Development of Making Green Elementary/Secondary School Model through the Educational Information (교육정보화를 통한 초.중등 녹색학교(GS) 만들기 모델 개발)

  • Elementary/secondary school must make the scheme for the Low Carbon Green Growth embodiment because of the environmental problems and the Low Carbon Green Growth Policy for responding to global environmental crisis. This paper proposes a plan to make green elementary/secondary school model through the educational information. It divides into 'Greening of IT Information Resources' and 'Greening of Education Environment' through the educational information'. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school. 'Greening of IT Information Resources' suggests the guideline necessary to the introduction of IT products, the method to abandon considering recycling IT products and environmental information infrastructure model. 'Greening of Education Environment' proposes the IT green practice method for teachers and students to keep and shows the practice of various educational information service to seek a conversion to low carbon education environment. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school.

  • The development of computer and information technology in Korean construction industry is accelerating its speed while the education of Universities regarding to those technology is hardly catching up. Students graduated from schools are having difficulties in adapting themselves into the technology and as a result the industry is operating its own educational problem for the newcomers. This research develops the educational program of computer and information technology in school and therefore enhance the adaptability of the students for the industry. The program is open from 2002 up to 2004 liking two courses and including 10 modules and a project. The educational program consists of computer labs and lectures or seminars. The result of the educational program enables students to understand the computer and information technology used in the industry, an to improve the interest and skills of those, and additionally to motivate themselves into participating the continuous research and development of the technology.

A Study on Developing Education and Training System for Informationalization in Governmental Organization (정부조직의 정보화교육훈련 체계구축에 관한 연구)

  • The effective use of IT(information technology) will increasingly become one of the key determinants for successful informationalization in govermental organization And the ability of the public officials in using IT or operating information system is essential to the effective use of IT. This study focuses on constructing a theoretical base of developing the education and training system for enhancing the IT ability of the public officials. In order to achieve this research goal, first this study suggests four categories of IT education and training for (1) the basic capability of IT use (2) the skills of operating information system (3) the management competence of performing strategic use of IT, (4) the expert skills for specific IT, and then derives concrete items for each category. With respect to these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity and the effective way of education and training according to tasks, positions and ability of the public officials. The data analyses are based on questionnaires responded by 300 public officials who attend the education and training programs held by the Training Institute of Ministry of Information and Communication. The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system which is applicable to most of Korean organizations. Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs.

  • 우리가 살고 있는 시대는 정보화 사회이다. 앞으로 정보화 사회는 계속 될 것이다. 정보화 사회는 우리에게 많은 편리함을 가져다 주었다. 하지만 한편으로는 사회적으로 윤리적으로 많은 문제점을 안겨준 것도 사실이다. 이런 문제점은 초등학생에게도 많이 나타나고 있으며 그로 통하여 정보통신유리교육의 중요성이 증대하였다. 이러한 정보통신윤리교육이 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 교육계획의 기초가 되는 실태 파악이 잘 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 초등학생들의 정보통신윤리의식의 실태를 설문지를 통한 조사와 분석으로 초등학생의 정보통신윤리의 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 인터넷 활용을 통한 교수학습이 교육 전반에 파급되면서부터 교사 홈페이지의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 교사들은 홈페이지 제작 능력이 부족하거나 제작하는데 근무외 시간을 많이 들여야 한다는 부담감으로 인해 홈페이지를 제작하여 운영할 엄두를 내지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 홈페이지 제작을 위한 기본지식이 전혀 없는 초보자나 비전공사라 할지라도 최소의 필요정보 입력만으로 학급 홈페이지를 제작할 수 있는 인터넷의 기반의 초 중등학교 교사용 홈페이지 자동생성시스템 구현에 관한 연구를 하였다 그에 따라 초·중등학교의 교육정보화를 위한 홈페이지의 요구사항을 분석하였고, 학교와 가정을 연계할 수 있는 동적인 홈페이지 구현을 위한 표준 모형을 설계하였다. 또한 제안한 홈페이지의 설계를 기초로 하여 홈페이지 자동생성시스템의 요구사항을 분석하였고, JSP 프로그래밍 방식을 이용하여 자동생성시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 본 시스템의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 초·중등학교 교사의 홈페이지가 쉽게 구축될 수 있음은 물론, 학교 정보화를 위한 교육보조수단으로 활용함으로써 교육 정보화를 향한 작은 밑거름이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The university admission system for talented students in computer and information areas has been mainly implemented during early admission period centering on universities located in metropolitan area since 1997. However, the current trend is that total number of selected students and universities that are selecting are continuously declining and 14 students were selected from 2 universities in school year 2013. Accordingly, it is difficult to expect positive effects on education related to information on secondary school curriculum, as well as train and select very talented students in certain areas. Such phenomenon is a result of insufficient educational activities on information of secondary school curriculum, as well as a reflection of social perception in the areas of computer and information. It shows that major variable with significant effects of university admission system has not been properly considered in the policy of training talented students at national level and the administration of secondary school curriculum on computer and information areas. Accordingly, there is a need for a comprehensive approach that considers the method and standards of universities' student selection system when establishing related future policy.

  • Purpose of this research is to study status of regional informatization of new information alienated women immigrants in concern of uplifting social activities of them under rapidly changing social environment onto the multi-cultural society, which would be used to propose educational courses and concepts aligned to women migrants. Based on the research of informative social activities, the most beloved activities are hobby or leisure related subjects, and places which has utilized information education well and in urban areas are high in social activities. Consequently, supporting fundamental courses of information education are mandatory to encourage social participation activities in area such as regions in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gwangju, also more intense courses linked with informative tracks are needed in places with lively social participation activities such as in Seoul, Daejeon, and Jeju-do.
