  • 이상의 다섯가지면 즉 사회와 교육, 경제면 교육목적, 교육과정, 교수와 학습에 대한 철학적 관첨을 간호교육과 관련해서 생각해 보았읍니다. 교육의 사회성과 학생의 개성이 우리 간호교육에 반영되고 있는지? 경제적 측면이 고려되고 있는지? 교육목적은 개인요구와 사회요구 어느쪽에 치중되고 있는지? 교육과정은 진술된 교육목적 달성수준으로 계획실시 되고 있는지? 어떠한 학습이론을 바탕으로 학습보도가 진행되고 있는지? 등등을 한번 생각해 볼 수 있돌고 저의 실용주의적 실험주의 교육철학을 바탕으로 교육철학적으로 본 간호교육이라는 주지를 감히 대신 합니다.

교육과정에 반영되어야 할 새로운 분야

  • 교육과정이란 학교에서 이루어지는 정규 수업을 통한 교육 뿐만이 아니라 학교 생활 전체를 논하기도 한다. 교육과정은 간단없이 개정되어야 한다. 가령 의학교육에서 생각할 때 국민 의료에 가장 적합한 의사를 양성하기 위해서 혁신적인 교육을 아무리 잘 한다 해도 적합한 교육을 받은 의학생이 의사, 더욱이나 인턴과 레지덴트를 거친 후 국민 의료에 호응코자 할 떄는 벌써 국민 의료의 요구실정은 변화되어 충족을 시키기 힘들다는 것이다. 즉, 요구도는 앞질러 가고 충족도는 뒤늦게 따라 갈 수밖에 없다는 것이다. 따라서 우리 나라에서는 국민학교에서 최근 교육과정을 개정한 바 있고, 중,고등학교에서도 가까운 장래에 개정을 단행하기 위해서 작업을 서두르고 있다. 대학에 있어서는 다른 분야도 그렇겠지만 의학교육에서는 최근 교육과정을 시대적인 요청에 따라서 개정한 바 있다. 여기서는 건강교육을 중심으로 한 교육과정에 반영되어야 할 새로운 분야를 국민학교와 중고등학교 교육의 테두리 안에서 다음과 같이 생각해 보기로 한다.

A Needs Analysis Oral Health Education Contents for Teachers and Parents Using Borich Priority Formula and The Locus for Focus Model (Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus Model을 활용한 교사와 학부모의 구강보건교육 내용 우선순위 요구분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the priorities of oral health education contents for preschool children by targeting teachers and parents using the Borich priority formula and The Locus for Focus Model. The survey was conducted in 212 teachers and 215 parents from December 26, 2017 to January 21, 2018. The priorities of oral health education contents were based on a 3-step analysis method, including the paired sample t-test, Borich priority formula, and The Locus for Focus Model. As a result of this study, the number of items about oral health education for preschool children that were prioritized by teachers was 7, while that by parents was 9. The top priorities that teachers and parents had in common were the following 5 items; "The progression of dental caries," "Symptoms of dental caries," "How to prevent dental caries," "Eruption sequence of permanent teeth," and "Method for emergency management of avulsed teeth." The teachers' priorities of the oral health education contents were the same between teachers and parents; "Eruption sequence of deciduous teeth" and "The function of the permanent teeth" were added. The parents' priorities of the oral health education contents were the same between teachers and parents; "The effect of fluoride application," "The number of permanent teeth," "How to prevent malocclusion," and "The appropriate timing of malocclusion treatment" were added. Based on the results of this study, when developing oral health education programs for teachers and parents, oral health education for teachers should include 7 items and oral health education for parents should include 9 items.

The Realities of the Differentiated Education for the Gifted Child and Support Needs in the Early Childhood Education Institutions (유아교육기관에서의 유아영재 대상 차별화 교육 실태 및 지원요구)

  • This study was aimed at researching the current condition of differentiated education on gifted infants and a demand for support in an educational institution for gifted infants. The survey was conducted on teachers and principals in infant education institutions including kindergartens, day care centers and other institutions(English kindergartens and playing school) in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon and total 309 questionnaires were collected. Result first, infant educational institutions like kindergartens, day care centers and others lacked infra for differentiated education for gifted infants. Especially in 'the experience of differentiated education' for gifted infants, the three institutions showed a lower level than the normal level. Second, the teacher's demand for differentiated education for gifted infants in educational institutions were remarkably lower than the required level in all three institutions. The study expects that it could be used as the basic standards to seek for the direction of realization of customized and differentiated education that meet the developmental characteristics and educational demands for gifted infants in regular infant educational institutions.

  • 최근 들어, 갈수록 다양화 ${\cdot}$ 다기화 되어 가는 사회 상황은 우리로 하여금 끊임없는 선택을 하도록 요구하고 있으며, 그것은 다시 깊고 넓은 생각을 하도록 요구하고 있다. 또한 사회 변화의 가속화와 경쟁의 첨예화는 우리로 하여금 그 선택과 그에 따른 생각을 보다 신중하고 현명하게 하도록 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라, 초등수학교육에서도 사고력 신장을 위한 수업방법의 필요성을 역설하고 있다. 따라서, 본고는 아동들이 수학수업에서 사고력 신장을 위한 수업 방법을 탐색해 봄으로써, 아동의 능력을 강화하고, 아동의 인지발달을 촉진하며, 개인의 지식 수준을 향상시키고자 한다.

Survey on Education Needs for Gerontological Nursing using Nursing Diagnosis classification in hospital nurses (간호진단 분류를 이용한 노인환자 간호 교육 요구도 조사: 병동 간호사를 대상으로)

  • The study was aimed to identify the educational needs for gerontological nursing using the nursing diagnosis classification of hospital nurses. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 245 nurses who had experience caring for older patients within 1-year at two nurse web cafes. As a result of the study, 43 nursing diagnoses were classified into 6 areas: acute care, daily life care, education and counseling, environment and resource management, health promotion, and geriatric disease management. Nursing educational needs differed according to the age, sex, marital status, education level, size of the hospital, and working experience of the nurse. In order to effectively perform nursing care for the elderly and geriatric patients, it may be necessary to investigate the needs of continuous education and develop a detailed education program.

Healthy Family Educational Need and Life Satisfaction of Middle School Students and Their Parents (중학생과 학부모의 청소년을 위한 건강가정 교육에 관한 요구도와 생활 만족도)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify healthy family educational need and life satisfaction of middle school students and their parents. The data for the analysis were collected from 674 middle school students and 597 their parents living in Seoul using the structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA with Duncan test, and Pearson' correlation analysis were used to examine the data. The results indicated that the need for healthy family education of the middle school students was high. The students were interested in consumer economics and friend relationship, whereas their parents were interested in consumer economics and family relationship. Some of the demographic variables, such as gender, living area, and the amount of allowance, were the variables affecting the educational needs of students. There were relatively high correlation between healthy family educational need and life satisfaction, so educators should provide the healthy family education program to improve students' life satisfaction.

Factors Influencing The Perception of Continuing Medical Education for Radiological Technologist (방사선사 보수교육 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The study analyzes the relationship between demand, satisfaction, and perception for non-face-to-face continuing medical education(CME) conducted in 2020 for 225 radiological technologist license holders working in the Busan area, and the factors that influence the positive perception of CME. T-test and one way ANOVA were used, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. As a result, there were high demands for mobile publicity, professional radiological technologist, educational expenses support from institution heads, and CME. Male radiological technologist, over 50 years of age, and the more experienced they had a job chance, the more they had a positive perception. In the correlation between variables, the perception of the education system and the need for education showed a positive correlation. The higher the satisfaction with the education system, the higher the perception of the need for education. About 53% of the content was satisfied. Therefore, in order to raise awareness of CME, it is considered that policy changes to the education system are necessary first of all. It is considered that the search for the development of education content and educational content is necessary above all.

Experience and education needs on medication and emergency situations for young children of child caregivers (보육교사의 영유아 대상 투약과 응급상황 경험 및 교육 요구)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate experience and education needs on medication and emergency situations for young children of child caregivers. The data from 190 caregivers were collected using open-ended questionnaires composed of four items and analysed by content analysis. The categories derived for each theme were as follows: experience of medication of six categories(no referral for medication, young children refused medication, inaccurate referral, a variety of medication, sick children but not having medication), education need of four categories(for child caregivers, for parents, for children, guideline required), experience of emergency situation of six categories(skin damage or bleeding, decreased consciousness due to seizures, high fever persisted, asphyxiation due to foreign body, dislocation or fracture, emergency not knowing how to cope), education need of emergency situation of five categories(contents, methods, cycle, necessity, institutionalization). It is required to improve more practically the education contents and methods related to medication and emergency situation of child caregivers.

What are Core Competencies for Entrepreneurship Educators?: Conceptualization of Competency Within TPACK and Analysis of Education Needs (기업가정신(entrepreneurship) 교육자는 어떠한 역량을 갖추어야 하는가?: TPACK 모델을 적용한 역량 개념화 및 교육요구도 분석)

  • Recently, as the awareness of the necessity of entrepreneurship education has spread in secondary education, the competency of educators in the field of education has become more important. This study tried to derive the priority of education needs by exploring the competency of educators to practice entrepreneurship education and the result from analysis of the difference in importance and performance. For conducting the analysis, this study conceptualized entrepreneurship education competency based on the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) model and developed a questionnaires to measure those competencies. Using TPACK and developed questionnaires, a survey was conducted on 217 secondary school teachers who were interested in entrepreneurship education, and derived the difference between importance-level and current-level was analyzed with a t-test. As a result of the study, for all sub-factors of TPACK, the mean of importance-level was higher than the mean of current-level, indicating that educational prescription was required. Also, as a result of analysis of Borich's requirements and The Locus for Focus Model, it was found that the factor with the highest priority in education was CK(Content Knowledge). Based on the results of study, implications for strengthening competencies for entrepreneurship educators were derived.
