스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등 정보 기술의 급속한 확대로 주파수 수요가 증가하여 세계 각국은 모바일 데이터 트래픽 수용을 위한 주파수 확보에 노력하고 있다. 미국은 원활한 주파수 확보를 통한 초고속 광대역 통신망의 확충이 통신 분야에서 미래 국제 경쟁력 확보에 필수적이라는 것을 인식하고, 새로운 대역에서 모바일 주파수를 확보하는 노력뿐 아니라 기존 대역에서 1차 사용자를 보호하며 공유할 수 있는 공유 주파수 자원의 확보도 추진하고 있다. 주파수 공유를 도입하면 필요한 주파수를 짧은 기간에 경제적인 가격으로 확보 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 본고는 미국에서 주파수 공유를 위해 도입하는 최근의 스펙트럼 정책 동향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

ITW는 응용연구에 많은 비중을 두고 있으며 산업체와 공동으로 팀을 구성하여 연구함으로서 치열한 국제 경쟁력 기술을 강화하고, 생산현장이 안고 있는 기술적인 문제점을 분석하고 해결 하는데 선도적인 역할을 하고 있다. 한편 연구 결과로 얻어진 자료들은 단기간 내에 신기술 교육으로 활용, 생산성에 접근된 교육방안의 제시와 함께 현안 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 인재를 양성함으로서 연구와 교육을 하나의 연속체로 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편 이의 뒷받침을 위하여 지속적인 정책과 투자가 효율적으로 이루어짐으로서 그의 결과를 극대화시키고 있다.

지난 30년간 국내의 해양 시뮬레이터는 기능적인 개선 뿐만 다양한 부분에서 비약적으로 발전해 왔다. 그러나 국내에서는 대부분 해양 시뮬레이터를 외국산 장비를 도입하여 해기사 및 도선사의 교육, 훈련용과 항만개발 분야에서 결과 분석을 통한 안전성 평가의 목적으로 사용 되어왔다. 그러나 향후, 국내 해양 시뮬레이터 나아갈 방향은 오랜 운영경험의 토대로 해양 산업에 융합하기 위하여 연구 개발을 통해 국산화 기술 확보하여 국제적으로 경쟁력을 높일 뿐만 아니라 국내 해양 산업을 육성에 기여 할 수 있도록 검토해보고저 한다.

최근 들어 CMM, SPICE 등 국제적 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사 및 개선 모형이 국내 SI업계 및 SW개발 기업들에 널리 활용되고 있다. 이러한 평가모형은 초기에 프로세스의 능력평가를 위해 이용되었으나 프로세스 개선을 통한 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 대한 효용성이 입증되면서 점진적으로 프로세스 개선활동의 핵심적 방법으로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 소프트웨어 프로세스 향상이 조직성과에 미치는 효과에 대해 실증적 자료를 토대로 분석한다.

It is like that but like referring to a minute description for the international competitive power security which it follows in the change which market environment is sudden 6 sigma the introduction will judge, indispensability development of the logical propriety against hereupon and it will reach and it verifies the question investigation for to lead, 6 sigma of the construction companies it confirms the application possibility and presents the propulsion model as 6 sigma the fact that overcoming the limit characteristic of that introduction application as objective of sample research means it will do.

IT와 지능 기술을 로봇에 융합시킴으로써(1), 내가 컴퓨터에게 가서 필요한 정보를 받는 수동적 환경보다는 로봇이 내게로 와서 내가 원하는 일을 하고, 원하는 정보를 제공하는 인간 중심적 환경을 만드는 것이 지능형 서비스 로봇에 대한 궁극적인 목표이다. 이러한 지능형 로봇의 개발을 전 국가적으로 추진한 결과 지능형 로봇에 대한 꿈이 현실로 나타나고 있음을 느낄 수가 있다. 표준화는 이러한 꿈을 더욱 가까운 시간 내에 이루도록 효율적으로 투자하고, 개발기간을 단축시키면서, 동시에 기술을 고도화시키고, 원가를 낮춤으로써 기술과 시장 경쟁력을 갖추게 하는 도구이다. 지능형 로봇의 표준화는 타 산업과 비교하여 시작단계에 불과하지만, 산업에 대한 효율적인 투자와 국제시장의 선점을 기대할 수 있으므로 후발 주자인 우리나라는 총체적으로 표준화를 추진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 국제 표준화 동향을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to find factors that Incheon International Airport should focus on and improve in order to have hub-competitiveness through economic zone centered on airport. Text analytics was conducted on online review written by passengers who used world class transit airport to derive environmental factors. After that, we select 15 major factors among the derived environmental factors based on the previous studies. This study used IPA analysis for experts in aviation field to investigate the importance and performance of the factors. Results showed that performance was evaluated to be lower than importance in all factors, and accessibility(convenience, diversity, cost and time), free economic zone and various shopping facilities were top 3 factors to be specifically improved. This study is meaningful in that it can understand passengers' perceptions by using the advantages of text analysis and surveys method. The result of study can be used to establish policy and strategic directions to solidify the position of hub airports in the future.

This empirical study evaluated the 2016 Cheonan KIEMSTA(Korea International Exhibition of Machinery, Equipment, Science and Technology for Agriculture) based on an exhibitor's view. A total of 15 items of importance and performance were selected and 4 quadrants were analyzed for further analysis. The results revealed the following significant factors:concentration region with generating sales, exploring market opportunities in a new region, and meeting key decision makers; the Overkill region with collecting information regarding thecompetitor's product, demonstrating thecompany's capability, increasing staff's trade show experience, and training the sales teams; Low priority region with discovering new products, exploring export opportunities in a foreign market, and gaining an edge over competitors who are not exhibiting; and Keep up the work region bymaintaining relationships with existing customers, collecting market information, benchmarking competitor's position, introducing new product, and motivating sales people.

Since the major requisite of software production is manpower, the core element of the competitive power of software is also manpower. However, economic treatments and social status of software manpower are in a very unsatisfactory situation. While Korean government has been continuing to drive the policy to foster the local software industry, the most cultivating policies of software industry are adjusted to the focus to create the local market in software field, reinforce the global competitive power, and intensify the competitive basis of small and medium size business organizations. So it is true that manpower which is key players and core elements of the software industry, have been shunned by the government policy. The purpose of this study is to initiate the necessity of the policy for technical manpower in the software industry and to suggest a policy program to uplift the treatment of them. To achieve this purpose, this paper will analyze the structural relation between variables about software policy and suggest policy programs to improve the treatment of manpower in the software field.

As the environment of Logistics is changing rapidly, the environment of port is also changing. Accordingly, rapid change within port environment appears as the increase of the volume for world wide cargo, liner ship owners' strategy shift, globalization of terminals, heavy competitions to become a hub of Logistics, development of ship engineering. Therefore, the people who are responsible for the operations and managements of ports foresee such changes and accordingly react to ensure competitiveness. As the competition among ports generally goes international, a port needs to be sure that they become superior to any other port regardless of whether it's outside their country or not. Especially Korea is located in the most heavily competitive area which is Far-East. So if we fail to get competitiveness against the other ports, it goes without saying that our ports will be defeated by them. In brief, this paper will discuss the history of study regarding the factors by which a port is selected and also suggest some of elements which can be applied to small ports in the future of it.
