The Educational Meaning expressed in Mu-wi of Lao-tzu and κεvoς of Jesus (노자의 무위(無爲)와 예수의 케노스(κεvoς)에서 본 교육적 함의 - 『도덕경』과 「빌립보서」를 중심으로 -)

  • Education system of Korea faced to enterance examination of universities in modern capitalism society. Education authority is confused by this, and then schools lost their goal for education. Mu-Wi in "Tao Te Ching" of Lao-tzu in one of Chinese old philosophers and ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ of "Philippians" 2:6-11 give important meanings to modern people. Mu-Wi is anti-meaning of Jak-Wi or In-Wi, and means doing with natural state. This means that politicians do follow natural rule returing Jak-Wi or In-Wi to Mu-Wi in society with Jak-Wi or In-Wi. In addition, the meaning of ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ is to love and serve people for calling of mankind from God through Jesus who gave himself to death in the society with hate and Jealous. It is great lesson of the saint and gives valuable and important meaning in education reality of Korea.

Reconceptualization of Catechesis for Forming Holistic Faith (통전적 신앙형성을 위한 교리교육의 재개념화)

  • This essay aims to seek an alternative model of catechesis, as this form of education faces various challenges from the Korean Church especially during COVID-19 pandemic. For a long time, catechesis in the Korean Church narrowly focused on the act of producing Christians who would be loyal to the local church, rather than focusing on nurturing members loyal to Christ, an issue that has been problematized in recent publications on catechesis. Thus, the loss of social trust in the Korean Church and the decline of its public image exemplify how this type of catechesis as disciple-making for local church's benefit, mostly nurtures a vertical dimension of faith. The current teaching and learning method mostly employs a unilateral transfer of doctrine from the teacher to the learner and emphasizes the memorization of doctrine. This type of instruction renders the catechesis as the most lackluster and outdated form of Christian education. This essay aims to reconceptualize the traditional model of catechesis. This essay first critically evaluates current situations of catechesis and presents several alternative meanings on the concept of doctrine. Then it explores the theories of catechesis through different models posed by Christian educators such as John Westerhoff III and Richard Osmer. The final section is devoted to presenting an alternative form of catechesis that focuses on seeking holistic faith.

재미한인 영재 청소년의 민족적 정체감 형성 연구

  • 본 연구는 우수한 학업 성적을 보이는 재미 한인 영재 청소년들이 민족적 정체감을 어떻게 형성해 나가는지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 미국 뉴욕의 학업영재아를 위한 고등학교에 재학중인 25명의 한인 영재아들을 대상으로 Phinney의 민족적 정체감 평가지가 사용되었다. 민족적 정체감의 평가를 위해 3가지의 민족 정체감 구성요인들이 사용되었는데, 이들은 민족적 자기 정의, 민족집단에 대한 평가와 민족집단에 대한 참여이다. 개방형 문제에 응답을 한 학생들은 두 명의 독립적인 관찰자에 의해, 자신이 정의한 민족집단에 대한 탐구와 헌신의 정도에 따라, 3단계의 민족 정체감 발달 단계로 나누어졌다. 이 3단계 중 첫번째 단계는 자신이 속한 민족집단에 대한 무관심과 낮은 참여도를 보이는 민족 정체감 무관심의 시기이고, 두 번째 단계는 자신의 민족집단에 대한 관심을 가지고 그 집단의 역사와 철학, 문화, 그리고 주류사회 속에서 해당 민족집단의 사회적 위치와 편견 등에 대해 관심과 참여를 보여주는 민족 정체감 탐구의 시기이며, 마지막 단계는 민족 정체감 완성 시기로, 자신을 그 집단의 구성원으로 완전히 수용하면서, 민족적 정체감에 안정된 모습을 보이는 단계이다. 각 민족 정체감 구성요소들과 민족 정체감 발달 단계내의 집단차를 논의하기 위해 ANOVA가 사용되었다. 연구에 참여한 대부분의 영채아들은 자신을 재미아시아인이 아니라, 한국인 혹은 재미동포로 정의하였고, 이러한 민족적 자기 정의는 학생들의 민족집단에 대한 평가도와 참여도에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 민족집단에 대한 긍정적인 평가는 민족집단에 대한 활발한 참여와 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있었다. 연구에서 나타난 결과들을 바탕으로 재미 한인 영재 청소년들이 높은 자아 존중감을 지닐 수 있도록, 현재 교육현장과 실생활에서 활용할 수 있는 여러 방안들과 함께, 앞으로 필요한 보다 많은 연구를 위한 제언이 제시되었다. 사고력 계발에 보다 충실할 수 있도록 내용의 폭을 넓히고 접근방법을 달리하는 심화 중심으로 교육과정을 구성하고 운영한다고 하였다. 그러나 현재 개발된 교육과정 편성과 운영은 창의성 교육의 구현보다는 압축형 속진 교육과정의 특성이 강하여, 이와 같은 운영지침을 실현하기 어려운 것이 현실이므로 교육과정 편제의 개선이나 운영지침에 적합한 교육내용의 개발이 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, R&E(Research & Education)는‘연구를 통한 교육’,‘교육을 통한 연구’를 의미하며 과학영재교육과정의 가장 큰 특징이라 할 수 있는 자율연구와 위탁교육을 위한 프로그램이다.여주는 것으로 나타났다.보였다. 5. L값은 살균처리의 경우 저장 30일 이후 약간 어두워지는 경향을 보였고, 121$^{\circ}C$ 살균처리에서 높은 값을 보였다. 대체로 저장온도가 높고 저장기간이 길어질수록 약간 밝아지는 경향을 보였다. 적색도는 인삼 첨가구의 경우 상온 및 냉장저장에서 10$0^{\circ}C$ 살균이 121$^{\circ}C$ 처리구 보다 약간 높은 값을 보였다. 저장기간에 따른 적색도의 변화는 인삼과 송이 첨가구에서 비교적 안정적이었다. 황색도는 상온 및 냉장저장에서 저장기간에 따라 약간 감소하는 경향을 보인 후 상온저장 50일 째, 냉장 60일 째 가장 높게 나타났다. 121$^{\circ}C$ 살균처리구가 10$0^{\circ}C$ 처리구보다 약간 높은 경향을 보였다.^{\circ}C$$,에서는 20시간 가열시 0.706$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg으로 가장 높게 생성된 후 서서히 감소하였다. 그러나 산값과 공액이중산값은 계속 증가하는 양상을 나타냈다. 즉 B(a)P생성과 산패도 변화사이에는 일정한 관계를 나타내지는 않았다.ve(+)의 상관관계가 있었다.l

Objective Research about Effective Outplacement Education for Discharged Soldiers (제대군인의 효과적인 전직지원 교육을 위한 실증적 연구)

  • For many years, there have been many researches and guidelines to improve the employment rate of discharged soldiers. However, there have not been enough effective analysis conducted about the outplacement service and improvement guidelines. That is the reason why the satisfaction level of governmental supporting programs for the discharged soldiers stays at low level. Therefore, a methodical approach is needed for the discharged soldiers who have dedicated their services for many years for the sake of the country's security. For this reason, tools which can support build an effective outplacement service for the discharged soldiers are required. In this study, psychological, structural and environmental aspect of discharged soldiers were surveyed at the cognitive level based on the soldiers waiting for the discharge from military service. As a result, it became clear that psychological advice or support and job training for the discharged soldiers who executed long-term service are urgent. In addition, an efficient system can control and maintain the system mentioned above.

Analysis of the Relationship between the Convergence Factors Related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Some Hospital Administrative Staffs (일부 병원행정직의 조직시민행동과 관련된 융복합 요인의 관련성 분석)

  • This paper attempted to find the convergence factors related to the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital administration staff(HAS). The survey was conducted on 274 administrative staff at 22 hospitals in J regions randomly selected using self-administered questionnaires. The survey period took about a month from July 1 to July 31, 2019. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The organizational citizenship behavior of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: The higher the procedure justice, sub-areas of organization justice, the higher the intragroup trust, and the higher the organizational commitment. Their explanatory power was 41.9%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase organization justice, intragroup trust and organizational commitment, are required to improve organizational citizenship behavior among HAS. The above results are expected to be utilized in human resource management and industrial health education of medical institutions that enhance organizational citizenship behavior of HAS. Later research requires the establishment of a structural equation model that affects organizational citizenship behavior of HAS.

Evaluation of Specialized Library Service Quality and User Satisfaction in the Digital Environment (디지털 환경의 전문도서관 서비스 품질과 이용자 만족도에 관한 평가)

  • This research was conducted to measure the satisfaction level of users and the service quality of specialized libraries in the digital environment. 289 users of 24 government-funded institutes were divided into humanity/social science area and science/technology area for comparison. Using seven hypotheses, the tests were conducted between three independent variables, service quality, space quality, and information quality and one dependent variable, user satisfaction. It was concluded that the competence and quality of the librarian, library homepage, and quality of information are most critical for user satisfaction. Suggestions are made: an improvement in the service quality and specialization of the librarian's skills, a need for librarian's courtesy education, a provision of differentiated and specialized quality of information, an easy access to the library homepage, and supports on the contents and information search.

Comparison of Perception Between Secondary School Teacher and Pre-service Teacher about the Creativity as an Essential Quality of Highly Professional and Committed Teachers (헌신적인 교사가 갖추어야 할 창의성에 대한 중등교사와 예비교사의 인식 비교)

  • In order to foster 'creative convergence talents' teachers and pre-service teachers who possess a certain degree of creativity must learn about this new approach as part of their teacher training. In this study, we attempted to identify the implications on the curriculum of the teacher education-training college in question by analysing secondary school teachers' and pre-service teachers' creativity and by collecting sufficient data to develop a positive feedback model for selecting, cultivating, and appointing pre-service teachers who fulfil the requirements of said college of education. Such teachers will display the commitment and professionalism to fulfil their teaching duties in the best possible manner and will consistently produce valuable contributions to their chosen subject matter and integrate these into their daily teaching. These teachers will complete all their tasks in a creative way, including student guidance, administrative duties, and academic lessons. The factors that distinguished creative teachers from others included originality and fluency. Our test group comprised 216 pre-service teachers as well as 137 fully qualified teachers. Teachers' understanding of the factors required in order to qualify as a 'creative and committed teacher' was very low. We provided data to the college of education to increase creativity when selecting teachers and curricula based on an analysis of perceptions of creativity provided by teachers and pre-service teachers.

Polanyi's Epistemology and the Tacit Dimension in Problem Solving (폴라니의 인식론과 문제해결의 암묵적 차원)

  • It can be said that the teaching and learning of mathematical problem solving has been greatly influenced by G. Polya. His heuristics shows down the explicit process of mathematical problem solving in detail. In contrast, Polanyi highlights the implicit dimension of the process. Polanyi's theory can play complementary role with Polya's theory. This study outlined the epistemology of Polanyi and his theory of problem solving. Regarding the knowledge and knowing as a work of the whole mind, Polanyi emphasizes devotion and absorption to the problem at work together with the intelligence and feeling. And the role of teachers are essential in a sense that students can learn implicit knowledge from them. However, our high school students do not seem to take enough time and effort to the problem solving. Nor do they request school teachers' help. According to Polanyi, this attitude can cause a serious problem in teaching and learning of mathematical problem solving.

A Study on the Impact of Public Library Organizational Justice on the Employee Engagement and User Orientation in Frontline Staff (공공도서관 조직공정성이 서비스접점구성원의 인게이지먼트와 이용자지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we designed and verified a research model that identifies the correlation between public library organizational justice, the engagement of service contact members, and user orientation. First, distributive justice was found to have a positive effect on engagement. Second, interaction justice was found to have a positive effect on engagement. Third, procedural justice was found to have a positive effect on user orientation. Fourth, engagement was found to have a positive effect on user orientation. As a result of structural equation model analysis, it was analyzed that engagement had a greater influence on user orientation. Service contact members who have the attitude of having organizational members take voluntary and self-sacrificing actions in library operation and are willing to be positively immersed in their work can take user-oriented actions that provide services with users as the top priority. Because the possibility is high. It has practical significance in that it suggests strategies and improvement plans that can be helpful to libraries.

A Study on the Analysis of Reflective Journal of the Character Development Program of Christian University (기독교 대학의 인성 함양 프로그램 성찰저널 분석 연구 : K대학교의 밀알훈련 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the journal of reflection of students who participated in the character improvement education program. And it is a study that suggests ways to develop the program according to the results of analysis. Then, by collecting 208 reflective journals of students who participated in Milal training at K University, After the analysis was performed in the process of transcription, coding, and subject discovery, reliability was secured by calculating the Kappa coefficient for the analysis frame and analysis suitability. According to the results of the analysis of reflection journal. Through Milal training, the Milal spirit was understood as sacrificial service (sacrifice, devotion, lowering, serving, death, decay) and Milal (reproduction). We confirmed that It will have a life attitude related to the themes of labor (hardwork, work, patience, patience, perseverance). It can be said that through Milal training, self-reflection activities can be promoted, community character and collaboration skills can be cultivated, and the spirit of sacrificial service can be acquired. Through the results of this reflection journal analysis, it is necessary to further enhance the Milal training program, and it will be possible to provide implications to the character cultivation programs of other universities.
