According to development of Information Technology and generalization of internet, practical use field of geography information became various. Therefor various Geographic Information System (GIS) constructed to manage geography information efficiently. However, geography information data of various form is depending on graphic authorizing tool of various form being not normalized each other. So, OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) proposed GML(Geography Markup Language) that describe normalized geography information data that can apply mutually and W3C proposed SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) of vector base. In this paper creates GML data of XML base for geography information data processing to vector graphic object, and design and implementation of GML document editing and translation system that define code converter that create GML document through created graphic objects and change vector graphic to logic structure of XML base.

Channel of distribution of contents of digitalised multimedia contents is changing in form passed directly to consumer from manufacturer through digital network of high speed. Together, diffusion of various digital equipment that do is changing Past multimedia consumption structure with the wonderful speed so that can consume easily digital contents. Specially, Multimedia Personal Computer and fast diffusion of a digital television are acting role such as catalyst that promote easy purchase and consumption of multimedia contents of good qualify. However, this system is no method that can sell digital contents and express right that original owner for the contents can insist nothing but consume. Because consumer can distribute to another person copying contents that buy because of and user can distribute producing ashes again according to necessary field by oneself as well as, can lose meaning for original contents. In this paper, Text editing system for XrML (extensible Rights Markup Language) that describe about integrity of message and entity authentication in addition to necessary rights, fees, condition etc. and this to do fetters XML (eXtensible Markup Language) for copyright protection for digital contents in treatise that see hereupon and use digital contents design and embody.

As major industries become information-centered, business transactions and information-sharing processes are being computerized and automated, which ultimately re-defines electronic commercial transactions in a broader context. Business documents are the basic tools for corporate transactions. The use of business documents in electronic commercial transactions has increased markedly and this sphere is rapidly being extended to include information sharing between companies. XML(extensible Markup Language) was selected as the focus for this thesis. XML ran help to make a complicated and data-rich document easy to share. The thesis proposes a business XML document editing system, comprised of a style document editor for business XML document structure, business documentation, and business document presentation, along with a business document transformation system which makes a transformation possible regardless of platform or using various corporate document standards.

While only the experts could create the contents in the existing VR contents business, in the proposed "Untact Social VR Video-Based Tour Scheduling", the GUI (Graphic User Interface) allows anyone to easily and quickly share the information taken through VR camera after creating. It is intended to serve as a variety of SNS-based media by developing a structure that can be shared in html format after creating with the GUI menus. In particular, it is applied to companies that operate the SNS-type publicity projects including experience facilities and viewing facilities, and the various SNS-type publicity businesses that create the VR contents. Communication is clear compared to the existing homepage-based information delivery method, and It aims to provide universality that anyone can easily edit in an environment where only experts can edit VR video contents of.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for recommendation and personalization of important news articles based on evaluating news value. Evaluation of news is the approach by which editors select news articles for cover-story in traditional offline news papers area. For this, my study proposes a suite of methods to select and personalize a set of news based on evaluating news articles, not just on the personal preference for them. The aforementioned the value of news articles including social impact, novelty, relevance to each audience, and human interest, all of which have been factorized in many previous studies, is a main concept for a procedural and structural application methodology deduced in this study. After a comparative case study with other online news services, it was shown that my research provides more effective way to select important news articles in terms of user satisfaction than others.

Appreciation of nature and an understanding of the biological sciences by the general public are key to the popularization of modern science. In particular, informal and accessible venues such as museum exhibits occupy a crucial role in science education, and they depend heavily on fields related to macrobiology, including Ecology, Animal Behavior, and Environmental Science. Unfortunately, lack of engaged experts and superficial descriptions of natural phenomena all too often prevent scientific knowledge from being shared effectively with the general public. Raw information itself and knowledge are not in a form or structure accessible to nonspecialists. In order to move successfully deliver substantive comprehension of the biological knowledge to the general public, it is necessary to categorize information from a content-conscious perspective and transform it into useful biological content. Therefore, the role of scientists is critically important in a series of processes that include theme selection, editing, and even graphical layout of contents. These processes require not only a scientific and logical way of thinking, but also an aptitude for artistic presentation and effective communication. The concept of Translation is presented as a theoretical and operational framework for the popularization of science.

Non-scale digital map have important role in the field of GIS and other application area which using geographical data in recently against conventional map restricted by scale and information. The main objective of this study is to develope the automated map production system for small scale map in conjuction with generalization techniques in a digital environment. We will intend to develope algorithms and programs for each generalization operators based on specific terrain feature with vector data. This study will be performed aspects related to an data model development of generalization process, focussing on priority for processing sequency with maintaining vector topology, and error analysis for generalized digital data.

The research focused on the return of class analysis of the media soctor. It is told that class is a determining factor of media industry. This article is divided in to four sections that represent class analysis of media. In this study, I claimed that class analysis is necessary of understanding the nature of media industrial capital and its nature. With their domination of the media, big corporations seek to control political power and information. This article has demonstrated that the media power of corporations should be curved.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short-term Maum Meditation and to compare effects according to the length of the training period on mental health of teachers. In this research, 2 types of design were used which were one-group pre-posttest design and descriptive study. In short-term Maum Meditation group, 2 times of surveys were carried out, 75 teachers in the faculty training filled out the structured questionnaire. In Long-term Maum Meditation group, 101 teachers who were attending Maum Meditation above one-year filled out the structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 14.0 program. The results showed that there was a significant difference in mental health including 9 subscales for short-term Maum Meditation group. Also, in long-term Maum Meditation group, there were significant differences in mental health excepting paranoid ideation. It was founded that Maum Meditation is the way for the mental health promotion in short-term and long-term period. So it is necessary to develop program according to training period for not only clinical application but also to strengthen coping ability for stress.
