This paper is the outcome of attempting to approach for reading the Analects of Confucius through the polysemy of Chinese character and indecidability of articles. For this purpose at first, I explained which this Chinese character can be applied for 'philosophy language'. In the 16th century Matteo Ricci had tried to find out the possibility of ideographic script as standing for a universal language. On the other hand, Hegel and Heidegger strictly insisted on the Chinese character is inappropriate for expressing the logic thought of the human being. The reason was as next; firstly, this character had not the preposition and articles, and secondly the only one word could not indicates the bisemy including the meaning of opposition, lastly this language system expresses and communicates only with the change of word order without inflection. But With some scholar like Cassirer, Saussure and Derrida we can confirm the possibility which will discover the Chinese character for using the logic and reasoning language of from different view. Because in the language system of this Chinese character the connection of words in contexts is more important other than meaning as the individual word, in comparison to the language of the West. The Chinese character hides the original meaning until being what kind of event and thing relationship watch inside with different letters. So to speak, the Chinese character is called as 'language of indecidability'. For these points, even though The Chinese character lacks of preposition, articles, and inflection speech etc. the letter systematic, this language system can play a role for expressing as the philosophic language which manages with the complicated problems of the human being.
The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of Bibliodrama on the metaverse platforms. In other words, to create interesting and effective Bible education for modern learners, this study took a didactical approach to the implementation of Bibliodrama through the metaverse. The main reason to be enthusiastic about using the metaverse for education is because users, who have been only content consumers, now able to experience and create values. As a Bible didactical approach, Bibliodrama is a an emphatical and communicative learning method in the form of role play. Bibliodrama seeks to interact with the world of the learner and the world of the Bible through improvisational acting, to study the Bible. Through the Bible didactical approach, the meeting of Bibliodrama and the metaverse can have a positive effect on modern learners, in terms of improving learning environment and, above all else, increasing learning interest. In terms of biblical didactics, implementing Bibliodrama in the metaverse has the following advantages. First, it helps to construct a dramatic situation and environment so that the meaning of the biblical text can be proved relevant to today's learners, not something belonging to the past. Second, in the metaverse, the historical space and characters of the Bible can be realized in virtual reality to produce a 'situational play'. Demonstrating freedom, imagination and creativity in the metaverse learners play in Bibliodrama. This way they also become aware of the hidden meaning of the blank pages in the Bible. Third, the metaverse environment is not static but dynamic and interactive; Bibliodrama pursues an interpretation that harmonizes spirit and body. Therefore, through the dynamic activities of discovering the meaning and significance of the Bible, it is possible to form a holistic faith in which spirit and body act as one.

The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies to help micro entrepreneurs who have experienced failure to successfully re-challenge. To this end, relevant literature published from 1977 to 2022 was analyzed, behavioral event interviews (BEI) were conducted with 7 successful micro entrepreneurs, and focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted three times by inviting competency development and HRD experts. Based on these research activities, the draft about competencies for micro entrepreneurs who had have failure was derived. And then inviting 12 experts in related field for Delphi Analysis, the final competency model that helps micro entrepreneurs successfully recover were developed as follows : Competency Groups(small business owners, recovery from failure), 8 detailed competencies(seize business opportunities, business planning, business differentiation, operation management, market exploration, research and development of products and services, positive self-regulation, overcoming and coping with failure experiences), 22 competency factors, and 72 behavioral indicators. This study has an academic significance in that it developed the competencies required for micro entrepreneurs recovering from failure. In addition, the results of this study can be used to develop a competency-based education program for micro entrepreneurs and to select suitable candidates for support programs.
This study presents how the engineering ethics instructional modules have been developed based on Korean culture and how they are implemented into the existing engineering curricula at Sungkyunkwan University. The engineering ethics instructional modules were designed to be taught by engineering faculty members who did not have any teaching experience in ethics. As a result, it was determined that the engineering ethics instructional modules should include a detailed instructor lesson plan and all supporting resources such as slides (Power Point base), and handouts, or assessment units (pre- and post-test). Two 75 minute modules developed in this study consist of the diverse instructional activities for various student group sizes. In order to improve students' interests and classroom attention, various visual and audio resources such as famous movies, cartoons, and poems were included in the instructional resources. In addition, a number of case studies which might happen in the students' daily lives were chosen. The resulting ethical module No. 1 has been instructed in the existing engineering classes during the 1st semester in 2007. Overall, the students reported positive impressions of the modules and the faculty members also reported favorable perceptions of the modules. Also, team based activities encouraged students to participate in constructing the event trees, which are a basic analysis tool for ethics case studies. The results of this study will provide a guideline of implementing engineering ethics into the engineering curricula to other engineering programs and schools.

Despite the increasing number of international students in Korea, there is a lack of research on the health information-seeking behavior of international students. This study examined the health information search behavior of international students in Korea through a questionnaires and in-depth interviews adopting Critical Incident Technique. Most frequent health information needs that the participants experienced were related to Covid-19 and locating doctors/hospitals. The difficulties in seeking health information were language barriers, lack of knowledge of the Korean medical system, insufficient or overflowing information on the Internet. However, despite the language barrier, international students mainly used Korean sources (friends/family, websites, social media) for searching health information. In order to search health information on Korean websites, they used Google Translator or got help from bilingual friends/family members. The participants who have lived in Korea for a shorter period of time or who have lower Korean language proficiency tend to obtain health information through the community on social networks; whereas the longer the period of residence in Korea and the better the Korean language proficiency, the more likely to use websites. Only 28% of the participants gave positive answers to the question asking their confidence in finding the health information they needed. It is discussed how to help international students find accurate and credible health information.

The Korean nuclear industry has been influenced by Fukushima nuclear accident of Japan which occurred two years ago. With information about the accident mainly through mass media such as television or internet, most people are inclined to have a negative perception about nuclear and radiation. They have lack of proper understanding of the fact. Especially, Korean students being future generation have a very limited chance to learn about nuclear and radiation from their regular school curricula. To meet this need, the effectiveness of an extra curricula program is studied using a set of survey on the change of knowledge and perception on radiation, which has been conducted by providing a radiation experiencing program, developed for this study, to high school students in Daejeon area. As a result, a large number of students are found to have enhanced their knowledge on radiation, while some students have shown their positive change of perception on radiation. Based on this, further study may need to improve the survey method and to promote its application for the development of more diverse and systematic radiation experiencing programs. Moreover, better ways for synergy between education and public relations activities on radiation safety may need to be sought.

This study explored how retirement satisfaction or dissatisfaction influences on retirees' life satisfaction, comparing to workers and the gender differences were examined. The study sample was 2,609 persons (1,886 workers, 723 retirees) aged 45 or older who participated in the 1-2 waves of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA), and the retirees were classified into continuously dissatisfied retirees and satisfied retirees during wave 1 and 2. Using SPSS 21.0, the multiple regression models were examined, and in order to clarify the gender difference, the multi-group analysis and the wald-test were conducted to test the difference of the regression coefficients according to gender using Mplus 7.3. According to the results, the life satisfaction of dissatisfied retirees was lower than that of the employed, but when satisfied with retirement, the life satisfaction was higher than that of the employed. In addition, the dissatisfied retirees in both gender were less satisfied with life than the employed, and this effect was greater in female group. However, the life satisfaction of female satisfied with retirement was higher than that of the employed, whereas the evidence of the male influence was not found to be significant. Based on the results of this study, discussion about heterogeneity of retirees and gender differences in life span were presented.
The purpose of this study is to present implications for revitalizing start-ups and contribute to enhancing the success rate of start-ups by clarifying factors and processes for converting workers with knowledge, experience and networks in related fields into entrepreneur. Based on the Shapero's Entrepreneurial Event Model, this study demonstrated whether the job insecurity and entrepreneurship of the workers were precipitating events of the entrepreneurial intention and whether the perceived desirability and feasibility of the entrepreneurial behaviour mediated between them. According to the results of the study, first, it was confirmed that job insecurity, innovativeness, and risk-taking of workers are factors that increase the entrepreneurial intention. Second, the indirect effect of perceived desirability between all components of job insecurity and entrepreneurial intentions was not significant, but all components of entrepreneurship appeared to improve entrepreneurial intention through perceived desirability. Third, it has been confirmed that job insecurity, innovativeness, and risk-taking strengthen the entrepreneurial intention through the perception of feasibility for entrepreneurial behavior. Through this study, it is confirmed that in order to convert workers into entrepreneur, it is necessary to strengthen entrepreneurship education and support for internal ventures for workers to increase their positive attitude and confidence in implementation. Therefore, it is expected to help solve job problems and revive the sluggish economy by contributing to boosting start-ups.
E-commerce is gradually upgrading from traditional text and image formats to short video and livestreaming formats. Livestreaming e-commerce enriches the content and forms of information dissemination and product display, enhances the consumer's shopping experience, and gradually becomes the mainstream new consumer scene. However, there are many negative phenomena in the development of livestreaming e-commerce, such as false propaganda, counterfeit goods, and various negative events, which seriously affect the level of consumer trust in livestreaming e-commerce. Trust is the core competitive factor of livestreaming e-commerce. Based on previous research on trust theory and combined with the characteristic elements of "people, goods, and scenes" of livestreaming e-commerce, this article constructs a trust model for livestreaming e-commerce, proposes hypotheses, and proves through empirical research that factors such as store characteristics, livestream host characteristics, brand image, product information, platform reputation, livestreaming situation, and trust tendency have a significant positive impact on consumer trust. Based on the research conclusions, this article provides insights and management suggestions, such as emphasizing the construction of store characteristic indicators, creating desirable livestream host characteristics, focusing on product brand building and selection, maintaining the display of product information, selecting suitable livestreaming platforms, and creating rich content for livestreaming situations.

The purpose of this study was to improve awareness of network marketing business in South Korea, which takes a quite negative view of network marketing, to raise awareness of "starting up a business" as independent business owners, to assist them in building their own subjecthood in network business and entrepreneurial identity, and ultimately to give some suggestions on how to improve their self-directed entrepreneurial competency and the quality of their business management. To make an empirical analysis of 121 independent business owners of Korean native network marketing, the personal and background variables of the entrepreneurs were selected as independent variables, and entrepreneurship was selected as a mediator variable. The selected dependent variables were financial and non-financial business performances. A multiple regression analysis was conducted by inputting the variables. The findings of the study were as follows: It produced an effect of more financial performance when the innovation of the independent business owners of network marketing was better, and this innovation was possible to have only when they improved in entrepreneurial efficacy and locus of control. In contrast, only authenticity had an effect on boosting non-financial business performance among the factors of entrepreneurship. To have authenticity, it's necessary to strengthen achievement needs and awareness of locus of control among the personal characteristics of the independent business owners of network marketing. Among the factors of entrepreneurship, there was better authenticity when their personal networks were broader among their background characteristics. In addition, self-efficacy that was one of personal characteristics made a direct contribution to the enhancement of non-financial performance. As a result, independent business owners of network marketing are required to hold a strong belief in their own business, to be active in business activities and to have a high efficacy as spontaneous principal agents, and they also are required to have more adventurous, planned, active and propulsive achievement needs that enable them to attain the goals of their business and keep moving forward. Besides, they should foster their locus-of-control competency that is to control, endure and be responsible for a variety of phenomena or incidents that they face, and there will be better financial performance or non-financial performance only when they demonstrate their self-belief and confidence and when they have faith in and conviction about themselves. For independent business owners of network marketing, a consumer-centered thinking that entails authenticity and trustworthiness and touches the hearts of customers is a more effective marketing strategy than an egocentric thinking as sellers when they approach customers. And they are expected to make progress in terms of the quality of business management when their business attachment or enthusiasm is great enough to match their own efficacy with entrepreneurial identity or strike a balance between them.
