This study examines empirically whether appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors enhance the effectiveness of training program for HRD in small and medium companies. The major findings are as follows: The appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors of employee has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. The learning organization has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. Also effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise is different according to demographic factors such as job type(blue collar job, office job, sales job), rank of job position, and the length of service in organization. The significant results of this study is that appropriate design of training program to make employees understand the purpose of education and trying to activate the learning organization can increase the effectiveness of traing program in small and medium enterprise.

Small business owners are currently greatly affected by the economic downturn caused by COVID-19. It is a study on the expected effect of education on management education of small business owners and the sustainability of the project on the premise that education can increase the self-sustainability of small business owners amid the rapidly changing global economy and consumer sentiment due to COVID-19. The following research results were derived by surveying those who completed management education of the Small Business Market Promotion Foundation. Management education was found to have a positive effect on education expectation effect, and education expectation effect was also found to have a positive effect on sustainability. In addition, management education had a positive effect on the sustainability of the project, and the expected effect of education was mediated between management education and sustainability. These results show that management education has a positive effect on survival and continuous performance in the business of small business owners, and steady efforts to acquire education can be said to be helpful in management activities. As a practical implication, first, since positive education expectations for management education can be seen as affecting the sustainability of the project, it should be possible to increase the expected effect by configuring interest and interest in education when forming management education programs. Second, management education directly affects the maintenance, survival, and sustainability of small business owners, and the knowledge acquired by participating in education helps improve management activities, so you can think of adding the amount and number of educational support. Third, since the sustainability of small business owners also affects the survival of the business, more active promotion of education will be needed so that more small business owners can receive management education.

The purpose of this study is to apply sustainable development education activities for young children and to verify the effects of them. To do this, 40 5-year-old children of day care centers in P city, Gyeonggi-do were grouped the experimental group(11 male, 9 female) and the controlled(11 male, 9 female). The children in the experimental group had taken the 16 activities based on the sustainable development education for 8 weeks. The results of this study are as follows. First, the children in the experimental group shows the increase of the score in the whole subconcept of the care behavior, which means that the activities in this study are effective for children's care behaviors. Second, the children in this study shows the increase of the community consciousness scores, which means that the activities executed in this study are effective for children's community consciousness. Third, the children in the experimental group in this study shows the increase of the score of consumer behaviors, which means that the activities formed in this study are efficient for young children's consumer behaviors. This study implies that the activities for sustainable development education have a positive effect on young children's education for sustainable development.

본 연구의 목적은 영재학생들의 영재교육 수혜 경험이 학생의 학교 성적 및 학업능력이라고 하는 논리적 사고력, 협동력, 설득력 등에 미친 영향을 분석함으로써 영재교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행 연구 분석을 통해 연구 진행 방향을 설정하고 지속적으로 영재교육을 받은 경험이 있는 과학고등학교나 영재학교의 재학생을 대상으로 회고의 방법을 통해 설문을 실시하였고 설문은 학생 기초자료, 학업능력에 대한 영향, 학교 성적 변화 세 영역으로 구분된다. 본 연구는 선행 연구가 영재교육 직후에 실시되었던 단기적 효과를 분석했던 것과 달리 지속적으로 교육을 받았던 학생들을 대상으로 설문 및 심층면담을 실시함으로써 장기적인 효과를 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of motivation and satisfaction with continuing education on the intention to participate in college continuing education programs among adult learners. and participation of continuing education to improve the quality of Continuing education programs operated by College and to develop diverse educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners and increase their participation rate. This study analyzed data collected from 412 adult males and females taking courses at the Lifelong Education Center in four professional universities in Gyeonggi-do from May 1 to June 20, 2017. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 21.0 program, and general characteristics of the subjects were used. Descriptive statistics, t-tests and ANOVA were used to identify differences in participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate. Participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate were analyzed by Pearson's correlation. Participants were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation for participation in college continuing education programs, intention to participate in education programs, and intention to participate. The factors influencing participants' motivation for participation were participation motivation and education satisfaction 41.2%.The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate a program considering the factors that can improve motivation for participation and educational satisfaction to increase learner motivation.

세월호 참사 후, 전 사회적으로 안전이 강조되면서 정부 부처로서 국민안전처, 그후 행정안전부로 명칭이 변경되고 관련 법규가 제정 및 정비, 시행되면서 교육측면에서도 전보다 강력한 재난안전교육이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 정책적 노력의 연장선상에서 정부는 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위해 2016년 5월 「국민안전교육 진흥기본법」을 제정하여 대국민 안전교육 관련 제도, 정책 수립 및 집행 기능을 대폭 확대하였다. 그러나 국민 안전교육을 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 노력에도 불구하고 전 국민 대상 재난안전교육이 제대로 이루어지기에는 한계가 있음이 여러 연구에서 나타나고 있다. 2015년 이후 재난안전교육 관련 선행연구들은 국내 안전교육이 일회성이나 단기간의 교육으로 이루어지는 것을 지양하고, 생활 속에서 계획적으로 실시되어 지식적 측면·행동적 측면·태도적 측면의 유기적 통합이 이루어지도록 요구하고 있고, 이를 통해 안전교육 효과가 증진됨을 알려주고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재난안전교육의 목표를 재확인하고 2023년 초까지 진행되었던 안전교육의 실태를 2014년 이후 안전교육을 가장 체계적·지속적으로 받아온 고등학교 학생 대상의 재난 안전 인식 설문을 통한 통계 분석의 과정을 진행하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 생애주기별로 지속적·체계적·반복적으로 이루어져야만 그 목표를 구현할 수 있는 재난안전교육의 특성을 파악하고 교육효과 개선방안을 모색하였다.

This study was designed to develop a sustainable clothing life education program for middle school students and to analyze the effects of the developed program on the "Change-maker" characteristics of adolescents. This study proceeded following the ADDIE teaching design model. The learning activities in the middle school Technology and Home Economics textbooks were analyzed according to the steps of the Change-maker education program. Based on the analyzed results, the sustainable clothing life education program entitled 'Clothes for us, actions for the earth' which includes ten teaching and learning process plans, 17 individual learning activity sheets, and seven group learning activity sheets was developed. The developed program was implemented on 285 first-year students in K middle School in Ulsan. After the class, the level of Change-maker characteristics of the students increased from 3.87(SD=.54) to 4.59(SD=.64). From the interviews of the students, it was also found that the developed program influenced the values and behaviors of the students. Therefore it was confirmed that the Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) program on clothing life in middle school Home Economics developed based on the Change-maker education program stage was effective in cultivating the Change-maker characteristics of adolescents.

본 논문은 디지털시대의 변화와 코로나 19로 인해 차세대 디지철 시대는 새로운 교육 환경으로 진화하고 변화하는 교육 페러다임이 바뀌고 있다. 최근 지속적으로 성장하고 인기 있는 AR, VR 현장 실감형 콘텐츠를 교육에 활용 할 때 더욱 학습 효과가 있다는 다양한 이론과 사례분석을 통해 교육과정, 비 교육과정에 직접 접목하여 활용하고 그 효과를 통한 모형을 제시하여 수업의 질적 양적 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

In the era of digital media era, the importance of media education has been emphasized by both scholars and audience right related organizations. However, little research has been conducted about the factors may have influence on the intention to participate media education program. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the effect of motivation on both satisfaction and intention of it. For this purpose, this study surveyed the participants from education program offered by two local media center. The results showed that the activity-oriented motivation had effect on both the satisfaction and intention to continuous participation. The results of the current study can be applied to development of the plan for encouraging the continuous learning of media.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of repetitive oral health education on oral health knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of elementary school students. A final analysis of 111 untested individuals was made. The oral health knowledge and oral health behavior scores according to the presence or absence of oral health education showed a higher level than the school that did not perform oral health education for 3 years (p <0.01). Repeated and continuous oral health education of elementary school students has a great influence on oral health knowledge and behavioral change, so if the dental hygienists can stay and manage oral health care, the effect will be increased.
