In this research, a survey was done on two hundred and forty-six elders who receive care through LTC to verify the effect of market attributes on the user satisfaction of the Long-therm Care Service. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 statistics program. This study reveals the following results: First, in service tangibility, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice all have a positive relation with user satisfaction. Second, in the aspect of credibility, house ownership, competitiveness, administrative regulation, and freedom in choice show a positive-relation with user satisfaction. Third, in responsiveness, the scale of the organization, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Forth, in assurance ability, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice also positively affected user satisfaction. Lastly, in the aspect of perceptual openness, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational culture, organizational process, and autonomy in choice show a positive relationship with user satisfaction.

우리나라의 고령화 단계는 매우 심각한 수준으로 이미 초고령화 사회에 진입하기 바로 전 단계이다. 한다. 그러나 사회복지 관련 정부예산 및 부족한 전문인력 등의 여러 가지 문제점으로 인하여 지속적으로 늘어가는 독거노인들에 대한 효율적인 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있는 것이 국내의 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹캠과 유비쿼터스 센서들을 이용하여 독거노인들의 위험 감지 및 알람 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 독거노인들의 일상생활을 웹캠과 유비쿼터스 센서들을 이용하여, 24시간 모니터링을 하면서 불규칙한 이상 행동 패턴이 발생하게 되면, 해당 행동 패턴을 추출하고, 보호자 및 관계기관과 응급의료구조시스템을 호출하는 등의 서비스를 제공함으로써, 독거 노인들에 대한 세심하고 밀접한 관리 및 폭 넓은 서비스를 기대할 수 있게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the elderly image in the relationship of HYO consciousness and job satisfaction in care worker. In this study, the HYO consciousness of care workers is the consciousness of taking good care of the elderly. The research subjects were selected by 10 long-term care institutions belonging to Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 450 nursing care providers were selected for the survey using a questionnaire. The final 429 questionnaire was used for the analysis. The analysis shows that first, HYO consciousness and the elderly image have a defining effect on job satisfaction. Second, HYO consciousness were found to have a positive influence on the elderly image. Finally, the elderly image played a role in the relationship between HYO consciousness and job satisfaction. The government should seek ways to foster a sense of HYO consciousness and a positive image of the elderly by utilizing educational opportunities for care worker in the future.

This study seeks to analyze the effects of senior citizens' perception of sex on the life satisfaction in an empirical manner, and to present practical measures to improve senior citizens' perception of sex and life satisfaction based on the analysis results. To realize these research purposes, survey was administered targeting senior citizens who are at least 65 years old who reside at the Cities K and S in do-Jeollanam Province. As a result, 168 copies excluding unreliable answers were used for the final analysis. Collected data was subjected to SPSS 20.0 analysis, and the factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, t/F-test and regression analysis were carried out. Based on these analysis results, the following programs were suggested; development of the senior citizen sex education program to provide knowledge and information on sex, cultivation of the experts and establishment of counseling institutions that handle senior citizens' sex issue exclusively and execution of the social training and PR targeting the general public.

The purpose of the Convergence study is to identify the factors of health-related quality of life for the elderly and provide the basic data needed to improve the quality of life for the elderly. The objects of the study were 1,367 people aged 65 or older living in Korea out of the original data for the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Year 2017). Multiple regression analyses was performed by using the SPSS/PC 21.0 statistical program for the purpose of the study. According to the study, mental health and then physical activity were the most influential factors in health-related quality of life. Based on these results, we found that health education is highly important to provide customized health care services and to build the correct lifestyle in order to improve the quality of health-related life. Therefore, follow-up research is needed to identify the effectiveness of developing and applying diverse programs to enhance mental health and physical activity of the elderly in the future.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current state and improvements of the public library services for older adult in Korea. According to the online survey of public libraries in urban areas across the country, a total of 172 libraries responded. Research shows that public libraries generally recognize the importance of elderly users, but there are limitations in active efforts. The priority area for library collection and space/facilities was to be strengthened by the expansion of large type and voice books/periodical books, as well as the need to ask librarians for help to find books in high bookshelves. In the case of library services/programs, the areas that need to be strengthened first were analyzed as social participation programs and humanities programs. The librarians in charge of information services expressed their opinions that more specialized services and programs should be planned and subdivided for the elderly generation in order to provide older adults' services unique to other older adults' service institutions.

OLED는 유기발광 물질에서 나오는 빛을 이용하는 소자로 현재는 주로 디스플레이분야에서 LCD와 경쟁하고 있다. OLED 조명은 백색을 내는 OLED 소자를 조명으로 이용하는 것으로 휘도가 높고 낮은 전압에서 구동되며 유리 기판위에 제작됨으로 얇다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 특히 OLED는 수 mm 이하의 두께로 구현이 가능하여 경량 박형의 광원이 가능하므로 실치 장소에 대한 제약이 거의 없다는 장점을 까지고 있다. 시장전망 기관들에 따르면 OLED 조명 시장은 2012년을 전후로 본격적으로 시작될 것으로 예상하고 있다.

This study is to investigate the correlation of the period of child care support agency and child language cognitive development and to lead the development of the child in a positive side. For this purpose, Korea Children's Panel's 2012 data by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) were used, selected 913 children of total 1703 parts. The result was derived from the results of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis result, there was significant correlation between the period of child care support agency and child language cognitive development, and the longer the period of child care supper agency was the better child language cognitive development. Applying this results in health policy to expand the 'Free Childcare Policy', it will be higher for young child language and cognitive development.

Background and Objectives : The aim of the this study is to determine the efficacy of an external prosthesis made of ringed Polytetrafluoroethylene to prevent Postanastomotic stenosis after surgical correction of extensive tracheal defects in rabbits. Materials and Methods : Thirty rabbits were used, divided into two groups of 15 animals each. Group A rabbits underwent resection of six-ring segments of the cervical trachea and tracheal end-to-end anastomosis. The Procedure used in group B was similar to that used in group A. but the tracheal anastomosis was supported by an external ringed polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis. After six months, rabbits were killed and tracheas were resected and then compared the postanastomotic tracheal stenosis using morphometry. Results : Anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter, cross sectional area and intra luminal perimeter of trachea was greater in group B than group A. Also inflammatory changes of mucosa and submucosa were greater in group A than group B. Conclusion : A ringed PTFE as a external stent was effective to prevent tracheal stenosis resulting from the extensive tracheal resection and tracheal reconstruction in rabbits.
