A Study on the Moderating Effects of Shared Leadership on the Relationship between Types of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction - A Focus on Company 'P (공유리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로 조직문화 유형과 조직몰입 및 직무만족과의 관계연구 - 'P' 기업을 대상으로)

  • This study examined the relationship between the type of organizational culture and organizational commitment, job satisfaction as well as the moderate effects of shared leadership on the relationship among the organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction at a world leading steel company 'P'. The results showed that the consensus culture and rational culture positively affect the organizational commitment, and that the developmental culture, consensus culture and rational culture positively affected the job satisfaction. The results also revealed the meaningful moderate effects of the shared leadership on the relationship between the development culture, consensus culture and job satisfaction. The suggestions were made accordingly to propose the directions to improve the organizational performance of the company that is in global competition.

  • A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and not only academia but also psychological areas do also. Until now, leadership has been accentuated by managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies as predictors and learning performance in IT classes as dependents variables mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea(116 samples) and India(36 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. As a result of empirical analysis, Korean learners making an effort by themselves show a tendency to think constructively. Namely, even though the level of difficulty may be high, by positive self-talk, respondents usually make an effort to get high academic performance. In case of Indian respondents, students who are in behavior-oriented show higher academic performance. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

  • This study is a study on how much organizational leadership influences customer orientation so that it can secure and maintain a continuous competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment of corporate management and public organizations. it was approached through theoretical consideration of pygmalion leadership. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, a conceptual definition of the three research variables of pygmalion leadership and its constituent atmosphere, feedback, and output is given. Second, the casual relationship between the conceptually defined three research variables of pygmalion leadership and self-efficacy and organizational commitment was verified. Third, the casual relationship was verified on the extent to which pygmalion leadership influences customer orientation through self-efficacy and organizational commitment, which are parameters. Fourth, through the verification result of the casual relationship between the research variables constituting the research model of this study. It was intended to present an implication. In addition, the significance of direct causal relationships between the research variables of pygmalion leadership, mediating variables, and dependent variables, which constitute the verified research models was verified, and the results of hypothesis testing were presented, and the academic and practical implications of the results of this study were presented.

  • 우리나라는 그동안의 빠른 경제 성장 뿐만 아니라 기후변화 대응 분야에서도 어떤 선진국이나 개도국보다 리더십을 발휘해 온 것이 사실이다. 국제 탄소가격의 불안과 선진국의 탈퇴로 위기에 직면한 기후변화협약에도 불구하고 국가 발전의 패러다임으로 녹색성장을 선언했던 한국정부가 이제는 국가차원이 아닌 기업차원에서 녹색경영을 통한 성장의 가능성을 인식하고 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 실질적 정책 마련도 필요해 보인다. 우리 기업들도 과거와 달리 환경문제, 에너지 절감, 기후변화문제 등에 심각성을 인식하고 있는 바, 글로벌 시장에서의 경쟁력 강화와 기업의 사회적책임이라는 소명하에 녹색경영에 대한 장기적 전략수립이 필요한 때인 듯하다.

Big Hit Entertainment's Contents Innovation : Focusing on Entrepreneurial Leadership and Platform Strategy (빅히트 엔터테인먼트의 콘텐츠 혁신 : 기업가적 리더십과 플랫폼 전략을 중심으로)

  • Big Hit entertainment corporation has been well known for value creation since it became the contents innovator in Korea to develop global artist musician BTS. By introducing sustainable innovations, as well as a mainstream of successive music entertainment growth, Big Hit entertainment corporation has became a global leader in highly competitive entertainment industry. To explain the Big Hit's contents innovation story, this study suggests a innovation momentum with two core elements: CEO's entrepreneurial leadership and platform strategy. Based on in-depth case study, this study proposes that CEO's entrepreneurial leadership allowed the Big Hit entertainment corporation to take advantage of its existing key resources and execute sustainable contents innovations. Also, creating diverse music and entertainment contents from the Weverse digital platform produce Big Hit's value creation. Based on these research results, both the contributions and implication to entertainment industry and academic field are presented.

  • This study is about the factors affecting organizational effectiveness and to suggest implications for encouraging organizational effectiveness. The conditional process model was analyzed with transformational leadership as an independent variable, educational service quality as a mediator, organizational effectiveness as a dependent variable, and trust as a moderator. The data collected from the financial institutions were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, transformational leadership has a (+) effect on educational service quality, and educational service quality has a (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Except for the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, transformational leadership affect organizational effectiveness. Excluding the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, educational service quality mediate between transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness. Trust only moderates between educational service quality and innovative behavior. Trust moderated the mediating effect of educational service quality between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. The results suggest the importance of education service quality management in a non-face-to-face working environment and the importance of individual consideration in innovative actions.

Case Analysis Study of Global Femvertising Campaign for Female Empowerment (여성들의 권익신장을 위한 글로벌 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인 사례분석)

  • Female empowerment advertising campaigns are easily observed in the United States and European countries whereas it is rarely found in Korea. Thus, this study is designed to analyze female empowerment advertising campaigns so-called femvertising through a case analysis method. The case analysis is often employed in the field of advertising and other social sciences, especially is helpful in finding current trends. Study results found that themes of global femvertising campaigns could be categorized into 'redefining women's beauty', 'gender equality', 'education', and 'leadership'. The objective of these femvertising campaigns is to change perspectives of the society on women and change men's perspective. In terms of product category by global femvertising campaign companies, it varies from consumer goods, IT & electronics, automotive, finance, toy, non-profit organization to press. In general, femvertising targets women, but some femvertising campaigns also target men. This study also provides implications in regards with media usage strategy and advertising planning strategy.

  • With the recent advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the importance of the platform business is increasing. Most global companies with high market value are known as platform companies. This change is changing the business model of companies in various industries. However, existing studies have mainly focused on information-intensive industries and large companies. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the case of Everybot, which is successfully growing in the service robot industry. Everybot is known as a company that produces robot cleaners. However, according to the result, the company has focused on developing autonomous driving technologies and pursuing platform-based business strategies rather than product-based ones. The results of this study have theoretical and practical implications by showing how domestic small and medium-sized robot companies apply platform-based business strategies to achieve long-term growth with gaining leadership in the personal service robotics market.

Impact of Agile Leadership and Organizational Justice on Job Commitment in Finance Sales (Agile Leadership과 조직 공정성이 금융 Sales 종업원의 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the job commitment of employees within a financial sales organization, focusing particularly on agile leadership and organizational justice. Agile leadership was subdivided into four components: adaptability, collaboration promotion, proficiency, and an agile approach, whereas organizational justice was broken down into distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Data were gathered through an online survey, and 245 valid responses were subjected to hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed a significant positive effect of distributive justice, interactional justice, adaptability, promotion of collaboration, and an agile approach on job commitment among the employees of the financial sales organization. However, the influence of proficiency, a component of agile leadership, and procedural justice, a dimension of organizational justice, did not prove to be statistically significant. The order of influence among the significant variables was found to be: adaptability, interactional justice, promotion of collaboration, distributive justice, and an agile approach. These findings confirmed the impact of agile leadership in financial sales organizations, traditionally viewed as conservative, and suggested practical implications for the financial sector to adapt in anticipation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

청소년기업가정신교육은 청소년기업가정신지수를 향상시킬까?: JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육을 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년기업가지수를 활용하여 청소년기업가정신교육이 청소년에게 어떠한 영역에서 효과가 있는지 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육을 중심으로 검증해 보는 데 있다. JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생 124명을 대상으로 청소년기업가정신지수의 3개 영역(인지, 사회, 정의), 9개 하위요소(혁신성, 적극적 문제해결, 대인관계, 리더십, 공감, 위험감수성, 진취성, 자기효능감, 모호함에 대한 인내)를 교육 사전-사후로 나누어 대응분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육에 참가한 고등학생의 청소년기업가정신지수를 사전-사후 대응분석을 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였다. 둘째, 청소년기업가정신지수를 구성하는 인지, 사회, 정의영역 중인지영역과 정의영역에서 유의미하게 상승하였다. 마지막으로 9개 하위요소에 대해 분석한 결과 대인관계 및 위험감수성 요소를 제외하고 7개 하위요소에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌다. 본 연구는 청소년기업가정신지수를 활용하여 교육의 효과성을 검증하고 청소년기업가정신교육의 바람직한 방향성을 수립하는데 필요한 객관적인 자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
