Factors Influencing Participation of Online Community and Intention of Joint Purchasing in Korea and China (온라인 커뮤니티 참여도와 공동구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 한국과 중국을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the factors influencing participation of online community and intention of joint purchase in Korea and China. The online community member actively participate the social activities that can cause the effective communication characters and the great support of the society. In these two factors, the sense of worth related with compensation, norm, interaction, shared values will be taken as the independent variables. These variables as a parameter are related with the intention of joint purchase. To be aware of their behavior norm, interaction, compensation, shared value, these factors will be taken as predicting their behaviors in the online community and their further participating, commitment and co-shopping intention. As the results, compensation, norms, interaction, shared values had significant effects on the participation of online community, and this affected the intention of joint purchase in online community. Compensation and norm were significant in Korean sample. Implications and further direction are suggested on the base of the results.

  • Trust affects marketing practices and purchasing performance in the context of buying and selling business services. Despite the importance the previous studies on business services have not fully investigated the role of trust and the effects of trust on buying and selling strategies. Additionally in-depth studies exploring the links between trust-strategies-performance have not systematically performed both in domestic and international markets. This study, in the context of purchasing business services, investigates the effect on trust of suppliers' characteristics and relational characteristics between sellers and buyers. This study also explores the effect of trust toward sellers and buyers on purchasing performance. The results of this study should contribute the understanding on the role of trust in purchasing and selling business services. Building and maintaining trust must be one of the major key success factors in the relationship between sellers and buyers of business servies.

  • Recently social commerce has become an issue in E-commerce. It was made in purpose to seek the satisfaction of consumers plan to shop attempts to boost use of social commerce. Social commerce motives and benefits and loss factors are examined the impact of purchase satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, economic incentives and hedonic motivations and opportunistic motivation factor had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Second, the benefits are psychological factors and price benefits had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the more it feels less sense when using social commerce and economic losses, as used to feel less discomfort were higher purchase satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that the greater the relative benefit factors influence than the loss factor. This study is significant in that it provided meaningful data from the viewpoint of a consumer who uses social commerce sites.

  • This study conducted an actual analysis on the effects of smart phone experience marketing by brand on consumption value and purchase intention for Chinese consumers who are interested in smart phone purchase experience or products. In addition, experience marketing was classified into five components such as sense, emotion, cognition, behavior, and relationship. The results, In the effect of the components of experiential marketing on purchase intention, sense, act, fell, and relate had an obviously positive impact on purchase intention, however The result is that think does not affect. The results of this study are more effective when considering the five components of smart phone experience marketing. This The study will contribute to the projecting and establishment of long-term experience marketing of smart phone producers by continuously providing experiences related to the direction of pursuing brand image.

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

The effect of consumption value of golf wear brands on attitude and purchasing behavior (골프웨어 브랜드의 소비가치가 태도 및 구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the consumption value on attitude and purchase behavior in order to provide basic data for golf wear brand strategies. Therefore, among the Korean people, those who had purchased golf wear were selected as samples, and 496 copies of data were introduced into the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and internal consistency were conducted. In addition, correlation analysis and simple and multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify research problems, and all data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of verifying research problems, first, it was found that the consumption value of golf wear brands had a significant effect on attitudes in the order of pleasure, aesthetics, and symbolism. Second, it was found that the attitude of golf wear brands had a significant effect on purchase behavior. Third, it was found that the consumption value of golf wear brands had a significant effect on purchase behavior in the order of pleasure, aesthetics, and symbolism.

Impulsive Buying Behavior of CATV Home-Shopping on Fashion Product (CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 충동구매행동 - 패션제품을 중심으로-)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the conceptual structure of consumer characteristics and marketing elements affecting impulsive buying behavior of the CATV home-shopper on fashion products, and to compare the differences of consumer characteristics and marketing elements between impulsive buying shoppers and non-impulsive buying shoppers in CATV home-shopping. We collected data from 263 females of CATV home-shoppers in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, t- test, $\chi$2-test, and discriminant analysis. The results showed that the exploratory tendency of CATV home-shoppers was consisted of Patronage-orientation, and Product- orientation. The marketing elements perceived by CATV home-shoppers were composed of Promotion, Product and Payment method. There were differences of consumer characteristics and marketing elements between impulsive buying shoppers and non impulsive buying shoppers. Especially, impulsive tendency of shoppers and promotion factor of marketing were significant variables in the impulsive buying behavior of CATV home-shopping. The results provide information about impulsive buying behavior in CATV home-shopping, useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers.

The Effects of Self-esteem, Shopping Motivations, and Shopping Tendencies on the Clothing Purchase Behavior of the MZ Generation (MZ세대의 자아존중감, 쇼핑동기 및 쇼핑성향이 의복구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand how self-esteem, shopping motivations, and shopping tendencies affect the clothing purchase behavior of the so-called "MZ generation," a cohort that includes both millenials and Generation Z and exerts significant influence in various areas. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, it was found that extrinsic purchase motivations (purchased made due to the influence of other people), trend-seeking shopping tendencies, and pleasure-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on personal needs among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation. Second, it was found that the MZ real purchase shopping motivations, trend-seeking shopping tendencies, pleasure-seeking shopping tendencies, and convenience-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on actual needs among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior among the MZ generation. Third, it was found that social self-esteem, extrinsic purchase motivations, and convenience-seeking shopping tendencies had a positive and significant effect on clothing marketing strategies among the sub-factors of clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation. On the other hand, personal self-esteem was found to negatively affect the marketing strategies of clothing purchase behavior. In other words, the expectation that the MZ generation would buy clothes in accordance with their individual preferences and beliefs was not supported by the findings of this study. It would appear that the beliefs and behaviors of the digitally savvy MZ generation are changed by the fashion trend-related information they readily access when purchasing clothing. From the above research results, it can be concluded that there many variables that influence the clothing purchase behavior of the MZ generation and it is thus necessary to consider this cohort a new consumer segment and establish marketing strategies accordingly.

Key Determinants of Online Wine Purchasing Intention (와인의 온라인 구매의 주요 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This paper was to figure out why online wine purchasing is not activated despite of the many advantages of having online transactions and to fine key determinants of online wine purchasing intention. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of online wine purchase intention, and examines the relationships between the determinants and online wine purchase intention. Data was collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store to purchase wine, and data was used to test the proposed research model. The findings showed that perceived usefulness and social influence(subjective norm, image) were key determinants of online wine site trust, but they were not related to online wine site trust. It also was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norm were positively and significantly related to online wine purchase intention whereas it had no relationship with image. In addition, online wine site trust was shown to influence on online wine purchase intention. Finally, the mediating effects were found in the relationships between perceived usefulness, subjective norm, and online wine purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, implications for future research are drawn.
