The purposes of the study were two-folded: to identify visitors' motivations for the history-based dark tourism and to test empirically the relationships among visitors' motivations, authenticity, emotion, satisfaction and attitude change. The online survey was conducted, from August 3rd to 20th of 2020, on visitors over 15 years old with previous experience with dark tourism within last three years. 347 individuals responded to the online survey. The study results were as follows: first, among four dark tourism visiting motivation including, motivation to research, historicalness, deviation, and self-examination, first two variables motivation to research and historicalness showed positive effect on authenticity and emotion. Second, the study found that visitors' satisfaction influenced positively towards attitude change. Finally, authenticity and emotion positively influenced attitude change. This study empirically suggests a change in attitude toward history due to the dark tour. Since historicality has been shown to have a significant influence on the attitude of history through authenticity and emotion, it is necessary to strengthen story-based experience programs at historical sites.

According to International Data Corporation(IDC) showed that PC sales for the first time ahead of the global smart phone sales in the fourth quarter of 2010. This opportunity as a smart phone application and mobile web-sites has been launched to accelerate the development of mobile services in a variety of fields. In addition to the support plan for the activation of the local traditional market from the second half of 2012 to make it easier to find information on the traditional markets of the country expanded and reorganized the traditional market-related web-site, trying to catch the foot of the youth in the online. This study is to increase the number of tourists visiting the traditional market or local residents and young people and to provide a basis for the development of mobile UI design for mobile application to investigate the local traditional market apps that are currently available.

Recently, there has been a increasing interest in Sacred natural sites. Sacred natural sites areas defined as "areas of land or water having special spiritual significance to a specific ethnicity or community. This research studies theoretically about the concept and value, the management principle of Sacred natural sites. In addition, status of the domestic natural monument plants that can applicate the values of the Sacred natural sites were analyzed and its characteristics were scanned. In analysis, 63 natural monument plants could be corresponded also they have biodiversity value, landscape and aesthetic values, cultural values, tour resources values. These are same as the general values of sacred natural sites. This research will contribute as a basis to register of sacred natural sites in korea. This study has the importance that plant of natural monuments of view point that natural sacred sites out of the importance internationally conditions. A follow-up research is required to ascertain natural sacred sites would getting concertely and practical case study.

This study aims to analyze and compare the activating factors of domestic and overseas scuba diving resorts. Our delphi survey was conducted three times in 30 experts who involved in operation and management including scuba diving resort management representative and training team leader. As a result of comparing the activating factors at domestic versus overseas, it was found that common important activating factors included expansion of convenient facilities at public diving places, installation of safety and medical facilities for divers, development of first aid system including AED and oxygen ventilator, requirement of convenient facilities such as water lift and toilet in diving boat, installation of diving boat screw safety system, local boat operation guideline, regular course training program for scuba diving, employment of professional scuba diving instructor and guide, communication and promotion through various SNS portals, promotion by divers' word of mouth, involvement in regional Diving Resort Association, involvement in Korean Diving Association, communication and mutual benefit with local fishing villages, and linkage policy with local tourism industry.

This study conducted a topic modeling and semantic network analysis of 'korean wave' and its meaning in Korean society from 2000 to 2019 by applying an agenda setting theory. For this purpose, a total of 197,992 newspaper articles which reported 'korean wave' issues were analyzed by applying topic modeling and semantic network analysis. As a result, first, the word 'korean wave' mainly appeared in korean-related regions in the korean press. culture and economy. second, a total of 9 topics related to korean wave issues appeared. This was followed by 'broadcast', 'export', 'domestic and foreign affairs', 'education', 'beauty and fashion', 'music and performance', 'tourism', 'media(platform)', and 'region'. Lastly, korean wave was mainly discussed at the cultural and economic ares. In addition, it was clustered into five characteristics: 'cultural hallyu', 'business hallyu', 'education', 'environment', and 'geography'.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of studying on job crafting in Korea and explore the future direction of studying on job crafting. For this purpose, this study selected KCI indexed 61 empirical studies which are published by end of August 2019. Through the analyzing on these 61 empirical articles on job crafting, this study tried to show the trends about Korean translation of 'job crafting', measurement scale, dimensions, and related variables. The results showed that mostly empirical studies on job crafting have been conducted after 2015. The academic field of those studies are mainly in psychology, human resource development, human resource management and tourism. The study results identified also there are various translated Korean terminology for 'job crafting' in Korean empirical studies. Regarding the measurement scale, the fact that Job Crafting Questionnaire and Job Crafting Scale has been mostly used was found. The results showed that the job crafting has been used equally as independent, dependent, and mediator variables. Finally, the empirical studies on job crafting in Korea have identified 48 predictors and 29 research variables that were predicted by job crafting. Among those variables, several ones have been used as a predictor and a variable which is affected by job crafting based on study settings. Based on the study results, theoretical and practical implications are suggested for future studies.

This study, focused on customers of tourist industry events, aims to examine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The overall explanatory power ($R^2$) on the dependent variable 'customer satisfaction' in relation to service quality was found to be 47.1%, and the overall explanatory power($R^2$) on the dependent variable 'customer loyalty' in relation to service quality was 36.6%. The F-test, which was conducted to determine the statistical significance of the above regression equation, showed a value of 157.599, thus confirming the statistical significance of the regression equation on how service quality affects customer loyalty. The t-test, was conducted to determine the statistically significant variables of service quality of tourism industry events (t=5.359, p= .000). Furthermore, the analysis showed that customer satisfaction had a positive (+) influence on customer loyalty (t=12.554, p= .000). Therefore the hypothesis that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction and loyalty was supported. As a result, it was found that the higher the level of service quality, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, confidence empathy, and event quality, the higher the customer satisfaction level.

With the tourism industry stagnating due to the recent COVID-19 virus issue, the importance of preparing a plan to resume and revitalize the tourism industry after the end of the COVID-19 is being emphasized. In particular, this researcher paid attention to the development of the horse industry as it can contribute to the differentiation of services as it is an experience-oriented tourism, and it can be said to be a field with a high potential for sustainable development in the future. However, in the domestic horse industry, legal problems related to installation, industrial structural problems organized around horse racing, and demand-based problems were scattered. Therefore, this researcher suggested a way to improve these problems, improve the quality of life of the people, and lead the horse industry to increase the income of rural residents. As a representative example, a legal improvement plan for the expansion and growth of equestrian facilities was presented, and a strategic incubating infrastructure construction plan was presented to support horse industry workers to nurture the horse industry as the 6th industry on their own. This movement will lead to qualitative growth through the conversion of the horse industry into local cultural contents, and not only to expand the base of public demand for the horse industry, but also to maximize the creation of added value through diversification of the horse industry, leading to qualitative growth of the horse industry.

This study aims to deduct the extensive improvement types of leisure activities of private security agents using PPA technique and to examine the influence of leisure constraint on the index of participation. Through this process, this study consequently will draw the priority list of investment on the policy for improving the welfare status of private security agents. In this study, judgement sampling was applied to 6 security agencies located in Seoul, 2010, and 267 cases were used in the final analysis. Collected data went through factor analysis, reliability analysis, paired t test, PPA analysis, and regression analysis by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions were drawn as follows. In regard to the reliability, Cronbach's $\alpha$ was over .768. First, there was a difference between the preference rate and the participation rate which are the participation index of the private security agents' leisure activities. concentrate here in leisure types turned out to be fitness activities, walking/jogging, tourism, a day-long travel, and keep up the cood work in leisure types are movies, domestic tourist attractions, dating, eating out, personal relationship, watching sports, reading, karaoke, TV video watching, drinking etc. low priority in leisure types are water sports, hiking, biking, soccer, photography, ball games, sky sports, playing go/janggi, inline skates, and cooking. Second, the leisure constraint affects the participation index of leisure activities. As the personal constraint, and surrounding conscious constraint which are the subordinate factors of the leisure constraint get bigger, the participation index of favored leisure activities become lower. In contrast, when the difficulties such as structural constraint, time and economical constraint are overcome, participation index of leisure activities go on the rise.

최근 기후변화로 인해 지구촌 곳곳은 이전에 경험하지 못한 극한 홍수재해로 몸살을 앓고 있다. 2011년 태국에서는 짜오프라야강 범람으로 국토의 70% 이상이 침수되었고, 2013년 인도 북부지역에서는 갠지스강 및 지류의 범람, 산사태, 가옥붕괴 등으로 1,000여명이 숨지고 관광객 및 순례객 7만여명의 발이 묶이는 피해가 발생하였으며, 2014년 발칸반도에서는 120년만의 폭우로 인하여 30여명이 사망하고 100만명의 이재민이 발생하였다. 국내의 경우 2011년 수도권을 중심으로 하루에 300mm가 넘는 기록적 호우가 쏟아지면서 주택과 도로의 침수, 산사태 등으로 많은 인명 및 재산피해가 발생하였다. 또한 2014년 8월 경남 부산지역에는 시간당 130mm가 넘는 국지성 호우에 따른 산사태, 침수 등으로 도심기능이 마비되는 피해가 발생하기도 하였다. 이처럼 대부분의 자연재난은 태풍 및 집중호우 등 물재해로 발생하고 있으며, 국내의 경우 2012년 전체 자연재난의 95.6%, 2013년 전체 자연재난의 93%를 물재해가 차지하였다. 이에 구조적 비구조적 홍수 재해 저감대책 수립 및 시행 등 지속적인 물관리 노력으로 대하천에서 발생하는 홍수피해는 크게 감소하였으나, 지자체를 중심으로 운영 관리되고 있는 중소하천에서의 피해는 오히려 점차 증가하고 있다. 조사에 따르면 최근 5년간(2007~2011) 홍수피해의 98% 이상이 중소하천을 중심으로 발생한 것으로 발표된 바 있다. 특히 지자체의 경우 전문인력 및 기술력 부족, 열악한 재정 등으로 피해가 반복되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 중소하천과 같이 소외된 지역의 물복지 향상을 위해서는 홍수재해 상황에 신속하고 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 과학적 체계적인 선진 홍수재해 관리체계의 구축이 요구되는 바이다. 이에 물관리 전문기관인 K-water에서는 지난 2010년부터 ICT기반의 우수한 물관리 기술력과 홍수대응 Know-How를 활용하여 '지자체 맞춤형 홍수재해관리시스템' 구축을 지원하고 있다. 본 시스템은 상 하류의 다양한 재난 정보를 수집 통합하고, 수집된 정보를 활용한 홍수분석을 통해 예방적 재난대응 체계를 구축하는 것으로, K-water는 지난 2010년 남원시를 시작으로 무주군, 군산시, 진안군 등의 시스템 구축을 지원하고 있다. 재난은 복구보다 예방이 우선되어야 함은 모두 다 아는 사실이지만 예산문제 등으로 항상 소 잃고 외양간 고치는 일이 아직까지 반복되고 있다. K-water는 물관리 전문 공기업으로써의 역할을 다하고, 예방 위주의 재난관리 체계 마련을 위해 '지자체 맞춤형 홍수재해관리시스템' 구축 지원을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 것이다.
