In this study, the meta-analysis technique was applied to investigate the effectiveness of gifted-mathematics programs on development of creativity. Studies conducted the outcomes form the 20 studies were used for meta-analysis. Research questions are as follows; first, what is the overall effect size of the gifted mathematics programs on development of mathematical creativity. Second, what are effect sizes of sub-group(fluency, flexibility, originality) analysis. Third, compare the effect sizes of those in compliance with the grade and the class type. Results from data analysis are as follows. First, the overall effect size for studies related the gifted-mathematical programs was .66, which is high. Second, it was found that each sub-group differed from its effect on learning outcomes. Fluency(.76) was the highest of all, which was followed by flexibility(.60) and originality(.50) in a row. Lastly, the overall effect size for gifted elementary school students related the gifted-mathematical programs was .69, which is high than gifted middle school students was .46.

The educational environment, where the change to blended learning and AI convergence education through non-face-to-face is accelerating, is based on the cultivation of digital literacy. This study attempted to verify the effectiveness of future competencies by creating a collaborative SW education program on the metaverse platform that emerged by supplementing the problems through non-face-to-face. Twenty programs on how to design and create software were organized for small-scale elementary classes in the metaverse. In order to verify the effectiveness 4C competency tool presented as future educational competency was selected, and homogeneity test for the experimental group and t-test were conducted. The results showed the SW education programs based on metaverse was effective in improving collaborative communication skills, confirming the possibility of SW education through blended learning.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the effectiveness of education in which sexual violence offenders participated in correctional program. The subjects of this study were men living in D city had completed 40 hours of correctional program implemented by the Ministry of Justice. For data collection, a pre-test before training and a post-test completion of training were conducted for those who participated in the program. Those who had aggression, impulsivity, rape myth and anger had a positive effect after the correctional program, but that program didn't help those with feelings of loneliness. This study analyzed the effectiveness of the education through pre and post tests of the Ministry of Justice's sexual violence program targeting sexual violence offenders, and it is significant in seeking ways to change their behavior accordingly. Therefore, this study will be effective in preventing the recurrence of sexual violence, and it will contribute as a data that can be used for the development of the correctional program for sexual violence offenders.

본 연구는 문헌고찰, 기존의 관련 교육프로그램 분석 그리고 여성농업인들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사와 면접 결과를 기초로 하여 여성농업인들의 자아성장에 도움이 되는 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 여성농업인들에게 자아성장을 위한 교육의 필요한 이유를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성농업인들은 도시에 사는 여성들에 비해 전반적으로 자아의식이 낮으며 부정적이다. 둘째, 여성농업인들은 자기를 돌아볼 시간적 여유를 갖지 못한다는 것이다. 가사와 농업 그리고 자녀양육 둥에 많은 시간을 보내기 때문에 자신이 누구인가를 생각해 볼 여유가 없다. 셋째, 성인기는 많은 위기를 경험하는 시기인데 여성농업인들은 위기상황이 왔을 때 그것을 극복할 전략을 모르기 때문에 어려움을 주게 되고 결국 부정적 자아개념을 갖게 된다. 넷째, 미래의 자기에 대한 구체적 계획이 없어 미래의 자아상을 갖지 못하고 자신의 삶에 소극적이 된다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 관련문헌을 고찰하였으며 기존 교육 프로그램들을 분석하였다. 그리고 여성농업인들이 자아의식과 관련해서 가지고 있는 문제점이 무엇인지를 구체적으로 분석하기 위해서 설문조사와 면접을 실시하였다. 1차적으로 개발된 프로그램은 농업인 교육 담당자 및 전문가들을 초청하여 프로그램 수정, 보완에 관한 자문을 구하였다. 최종단계로 여성농업인을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하여 타당성과 효과성을 검증 받았고 피드백 결과를 기초로 프로그램을 확정하였다.

The purposes of this study were to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher training program for specialized school teacher in invention patent field and to explore the program improvement ideas. The study was carried out through on survey method and using program evaluating model developed for this study. The study subjects are 39 specialized high school teacher participated in training program about invention patent field at CNU-IECT(Invention education center for teacher). The data collection was done on August 2, 2014. The 37 questionnaies were analyzed. The educational needs of the training program were calculated by using the Borich(1980)'s needs assessment formula. The evaluating model was developed by the team. Major findings of this study were as follows; First, the training needs of specialized high-school teachers was high. Second, the satisfaction of the training program was high. Third, the overall effectiveness of training programs was high. Fourth, the improvement ideas were divided into four area - 1)The status quo area, 2) the alternatives exploration area, 3) the strategy modifications area, 4) the expected expansion area.

This study examines empirically whether appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors enhance the effectiveness of training program for HRD in small and medium companies. The major findings are as follows: The appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors of employee has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. The learning organization has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. Also effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise is different according to demographic factors such as job type(blue collar job, office job, sales job), rank of job position, and the length of service in organization. The significant results of this study is that appropriate design of training program to make employees understand the purpose of education and trying to activate the learning organization can increase the effectiveness of traing program in small and medium enterprise.

The study explored a way to analyze return-on-investment for evaluating corporate e-learning programs. It is said to be not easy to measure return-on-investment due to complexity of determining exact amount of cost and benefit of any e-learning program. In this vein, it has been rare to see researches regarding return-on-investment for corporate e-learning programs. Nevertheless, it is needed to try to document return-on-investment evidence for verifying effectiveness of the programs. More concretely, the purpose of the study is to draw up guidelines in making decisions about whether companies should invest in e-learning programs any more at particular point of time.

The purpose of this study is to develop a training program for teachers to improve their entrepreneurial education competency for teenager entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve this objective, the training program was developed through a literature review and input from professionals. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the entrepreneurship program for teachers, teachers participated in the program and a satisfaction survey was conducted. Results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed teaching contents and methods for entrepreneurship education which included 4 hours of online education and 26 hours of off-line education, for a total of 30 hours. Second, for verifying the applicability to schools and its effects, the satisfaction of training was examined using 88 teachers that participated in the entrepreneurship education program. Results found the satisfaction level was rated 4.58 for the curriculum suitability and 4.67 for the effectiveness of class contents, indicating that teachers were very satisfied with the training program and contents.

The purpose of this study is to develope a case management education program for employees in the long-term mental health care facilities to reflect strength perspective and analyze the program's effectiveness. The participants in this study were 30 employees working in the long-term mental health care facilities in Seoul and Gyeong-gi regions(15 each), and the program's effectiveness was verified with those participants. The total 13 sessions of the education program was offered: three hours per session, and one session a month. The perception on clients(social distance, attitude towards mentally disorder people) and workers' competence(burnout, empowerment) were used as the measuring tool to verify the effectiveness of case management education. For data analysis, technical statistics and t-test were used in this study. As a result of the analysis, the social distance between the employees in the long-term mental health care facilities who participated in the case management education and clients decreased in relation with perception on clients, and attitude score towards clients improved. It was also verified that burnout decreased, and that empowerment improved in relation with the competence of the employees in the long-term mental health care facilities.

This study was developed to evaluate the effectiveness of a multicultural education program for college students. To this end, the program was designed to offer them a series of twenty lectures for three months, 60 hours in total, and a quasi-experimental design was employed to evaluate the difference between pre-test and post-test scores of participants of both experimental group(N=45, Mdiff=.378) and control group(N=47, Mdiff=.036) on their attitudes on cultural diversity. Also, pre-test and follow-up test scores were compared to confirm whether the effect was sustained. The results showed that while the pre-post difference was statistically significant for experimental group participants(t=4.264, p=.000), the difference was not significant for control group students. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the program was sustained among students in the experimental group at a 3-month follow-up test(t=2.466, p=.016). In conclusion, the multicultural education program, in fact, proved to be effective in changing the attitudes of college students in understanding and accepting different cultures in Korean society.
