에듀비(EduB)에서 AI 융합 및 STEAM 교육을 위해 추가 블록을 생성할 수 있는 저작 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 기존에 블록클리 에디터를 작성해서 처리하는 방식 대신 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 블록 형태의 탬플릿을 제공하여 새로운 기능과 블록을 쉽게 추가할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 해당 블록 생성기를 구현하였다.

A Still Image Compression System with a High Quality Text Compression Capability (고 품질 텍스트 압축 기능을 지원하는 정지영상 압축 시스템)

  • We propose a novel still image compression system which supports a high quality text compression function. The system segments the text from the image and compresses the text with a high quality. The system shows 48:1 high compression ratio using context-based adaptive binary arithmetic coding. The arithmetic coding performs the high compression by the codeblocks in the bitplane. The input of the system consists of a segmentation mode and a ROI(Region Of Interest) mode. In segmentation mode, the input image is segmented into a foreground consisting of text and a background consisting of the remaining region. In ROI mode, the input image is represented by the region of interest window. The high quality text compression function with a high compression ratio shows that the proposed system can be comparable with the JPEG2000 products. This system also uses gray coding to improve the compression ratio.

  • This paper is a study on the hardware implementation of the encryption and decryption block of the lightweight block cipher algorithm LEA which can be used for tiny devices in IoT environment. It accepts all secret keys with 128 bit, 192 bit, and 256 bit sizes and aims at the integrated implementation of encryption and decryption functions. It describes design results of applying pipeline method for performance enhancement. When a decryption function is executed, round keys are used in reverse order of encryption function. An efficient hardware implementation method for minimizing performance degradation are suggested. Considering the number of rounds are 24, 28, or 32 times according to the size of secret keys, pipeline of LEA is implemented so that 4 round function operations are executed in each pipeline stage.
