대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 프로세스들 중에서 핵심 프로세스를 분 류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적 인 정보화 추진 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

인터넷이 발전함에 따라 정보화의 역기능 현상들도 방대해지고 있으며, 그에 대한 피해도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 정보통신 윤리교육은 학생 개개인의 정보통신 윤리의식 수준과 정보화 역기능의 진단 및 파악 없이 동일한 교육 내용으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 체계화된 정보통신 윤리교육이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 학생들의 정보통신 윤리의식조차 불명확해지고 있다. 이는 정보화의 역 기능으로 인해 발생되는 문제를 미리 예방할 수 없으며, 그에 대한 대처도 어렵게 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생들의 정보화 사회의 역기능인 인터넷 중독을 진단하고 하위 중독 범주들 간의 연관 관계를 데이터마이닝 기법으로 탐사하여 개인별 추출 결과에 따른 특성화된 정보 통신 윤리 교육 방법을 설계하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyzed the link between school's educational information technology level and ict literacy level of students in elementary school. Specially we concerned about the link between principal's awareness of ict and ict literacy level of students. This ICT literacy levels were measured by sampling 1%(12,759 students) of the entire school year for elementary school 4-6. The educational information technology level of sample student's school was extracted from the Ministry of Education data. Then the two materials was analyzed in conjunction with each other. As a result, Higher recognize of principal, higher ict literacy level of students. That is sure in human realm. But that is difficult to conclude in ict infra and ict using realms. According to this result, it is more important to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict than to support building of ict infra and using of ict. Therefore, we need to make a plan to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict with building of ict infra.

체계적인 교육과정의 부재로 인한 학교 현장의 파행적 운영과 컴퓨터를 타 교과의 효율적 학습을 위한 도구로만 인식하는 활용 위주의 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 소양을 등한시 하는 결과를 낳았다. 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 일본 등 교육 선진국은 활용을 위한 컴퓨터교육 뿐 아니라 체계적인 정보 소양 교육을 실시하고 있고 현재 많은 현장의 초등 교사들도 정보 소양 교육의 체계적인 교육 과정의 필요성을 느끼고 있으며 현장에서 초등학생들에게 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 교육 내용을 원하고 있다. 정보화 사회에서 초등학생에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성은 컴퓨터의 바른 인식과 그 과정에서 얻어질 논리적인 사고력의 자연적 학습이 가능 할 것이며 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하는 인간 형성에 기여 할 것이다. 그러므로 정보화 시대를 살아갈 우리 아동들에게 초등 컴퓨터 교육의 올바른 방향은 정보 소양 중심의 컴퓨터 교육 과정으로 체계적인 교육과정과 교과로서의 독립적인 운영과 초등 수준에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성이다.

21C 정보화 사회에 적응하기 위하여 새로운 교육의 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 정보화 사회는 교육의 목적과 내용, 방법 등의 총체적인 변화를 촉진할 것으로 전망된다. 또한 정보화 사회에서 요구되는 교육을 수용하기 위하여 문자, 소리, 그림, 애니메이션, 동영상 등 다양한 형태의 학습 자료가 학습자의 요구나 필요에 따라 제공될 수 있어야 하며, 학습자의 취향에 맞는 설명 방식이나 내용 전개의 방식 등이 풍부하게 구비된 정보 기지가 구축되어야 한다. 또한 교사들이 현장에서 아이들을 가르칠 때 교수내용을 다양하게 설계할 수 있도록 여러 컨텐츠들이 제공되어야 한다. 특히 여러 컨텐츠들을 함께 묶을 수 있는 사용하기 편리하고 표준화된 교육용 저작도구가 필요하며 원격으로 학생들에게 제공할 컨텐츠들의 개발을 위한 도구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 21C 정보화 사회에 알맞은 새로운 교육의 패러다임을 모색하고 또한 여기에 알맞은 개발도구를 구현하고자 한다.

There were two purpose of this study. One was to develope a digital library as a way of facilitating students\` learning. The other was to design a model of a digital library for school. For this, current Korean educational information network plan and the problems of school libraries were analyzed first. Second, the role of school library was identified: to build a self-motivated learning environment in an information society and to help students developing creative learning abilities. Finally, a model of digital school library was suggested.

The information society is greatly contributing to the improvement of our standard of living by the providing various types of information and facilitating communication. However, the excessive use of the internet and consequent physical and psychological damages are emerging as serious adverse effects or social problems of the information society. It is urgently required to reduce damages caused by adverse effects of information and to establish correct value systems and behavioral modes fit for social members in the information society. This study shows the process of understanding between the inhabitants of a rural community and a school equipped with information infrastructure. As an organ of education, information education by school, whose goal is forming the sense of school-inhabitants unity, is expected to be helpful in preventing negative phenomena resulting from the adverse effects of information by responding activity to them and in developing inhabitants' ability to accept and utilize the favorable effects of the information society. This info-education experience can provide better ideas for the next learners.

지식정보사회 흐름에 따라 우리나라에서도 '교사 정보화 사업'을 기반으로 초 중 고 학교 현장의 정보화가 활성화되도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 향상이나 ICT 교수.학습에의 이용, 교사의 정보화 연수 참여 등의 정보화 사업의 실효성은 크지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육 정보화 사업과 관련된 현장의 실질적인 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 초등 교사를 대상으로, 교사의 경력과 ICT 연수 참여 횟수가 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사의 ICT 활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인과 ICT 활용 빈도를 알아봄으로써 향후 교사 정보화 연수 프로그램 개선점을 제공해 보았다.

The development of computer and information technology in Korean construction industry is accelerating its speed while the education of Universities regarding to those technology is hardly catching up. Students graduated from schools are having difficulties in adapting themselves into the technology and as a result the industry is operating its own educational problem for the newcomers. This research develops the educational program of computer and information technology in school and therefore enhance the adaptability of the students for the industry. The program is open from 2002 up to 2004 liking two courses and including 10 modules and a project. The educational program consists of computer labs and lectures or seminars. The result of the educational program enables students to understand the computer and information technology used in the industry, an to improve the interest and skills of those, and additionally to motivate themselves into participating the continuous research and development of the technology.
