본 논문에서는 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램(e-learning program)의 교육투자수익률(ROI)을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. ROI 모델을 통해 전자교육훈련프로그램의 교육투자수익률을 산출하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그러나 투자 대비 수익을 중시하는 기업에 있어서 교육투자수익률을 분석하는 것은 교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고 투자여부를 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 근거가 된다. 본 연구는 특정 회사의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램을 운용하는 모든 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 규명하는 데에 시사점을 제공하고 향후 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자 및 운용에 있어 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

This study aims to examine the current status of Korean and overseas science and arts convergence programs in and out of schools to apply them in school education settings and to learn about the characteristics of overseas programs through case studies. In addition, it explores implications of the current domestic and overseas for implementation in schools. For this study, we selected 193 domestic in-school science and arts convergence programs and 106 domestic out-of-school programs. For the overseas programs, we selected those conducted by the government, research institutes, science halls, and art galleries. We also analyzed the domestic in-school programs by type of students, operation hours, areas of convergence, and the function and role of arts activities. We analyzed domestic out-of-school programs by operation time, operation method, areas of convergence, and type of activities. Moreover, we examined the overseas programs in terms of their program developers, goals, and characteristics. These findings suggest that in order for science and arts convergence education to become well established in Korean schools, it is necessary to develop programs that can be incorporated into the present science education curriculum, rather than individual content or a single class on science and arts convergence, and to diversify the range of programs. In addition, out-of-school programs should be actively considered, and intense discussions on the use of program activities and teaching materials are needed. Finally, research institutes and educational institutions should be closely linked to achieve a common goal.

본 연구의 목적은 새로운 창업교육프로그램의 모델을 도출하여 창업대학원의 사례에 적용시켜 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 먼저 국내학자들이 창업교육에 대한 선행연구를 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 국외학자들의 창업교육에 대한 관점을 이론적 배경으로 하였으며, 미국의 창업교육대학원과 일본의 창업교육대학원의 교육프로그램을 분석하여 새로운 창업교육프로그램의 모델을 도출하였다. 창업교육프로그램의 모델은 창업교육의 이론적 범위, 교육체계 및 실천적 모델을 도출하였으며, 이를 창업대학원의 사례에 적용하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육기관의 교육목적 및 교육대상에 따라 세부교과목은 변경될 수 있으나, 일반적으로 창업교육프로그램을 개발하는 과정에 대한 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 특정 목적에 합당하게 체계화된 교육의 교과과정을 개발하는데 적용시킬 수 있는 통찰력을 제공해 줄 수 있다.

수자원은 다수의 이해관계자들이 관리 또는 이용하는 과정에 있어 분쟁이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높다. 물분쟁의 해결방안으로 분쟁의 이해관계자의 참여와 합의의 형성을 추진할 수 있는 거버넌스에 대한 관심이 최근 들어 증대되고 있다. 거버넌스를 통한 물분쟁 해결을 위해서는 거버넌스 구성원인 정부, 시민, 전문가 집단의 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램과 전문 연구 및 교육기관의 설립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 갈등관련 제도, 국내외의 갈등 관련 연구 현황, 물분쟁 관련 이해관계자 참여 사례, 물 관련 교육프로그램 사례 등에서 시사점을 도출하여 물분쟁의 다양한 주체와 원인을 고려한 교육내용을 바탕으로 거버넌스에서 이해관계자의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 다양한 이해관계자들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하는 활성화 방안을 제시하여 거버넌스 과정에 참여시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 26개 거버넌스 위원회 및 단체와 국내 물 분쟁에 대한 7가지 교육프로그램의 조사 내용을 바탕으로 교육프로그램이 나아갈 방향과 교육프로그램 개발(안)을 제시하고, 교육센터 설립방안과 교육의 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 지방자치단체에서 실시하고 있는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들의 학습동기와 창업의지, 교육 만족도, 자기 유능감이 창업교육성과에 미치는 영향을 문헌적으로 고찰하였으며, 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 서울시와 인천시가 주관하는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습참여 동기는 교육만족도와 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 창업의지는 교육만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 참가자의 교육 만족도는 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자의 만족도와 자기유능감은 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습 참여 동기와 창업의지가 높을수록 창업에 대한 다양한 지식과 기술 습득을 의미하는 자기 유능감과 만족도가 높아지며, 아울러 단기 창업교육프로그램에 대한 학습자의 교육성과 또한 높게 나타났다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램이, 비교적 장기간에 걸쳐 진행되는 정규교육기관의 창업교육과는 달리, 짧은 기간 내에 효과적인 창업교육 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 교육 참가자들의 학습동기 및 창업의지 등 개인적 특성을 사전에 충분히 파악하여 적합한 대상자를 선발하여야 하며, 교육내용에 대한 만족도 제고를 통해 예비 창업자들이 스스로 다양한 창업관련 지식과 기술 등에 관한 자기 유능감을 향상시키는 데 주안점을 두어야 한다는 점이다.

제3차 영재교육진흥종합계획을 통하여 소외계층을 대상으로 한 영재교육의 활성화가 진행되었다. 이에 따라 전체 학생 중에서 영재교육의 대상자 수의 비율도 증가하였으며, 영재교육 대상자 중 소외계층의 비율도 증가하였다. 일반 영재학생과 다르게 소외계층 영재 학생은 경제적, 문화적, 지리적 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 다각적인 지원이 필요하다. 하지만 선행 연구에서는 소외계층의 중학생을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램 개발연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소외계층 중학생을 위한 온라인 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램은 총 20차시이며, 2015 개정 교육과정의 과학, 수학, 정보 교과의 교육 내용을 기반으로 주제를 추출하였다. 추출한 주제를 기반으로 기초-심화로 이루어진 온라인 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였으며, 교과별 역량 개발을 위하여 탐구 과제를 구성하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램을 소외계층 학생을 대상으로 운영하고, 프로그램의 만족도와 개선 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 교육 프로그램의 교육적 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 통하여 학생들의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

2010년 천체투영관을 갖춘 9개 기관 천문관련 시설의 운영실무자들에게 설문지를 배포하여 시설 현황, 운영 및 교육 프로그램에 관한 사전조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사에서 천체투영관의 운영 활성화와 교육적 활용을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 시설 보완과 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 의견이 많았다. 특히 초등학생들을 위한 천문교육 프로그램 개발이 시급하다는 운영자들의 공통된 의견을 들을 수 있었다. 이번 연구에서는 1)국외에서 이용되고 있는 천체투영관 활용 교육프로그램을 조사하였고, 2) 조사결과를 기초로 우리의 현재 환경과 초등 과학과 교육과정 등을 고려하여 교육프로그램을 개발 하였다. 이번 발표에서는 국외에서 활용되고 있는 교육 프로그램들과 개발된 교육용 활동지 및 가이드북을 소개 하고자 한다. 개발된 교육용 활동지와 가이드북을 적극 활용할 경우 천체투영관의 운영 활성화와 교육적 활용을 극대화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 소외계층 초등정보영재를 위한 온라인 머신러닝 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램은 초등정보영재 전문가가 개발하였으며, 인공지능 교육 전문가가 검증하였다. 교육 프로그램은 15차시로 구성하였으며, 인공지능에 대한 이해, 데이터 수집 및 표현, 모델 선택, 훈련, 평가, 실생활 사례 제작, 예측으로 내용을 구성하였다. 교육 프로그램에서 학습 모형은 이재호와 홍창의(2009)의 문제 중심형 e-PBL 학습 모형을 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 활용하였다. 향후 연구에서는 개발한 교육 프로그램을 소외계층 초등 정보영재에 적용하고, 교육 프로그램을 통한 소외계층 초등정보 영재의 변화를 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of invention education by presenting basic evaluation criteria that can be used when designing and preparing invention education programs in various educational institutions that operate invention education. The results of this study are as follows. First, the stage of the Invention Education Program was named '4P stage' as 4 stages of 'Planning, Preparation, Process, and Product'. Second, the areas of evaluation of the planning stage of the invention education program are 'goal setting, demand analysis' and curriculum design. The preparatory stage evaluation area is 'Developing an Invention Education Program, Securing Human Resources, Securing Physical Resources'. The evaluation area of the course level is 'program operation, program management, learner management'. The evaluation area of the calculation stage is 'education performance, achievement results, and education evaluation'. Invention education program evaluation criteria will play a role to enhance and manage the quality of invention education program. In addition, it is judged that this will be the basic data for developing evaluation criteria for the invention education program through the reconciliation process through reflux and the validation process of related experts at various invention education institutions.

The purpose of this research are to develop patterns for integrated culture and arts education program in libraries. In order to conduct the research, I analyzed the status of the culture and arts education programs in domestic and U.S. libraries. The basic aim of the culture and arts education program in libraries is based on a nature of the library. I presented the patterns of a integrated culture and arts education programs (experience-understanding-communication). Also, I presented a various culture and arts education programs in based cultural facilities of a region.
