Myoclonus may originate from the cerebral cortex, subcortical structures, brainstem, spinal cord or peripheral nerve. But unilateral upper limb myoclonus related to cortical infarct is an unusual clinical picture. We report a 67-year-old man presented with myoclonus, associated with primary motor cortex infarction.

본 논문에서는 ARM7TDMI CPU를 기반으로 한 네트워크 장비에 구현된 DHCP의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논한다. 실시간 운영 체제인 uC/OS와 Watt TCP/IF 등의 소프트웨어가 탑재되어 있는 시스템에 DHCP를 구현 함으로써, 네트워크 설정이 편리한 시스템이 되도록 하였다. 제안할 'tiny-DHCF' 는 본래의 기능은 수행하면서, 그 크기를 축소한 것이다. 임베디드 시스템에서 더 경제적으로 구현할 수 있는 소형 UHCP인 'tiny UHCP' 적용 방법에 관하여 논의하고자 한다.

Three compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Dioscorea quinqueloba and identified as $diosgenin\;3-O-{\alpha}_-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}2)-{\beta}-_D-glucopyranoside$, dioscin and gracillin by chemical and spectroscopic means.

This study was carried out to find out the optimum hardening condition for ginseng plantlets redifferentiated by tissue culture method. While a lot of root hair were observed on the root of seedling grown on the soil, few root hair were observed on the root of plantlet redifferentiated in vitro. On the medium solidified with $0.1{\%}$ phytagel, root hair was not observed and root weight, root width and laternal root development were also very poor. While raising the phytagel concentration on the media, root hair began to increase and root weight, root width and latemal root development were improved. Vascular tissue of plantlet grown on the medium with $0.1{\%}$ phytagel was very poor, but that of plantlet grown on the medium with $0.8{\%}$ phytagel was very good.

This study was carried out to investigate the qualities of Saururus chinensis Baill. rhizomes and it content of active ingredient accenting to the storage methods. As the storage period increased the rates of weight loss, rotten rhizomes and the number of sprouts increased. Refrigerator storage resulted in the lowest weight reduction and sprouts rates, while storage in soil-filled box in a store-house was most effective in reducing spoilage rate. Five lignans from rhizome were determined by HPLC Retention time ranged $18{\sim}36$ minutes and showed saucernetin sauchinone, manassantin A, saucerneol D, and manassantin B in that order. Regardless of storage methods, the lignan content was lower after 120 days than after 30 days of storage, and increased manassantin B, manassantin A, saucernetin sauchinone, and saucerneol D in that order.
