The aim of this study is to analyze the correlation between the job characteristics, psychological wellbeing, and organizational commitment of workers in social welfare organizations. The subjects were 275 workers of social welfare organizations in Y city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analysis were frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression using the SPSS Program. The results of the study, analyzing the effects of job characteristics on organizational commitment showed that authority, harmony, and autonomy had positive effects on organizational commitment. Analyzing the effects of job characteristics on psychological wellbeing showed that authority and harmony had positive effects on psychological wellbeing, but autonomy was not. The organizational commitment to the effects of job characteristics on psychological wellbeing was analyzed as the partial mediated effect. The implications of this study are expected to be utilized as baseline data in developing programs for improving organizational commitment for the psychological wellbeing of social welfare organizations workers.

This study explored news coverage on the sex crimes and analyzed news by network analysis and frame analysis based on the layered model to compare news coverage on the celebrity. As a result, in case of celebrity the broadcasting focused more and the tone of news is more sensational. The news in ground wave broadcasting more detailed on the sex crimes. It blamed the An, the governor of Chungnam more and the news is more sensational by interviewing marginal man. In #Metoo case, broadcasting news focused on the offender. The title of case name and the headline are framed based on the offender. Especially consensual relationship frame is dominated in the sex crime news. This study also can see the offender blaming frame and in the viewpoint of agenda-setting. It is difficult to find the cause of #Metoo movement and the structural approach on the case. This study highlighted the importance of layed model when analyzing the sex-crime news related with #Metoo movement.

Confucius made endless thoughts on such themes as enlightening for the internal value of human, how to draw out such value and how to make personal relationship in order to overcome the chaotic Chun-qiu age. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' stated by Confucius passes us the theoretical meaning for making a good relationship with the others, which is realization of Benevolence. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' pursues moral, public and golden-mean value. This pursuit is made to look for harmonization and coexistence in personal relation, community based relation and, furthermore, relation with the nature, so that a great man is an entirely-good person who has realized the spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness'. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' throws to us many issues to think of for the social unity, 'living together', which is the central theme of today. The objects for which the 'living together' shall be embodied are the minor groups of our society and those who are relatively expelled from the power and benefit including multi-culture based families, north Korean refugees and etc. Such open mind for harmonization and coexistence gives us, furthermore, another important issue to think of also in the matter of environment that includes the ecosystem and the entire nature.

In this paper, I tried to clarify the background of the strengthening of centralization in the central-local relations during the Xi Jinping period in terms of the institutional structure of elite politics through a comparative study of the composition of the provincial sector of the Politburo, the highest power body, during the time of Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping. Compared to the Hu Jintao period, it is judged that the strengthening of centralization in the Xi Jinping era is being implemented not through the neutralization of institutionalized formal construction norms, but through the expansion of control within the norms. In other words, the institutionalized frame itself was not broken in the composition of the provincial sector of the Politburo, and local compliance with the central government centered on the general secretary was increased by exercising the right to control personnel more strongly.

세종시대의 장영실(蔣英實)은 두 가지의 자동 물시계를 제작했다. 이미 잘 알려진 보루각루(報漏閣漏, '자격루'로 불림)는 1434년에 완성되어 국가 표준시계로서의 역할을 수행했고, 이어서 만들어진 흠경각루(欽敬閣漏, 1438년 제작)는 세종을 위한 특별한 시계였다. 이 연구는 흠경각(欽敬閣)에 설치한 물시계에 대한 것이다. 당시 흠경각은 세종의 정치적 구상을 위한 장소로 사용됐다. 이는 흠경각루를 이루고 있는 외형 부분인 가산(假山)에 빈풍사시(豳風四時)의 풍경을 그린 점과 의기(倚器)를 설치한 정황에서 알 수 있다. 빈풍사시의 그림은 당시에 유행하던 그림 화법으로 계절에 따른 농사일이 그려져 있어 농사짓는 백성들의 어려움을 살필 수 있었다. 또한 물시계와 함께 작동되는 의기(倚器)는 누수(漏水)에 의해서 그릇에 물이 담겨져 균형을 이루거나 기울어지는 것을 권력의 모습으로 비유하여 보여주었다. 우리는 흠경각루의 문헌내용을 분석하여 먼저 외형모습, 내부의 구성요소에 대한 것을 연구했다. 이러한 연구 성과를 확장하여 내부의 작동메커니즘의 기초설계를 실시했다. 흠경각루의 시간을 유지하는 중요한 요소는 물시계, 수차, 천형시스템의 유기적인 운영이다. 물시계의 유량실험을 통해 수압과 유량의 관계를 분석하고, 수차의 회전과 제어를 담당하는 천형시스템의 모델을 제시했다. 또한 연구과정에서 얻어진 자료의 일부를 전통천문학 교육에 활용하기 위한 웹페이지(history.kasi.re.kr)를 한국천문연구원 서버를 통해 구축중에 있다.

The research focused on the return of class analysis of the media soctor. It is told that class is a determining factor of media industry. This article is divided in to four sections that represent class analysis of media. In this study, I claimed that class analysis is necessary of understanding the nature of media industrial capital and its nature. With their domination of the media, big corporations seek to control political power and information. This article has demonstrated that the media power of corporations should be curved.

This essay deals with the bulk of problems of media raised by social inequality. I attempted to examine the relationship between inequality and media/information. In adopting the method of political economy based on dialectical viewpoint, I argue that collaboration among Chaebol, media, power result in the media capitalism. This mode of production has brought about the decline of public service and democracy. It led the Korean industrial capitalism to media capitalism. This mechanism is a dominant but unfair system with grasping of wealth, power, information. The media capitalism, based on profit, privatizations, power monopoly, remains democracy and public service in retreat. Chaebol-media-power complex plays an important role in cementing the establishment. We are reminded how much the dominant system has deteriorated the public interests of the media market and information.

Through a qualitative analysis of the Ikuno Korean Festival in Osaka, this article examines and critiques how identities are constructed, and how this process is shaped by the mediation of intra and inter-community concerns. Particular attention is paid to the potential of reorganized culture through a thinking of similarity rather than difference. The dynamic interrelations suggest that festival provides a particular and informal public sphere wherein certain social logics and identities are contested. These discursive arenas are therefore marked by certain exclusions and inclusions. This study shows the complex process of identification at the micro-level through which identification is constituted and continuously negotiated.

Due to their geographic proximity to Beijing, the Southeast Asian states under the fallout of the China's growing power are struggling to seek the art of diplomacy to promote their national interests. This study explores why Cambodia previously taking a pro-US strategy after the end of the Cold War has switched to a pro-China one in the context of the rise of G-2 system, the ASEAN regionalism, the country's national interest and Hun Sen's regime legitimation. Theoretically, this study takes a realist constructivist approach and tries to find how realist interests and norms have affected the Hun Sen's regime legitimation. The relationship between China and Cambodia has been deepened by mutual economic interdependence and increasingly stronger Chinese power. Especially, the Chinese massive economic aids and investment have enormously supported the regime legitimation of Hun Sen. On the other hand, The US value diplomacy promoting democracy and human rights has undermined the Hun Sen's legitimacy and strained the two nations' relationship. However, the Hun Sen's pro-China strategy is not to check and balance against US strategic interests and not to recognize the Chinese hegemonic position in Southeast Asia. It is a hedging against the US value diplomacy while maximizing economic and other gains from China. ASEAN has been playing a coordinating role to limit the scope of power politics among big powers and to mitigate its ramifications. Yet, since the US and Chinese interests are so keenly criss-crossing, Cambodia may continue to react to the G-2 system through bilateral relations with them.

The results(Boje et al. 2004) suggest that corporate image is severely damaged due to arrogance and a sense of power among some of the executives. With the advent of the MZ generation, the humility of leaders who lead the organization becomes more and more important(Morris et al. 2005; Vera, Rodriguez-Lopez, 2004; Owens et al. 2013). This paper tried to empirically analyze the mediating effect of emotional regulation in the relationship between humble leadership, voice behavior, and innovative behavior. To this end, a survey was conducted from November to December 2021 for corporate employees in Busan, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk, and was empirically analyzed through the results of a total of 145 surveys. As a result, it was verified that humble leadership had a positive(+) effect on voice behavior and innovative behavior, and the mediating effect of emotional regulation in the relationship between humble leadership and voice behavior and innovative behavior was also verified. Through this, this study expanded the scope of research by newly illuminating the relationship between humble leadership and emotional regulation, which are the core competencies of leaders, and revealing the causal relationship. In future research, we intend to explore the relationship between humble leadership and various variables and to investigate the relationship through various research methods.
