The most widely-used typical information service of national education, EDUNET has members of 5.8million. But it has been not used in the fields of elementary school. There are short-comings in its usage by members of the elementary school teaching. We would like to find solutions by using a questionnaire to the teachers of elementary school in the Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, which resolve the problems of the actual condition. Analytical results show that 93.1 percent of the teachers usually use private education information service and 5.3 percent use EDUNET service. The main reason why teachers discourage the use of EDUNET service is that it provides the inconvenience of searching data(29.4%) and insufficiency of good quality contents(25%). In order to revitalize using EDUNET service, EDUNET has to improve on the perceived cumbersome unhandy of searching tools and help teachers to use EDUNET service by offering information of high quality.

현재 서비스되고 있는 디지털 위성방송(DVB) 서비스의 경우 비디오는 SD급인 MPEG-2 방식을 이용하고 있다. [1] MPEG-2 비디오를 위성을 이용한 원격 교육 서비스에 적용할 경우 해상도 및 데이터량이 보이고자 하는 교육 데이터에 배해 상대적으로 커 비효율적이다. 이를 개선하고 위성을 이용한 원격교육 서비스를 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 MPEG-4 적용 방안 및 구현 기술을 제안한다. MPEG-4 비디오 프로파일은 심플 프로파일을 적용하며 오디오는 G.273.1을 사용하고 MPEG-4 데이터 및 mp4 파일 전송은 DVB 방식의 데이터 방송 규격인 MPE와 Data Carousel을 적용한다. MPEG-4를 이용한 위성 원격교육 서비스에서의 실시간 강의 서비스에 해당하는 라이브 캐스팅 외에 mp4 파일을 이용한 파일 캐스팅 및 비실시간 강의 서비스에 해당하는 mp4 파일의 캐로셀 전송 방안에 대해서 제안 하고자 한다.

There is a number of national internet web sites which provide educational information services and contents. One of the more important issues in educational services is to offer a set of educational contents of high quality. It is important to develop the instruction-learning efficiency based contents, considering the variety of learners and content types. In this paper, we present the design of a cyber teaming system using distributed learning standard technology. In this cyber teaming system we particularly describe its course management service which allows to users the registration, deletion, modification, contents conversion, and contents learning.

This study investigated general educational quality, satisfaction and loyalty related to dietary life among K university students in Busan. SPSS version 20.0 was employed to conduct various analyses, namely frequency, factor, reliability and regression. A number of results were discovered. First, factors of nutrition education quality (knowledge, interest, instructor) had a positive influence on satisfaction. Second, factors of satisfaction with nutrition education quality had a positive influence on loyalty. Third, the three factorsof nutrition education quality had a positive influence on loyalty. Of the the three nutrition education quality factors, the knowledge factor exhibited the strongest effect on satisfaction among, while the Interest factor had the strongest impacton loyalty. As a result, consideration must be given the factors that act on nutrition education quality.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

Smart farming education service based on network are important factors for farming sector. The lack of time and space has to lead to their limited appliance to farmers. Limited information support and low background knowledge in farming production is a lot of trial and error in farming production. Smart farming education as a service based on cloud provide the farming information that is the farming knowledge, farming skill, and farmer's experiences and knowhow, etc. And real-time information such as climate change, soil environment and market trends is very important. This paper proposes a framework for applying farming education service based on cloud. It consists of smart farming function and smart farming education function

Recently meet the growing needs of customers and has increased, the need for training of customer contact staff in order to improve and increase customer satisfaction. These service training is because it improves the service capabilities of contact for customer-facing employees to respond to customers as well as to improve customer satisfaction. This study is placed in the field after the service training aimed at Customer contact staff joined in 2013~2016 in the first half of these new recruits training education working in the Seoul Metro customers respond to customers in customer contact and practical services it will proceed to the empirical study of how this affects the satisfaction and loyalty to the organization for the job than to find a better improvement in the educational program.

The purpose of this study is to find out constitutions of education service quality in NCS based education and to investigate the effects on vocational key competence, loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job of college students as important performance variables. The results of this study are as follows. In the NCS based education, five dimensions of education service quality were teaching-learning-lecture, reputation, education program, administrative service and facilities. It is analyzed that the teaching-learning-lecture and administrative service have a great influence on vocational key competence of students. In addition, education service quality and vocational key competence were analyzed as important factors for student's loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job and proved to be important performance variables.

This study has been conducted in preparation for a library instruction program for the Sangmyung University Library. The purpose of this study Is to assess the effectiveness of different types of library instruction in improving the information literacy of users. 112 questionnaires were measured and analyzed using SAS and t-test, ANOVA among other statistical techniques. The results were as follows: (1) Library instruction directly affects the information literacy of users. After taking library instruction. users were able to effectively use the AtoZ service, related Sites service. thesis service, E-resources, DDS service. off-campus service, translation system and the e-book service through the library homepage. (2) Group instruction proved to be the most effective type of library Instruction while online instruction was the worst.

현재 원격수업 교육 시스템은 21세기를 맞이하여 초고속정보통신망의 발전과 함께 사회전반에 크게 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만 현재는 특정 업체나 단체에서 교육을 독점적으로 서비스하기 위해 웹 기반으로 서비스가 이루어질 학교에서는 자체적으로 특정 교과를 독립적으로 교육을 행할 수 있는 시스템이 없는 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 원격교육서비스를 통하여 학습자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아서 학습 및 평가를 받을 수 있는 주문형 수업 시스템을 제안한다. 공급자와 수요자에게 사용상에 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공, 교육 정보갱신이 깁고 빠르게 이루어지며, 특정 교과를 독립적으로 서비스가 가능하며, 서비스상에 특별한 인력을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수요자는 원하는 시간에 자신의 능력별로 서비스를 받을 수 있게 된다.
