Venture company refers to technology-intensive start-ups which is characterized by high high returns and risks to challenge new business to have new ideas and technology. These venture companies, ripple effect on the competitiveness of the national industry is large, and has emerged as a new industry that is able to overcome the difficulties of low growth, as an important element in regional development strategy, urban economy of not only activation, with a large impact on the regeneration and revitalization of the city that has lagged behind, has been recognized its importance. In this study, by investigating the influence of the Anyang city development strategy based on the location factor of venture companies for the activation of Anyang City urban development in satisfaction as an intermediary, empirically location of venture companies factor is trying to analyze the effect of parameters of Anyang city development strategy in relation to the satisfaction. Analysis method is to distribute the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, the results are as follows. Location factors of venture companies, government support, transportation accessibility, venture integrated factors, it appears as four factors factors of support facilities, the analysis result venture firm location factors found to affect positive satisfied (+) It was. Secondly, in order to verify the parameter effects the result Anyang urban development strategy of using three steps regression analysis, as there is influence of the positive (+) mediated effect was investigated. These results, in order to increase the satisfaction of Anyang City, is not only the physical environmental elements, it is necessary to make the urban development strategies.

South Korea should correspond to the primary threat to North Korea's nuclear weapons. It is necessary to have countermeasures to solve the realistic problems of North Korea's nuclear weapons. We can intensify military pact between the United States and Korea and at the same time strengthening the current military power. Currently, we take note the threat North Korea's missile. We can not control the development of a nuclear weapon and there are possibilities that North Korea have successfully miniaturized nuclear enough to carry by the missile. We should overview and check the Korea's missile defenses system. While the direction of the overall missile defense system deployment with a focus on lower and upper air defense network. And discuss defense research should be to build a system that can be protected with a key strategic facilities and cities. While North Korea have nuclear weapon, the main issues related to North Korea's nuclear threat. The six party talks countries try to solve the problem by the international and diplomatic approach. At the same time we should make somewhat to defend measures such as military defenses of Kill chain system to protect our country. Kill Chain is on of the effective defense system. We know that North Korea do not abandon to develop nuclear weapons by diplomatic efforts. We should performed in fact by a variety of military suppression method.

메모리 반도체 세계 시장 점유율 1위 뿐만 아니라 국내 전체 산업 가운데 가장 중추적인 역할을 하는 반도체 산업의 지속적인 성장과 국가 경제의 발전을 위해서 소자 업체 뿐만 아니라 장비, 소재, 부품 산업의 동반 성장은 반드시 필요하다. 그 중에서 특히 소재, 부품 산업을 발전시키는 것이 국산 반도체 장비의 시장 점유율이 낮은 현 시점에서 가장 필요한 선택이다. 반도체 소재, 부품 산업의 발전을 위해서 제일 먼저 해야할 일은 영세한 국내 반도체 소재, 부품 산업을 활성화 시키는 것이며, 지속 적인 연구 개발, 성능 평가 방안 확보, 수요 업체와의 연계 방안 확보 등이 주요 현안이다. 반도체 소자 업체, 장비 업체에서 원하는 소재 및 부품의 성능을 만족하는 제품을 만들기 위해서는 우선 소재 및 부품의 기본 특성을 만족하는지에 대한 평가가 필요하고, 더 나아가서는 디바이스의 특성을 만족시켜줄 수 있는 한 단계 상향된 수요자의 요구 조건을 만족 시켜줄 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 그 중 특히 중요한 요소인 성능 평가에 대해서 논하고자 한다. 우선 반도체 공정용 소재에 대해서 살펴 보면 대표적인 반도체 소재로 증착용 Precursor, Photo Resistor, Sputter Target 등이 있다, 평가 방법으로는 ALD용 Precursor의 경우 대기 노출시 폭발, 화염 발생 등의 위험 요소를 안고 있어 특별한 주의가 요구 된다. PR이나 Sputter Target은 상대적으로 위험성은 적으며, 다양한 성능 평가 들이 가능하다. 다음으로 부품 평가에 대해서 살펴 보자. 본 원에서 가장 많이 진행된 부품 평가는 개발된 Pump의 성능 평가이다. 개발된 Pump는 1차적으로 KRISS 진공센터 에서 기본 Pumping 능력 평가를 실시하고, 다음으로 공정 평가를 실시한다. Pump마다 특성이 달라서 각 펌프의 성능 평가에 적합한 공정과 장비를 우선 선정하고 그에 합당한 공정을 진행하여 평가를 실시한다. 고 진공용인 Cryo Pump는 순수한 물질의 증착이 중요한 Metal Sputter 공정 장비에 장착하여 공정용 Gas를 흘리면서 Pump의 구동에 따른 성능 평가를 하고, 다음으로 실제로 Metal Sputter를 실시해서 Wafer에 증착된 물질의 특성을 확인한다. 다음으로 Turbo Pump의 경우 Etch 장비에 장착하여 Etch Uniformity, Etch Rate, By-product 배출 정도에 대해서 평가를 한다. Dry Pump는 비교적 공정 압력이 낮은 PECVD 공정 장비에서 평가를 진행 한다. 마지막으로 공정 진단, 챔버 상태 진단 등을 할 수 있는 별도의 부품 또는 장치로 PBMS, PCDS, OES 등의 평가에 대해서 논한다. 본 장치들은 실제 반도체 공정 장비와 환경에서 평가가 되어야지만 최종 사용자 입장에서 신뢰를 가지고 결과에 대해서 접근할 수 있다. 위에 논의된 장치들은 현재 공정 장비에 부착되어서 판매 되고 있는 것이 아니라 수요가 많지 않으나, 자체 성능 개선과 적합한 평가를 통해서 장치의 성능이 인정되면 300 mm 이상 Wafer 공정에서 반드시 필요한 실시가 공정 진단을 위해서 폭발적인 수요를 창출할 수 있으리라 본다.

From one elementary school of last 2005 Pusan was started "the school police" system is being applied the effect in the elementary school of the human nature receiving entire country. But "with school police system " have a limit about manpower that is insufficient. So we try to make "Baumter-Gikimy " that is extended scollo police in seoul. Despite being like that at 2010 and 2011 cannot forget the elementary student suicide events which are shocking or sexual assault events occur from the campus.From elementary school 4 grade the students between junior high school 1 grade crime occurrence ratio are highest. These people the group leaving out mainly, suicide, with group violence and sexual assault problem gets up same problems. In order to solve like this problems stands the countermeasure of the dimension which is national certainly is necessary. But so far only the damage student and the parents have an interest in about like this problems and they hurt. We the smart phone of Android bases it will be able to solve like this problem points [ayp] from under planning and development boil the elementary student safe helper it will can use. When it uses the elementary student safe helper system which we propose before the accident occurs, it will grasp the state information of the student and it will be able to prevent an accident in advance. We will try to more efficient safe guard to elementary school student by real-time monitoring skill soon.

The promotion of overseas projects by construction enterprises has appeared as a way to overcome the current business difficulties of the Korean construction industry, which largely caused by the slow growth of the domestic market and the intensified competition among construction companies. The government has also shown considerable interests in the strategic approach of promoting construction projects by private companies in natural resource-rich countries, which helps the internationalization of Korean companies and the acouisition of natural resources. In this regard, this research examines the status of the construction market in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC) whose potential economic growth is considered as significant, while exploring the appropriate Investment strategies of Korean construction enterprise. Since little appears to be known about the construction market and economic conditions of the DRC, after a documented review of the development trajectory of the country, a field investigation was preformed in June 2008 for obtaining information on the subjects. This research finds that the road construction is the area to fulfill the several important criteria of implementing construction projects in developing regions, including the safety/reliability for gaining investment profits, the possibility of implementing construction projects on the gradual basis, the possibility of using the facilities after the project completion, and the linkage between payment and the construction stages. In regard to the current economic situation of the DRC and the policies of the DRC government, a package deal approach, which contains the exchange of the infrastructure construction by the Korean companies and the provision of natural resources by the DRC government, is the most feasible method for Korean companies to promote their businesses in the DRC's construction market.

Entertainment Industry is a high value-added business and its market includes the whole world. With high-tech industry, it is said that entertainment industry strengthen country's competitiveness, and the Korean government is trying to find a way to develop the animation industry. Some domestic feature animations were made, but they failed to get sufficient audiences. Meanwhile, Shrek 2, made by PDI, has earned about 92,000,000,000$ through just theatrical revenue. The reason is that domestic animations are not exciting. Contents should have amusement in it. The humor is the most important thing to make fun. So this thesis suggest to analyse Humor Types in animations. It is based on several theories about Humor. The types of humor defined by the previous studies are summarized into (1) humor, (2) wit, (3) satire and (4) irony. I categorize the productive methods of visual humor into (1) visual pun, (2) visual parody and (3) visual paradox adopting Henri Bergson's theory of the production methods of humor. And I comment on humorous scenes of Shrek in points of design basic elements, such as (1) visual elements, (2) relational elements and (3) practical elements. And I classify humor responses into the incongruity theory, the superiority theory, and relief theory. Therefore this study suggest a reasoned method to categorize the humor types effectively for producing or analyzing various types of humor effects in animation fields.

Allerdings ist es bei der Aus${\ddot{u}}$bung der Bewachungsaufgabe typisch, mit Strafe oder zumindest Schadensersatzpflicht sanktionierte Tatbest${\ddot{a}}$nde zum Nachteil Dritter zu verwirklichen. F${\ddot{u}}$r solche F${\ddot{a}}$lle stehen den Bewachungspersonen m${\ddot{o}}$glicherweise Rechtfertigungsgr${\ddot{u}}$nde zur Seite. Dadurch wird ein ansonsten rechtswidriges Handeln rechtm${\ddot{a}}$${\ss}$ig und so wird im Ergebnis eine Strafbarkeit (wie auch eine Schadensersatzpflicht) ausgeschlossen. Dabei wird klargestellt, dass dem Sicherheitsgewerbe au${\ss}$er in den F${\ddot{a}}$llen der gesetzlichen ${\ddot{U}}$bertragung der hoheitlichen Befugnisse nur die vom Auftraggeber vertraglich ${\ddot{u}}$bertragenen privatrechtlichen Befugnisse sowie die Jedermannsrechte zustehen Au${\ss}$erdem soll im Rahmen der Privatisierung der Gefahrenabwehraufgaben auf solche spezialgesetzlichen Regelungen hingewiesen werden, bei denen Bewachungspersonen mit der hoheitlichen Wahrnehmung bestimmter Sicherheitsaufgaben betraut, d.h. dazu befugt sind, Sicherheitsaufgaben in den Handlungsformen des ${\ddot{O}}$ffentlichen Rechts 면켜${\ddot{u}}$ben. In der koeranischen Literatur ist die Handlungsgrundlage des Bewachungspersonals bis jetzt kaum n${\ddot{a}}$her untersucht. Im allgemeinen werden strafrechtliche Rechtferigungsgr${\ddot{u}}$nde, z.B. Notwehr, Notstand und Selbsthilfe, als dabei anwendbare Normen anerkannt. In dieser Arbeit wird festgestellt, dass die privaten Sicherheitsdienstleister in beiden L${\ddot{a}}$ndern durch die Gewerbegenehmigung au${\ss}$er in den F${\ddot{a}}$llen der Beleihung keine hoheitlichen Befugnisse erhalten. Als Handlungsgrundlage kommen nur die allgemeinen Not- und Jedermannsrechte im Rahmen von Straf-Strafprozess- bzw. Zivilrecht in Betracht.

Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes a clash of standards in Korea's Electric Vehicle(EV) market, particularly between an EV charging standard and a smart grid communication standard in 2012~2013. For charging, EV is connected with the electric power grid and simultaneously exchanges data regarding the charging status. When EV is connected with the power grid, a clash between two standards may arise. It actually happened when BMW entered into the Korean EV market with the DC Combo charging system. In that course, the frequency interference occurred between the EV data communication technology adopted by BMW and the AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure) for the smart grid system in Korea. Standardization of Korea's EV charging systems was required to solve this problem. However, it had been delayed due to the confrontation between various stakeholders involved in the process of standardization. It lasted until the DC combo was accepted as one of the Korea EV charging standards(KSAE SAE 1772-2040, 2014.1) by KSAE(The Korea Society of Automotive Engineers) in January 2014. This is an interesting case in the age of convergence. As it deals with the standard competition not among EV standards, but a clash between the EV industry and the smart grid, i.e. electric power industry, it addresses the necessity to consider standardization processes between different industries. This study draws on the stakeholder theory to analyse the dynamics of the standard clash between EV charging systems and the smart grid system, which is a unique example of standard clash between different industries. We expect such clashes to increase in the age of convergence.

Republic of Korea designates a waste disposal site within the fishing zone administered jointly with Chin in the Yellow Sea. The issue of waste disposal at sea is subject to the 1996 Protocol to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter commonly called London Protocol. China, one of the contracting parties declared that if China becomes a party to a dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the Protocol, the Arbitral procedure of the Protocol shall only be applied with written consent of the Government of China according to the Article 16.5 of the Protocol at the time of its accession. The Article allows any State may declare that, when it is a party to dispute about the interpretation or application of precautionary approach or polluter pay principle, its consent will be required before the dispute may be settled by means of the Arbitral procedure of the Protocol. This paper analyzes the legal basis of Chinese declaration and its implication to parties that may be in dispute with China using international precedents of similar nature and a game theory.

The interest about 4th Industrial Revolution was impressively increased from newspapers, iindustry, government and academic sectors. Especially AI what could be felt by the skin of many peoples, already overpassed the ability of the human's even in creative areas. Namely, now many people start fo feel that the effect of the revolution is just infront of themselves. There were several issues in this trend, the ability of deep learning by machine, the identity of the human, the change of job environment and the concern about the social change etc. Recently many studies have been made about the 4th industrial revolution in many fields like as AI(artificial intelligence), CRISPR, big data and driverless car etc. As many positive effects and pessimistic effects are existed at the same time and many preventing actions are being suggested recently, these opinions will be compared and analyzed and better solutions will be found eventually. Several educational, political, scientific, social and ethical effects and solutions were studied and suggested in this study. Clear implication from the study is that the world we will live from now on is changing faster than ever in the social, industrial, political and educational environment. If it will reform the social systems according to those changes, a society (nation or government) will grasp the chance of its development or take-off, otherwise, it will consume the resources ineffectively and lose the competition as a whole society. But the method of that reform is not that apparent in many aspects as the revolution is progressing currently and its definition should be made whether in industrial or scientific aspect. The person or nation who will define it will have the advantage of leading the future of that business or society.
