The purpose of this study is to modify the bridge program especially for active 2+2 articulated educational system. The bridge program was assessed through the survey on opinions of technical high school teachers. Through this study, technical skills, coping skills in future, and the basic set of skills which takes to transfer from one jobs or areas of works to another are suggested. For college to approve credit transfer, the articulated practical subjects and their educational contents and also prototypes of bridge program were developed.

This exploratory study aims to identify effect on core nursing competency of nursing students who experienced convergence practice due to COVID-19. The subjects of this study surveyed 123 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 software, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The average scores for nursing competence scale, self-directed learning ability, learning satisfaction, learning outcomes were 3.99, 3.71, 4.11 and 4.25 out of 5.00. The factors affecting of students' nursing competencies were self-directed learning ability, learning outcomes with 29 percent being explained by these variables. Learning satisfaction did not affect core nursing competency. Through this study we found that high quality educational environment should be prepared to improve these limitations. it is considered that a clear and systematic standard for the educational environment and evaluation of clinical practice is needed.

In this academic paper, we introduce a bread board simulation which is developed based on HTML language. this program is developed because actual electronic practices have some problems. Electronic circuit practice using bread board is widely practiced in colleges or high schools in South Korea, but actual electronic circuit practice needs lots of consumable stuff, and they are needed to be purchased and managed continuously. Besides, composing complicated electronic circuit restricts the efficiency of studying. Therefore, we propose breadboard simulation program which helps to resolve those problems.

The study developed a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning as nursing students' field practice in psychiatric and mental nursing practice was limited due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This is a study to evaluate the effect on communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation through a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning. From October 18, 2021 to December 11, 2021, 64 nursing students participated in the study using a structured Google questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, based on blended learning, the subjects' communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation were significantly increased after compared to before psychiatric and mental health nursing practice education. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effect of the psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning.

This study applied virtual reality to women health nursing practicum for nursing students and analyzed the educational effect on meta-cognition and critical thinking. The study design was a convergent mixed method using single-group pre-post test design and individual in-depth interviews. After applying the virtual reality program, the post-score (104.16±12.98) was statistically significantly higher than the pre-score (98.59±18.09) (t=1.85, p=.030). There was no statistically significant difference in critical thinking after the program, with the post-score of 101.66±7.18 and the pre-score of 99.18±15.13 (t=1.00, p=.108). Therefore, women health nursing practice education using virtual reality can help improve the meta-cognition of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence relationship between the clinical practice stress and professional identity of 171 dental hygiene students from 3 university in Jeollanam-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Professional identity was negatively correlated with clinical practice training environment(r=-0.352, p<0.01), clinical practice work burden(r=-0.185, p<0.05) and conflicts with patients(r=-0.181, p<0.05). The convergence factors influencing professional identity were clinical practice training environment(${\beta}=-0.261$), aptitude(${\beta}=0.238$), advice from others(${\beta}=-0.186$) and clinical practice unsatisfied(${\beta}=-0.176$). The regression model explained 23.7% of professional identity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program for the smooth labor supply by understanding the relationship between clinical practice stress and professional identity in dental hygiene students.

이 연구에서는 지구과학교육과가 지구과학을 연구하는 곳이자 지구과학을 교육하게 될 교사를 양성하는 곳이라는 두 가지 특징을 갖는다는 점에서 그에 적절한 천체관측 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 이 프로그램은 크게 4가지로 구성이 되어 있으며, 연구 대상은 서울대학교 지구과학교육과 2학년생 18명으로, 천체지구과학 및 실습을 수강하고 있는 학생들이다. 이 학생들에게 본 연구자가 개발한 천체관측프로그램 수업을 진행하고, 수업을 하기 전과 수업을 한 후에 천체 관측에 대한 인식 및 과학에 대한 태도 검사를 수행하고자 한다. 또한 수업의 끝부분에서는 학생들의 소감문 및 프로그램에 대한 평가 설문지를 수집하여, 개발한 관측 프로그램의 효과를 알아보고자 한다.

The purposes of this study are to investigate the change in the teacher efficacy beliefs of elementary pre-service teachers in mathematics during the student teaching, and to suggest the direction of the student teaching program for improving the pre-service teachers' efficacy beliefs in mathematics. For this, 93 elementary pre-service teachers participated. After the 4 weeks of practice, any changes in their teacher efficacy beliefs in mathematics were analyzed and the positive and negative causes of the differences were discussed. Consequently, their teacher efficacy beliefs in mathematics meaningfully decreased. The analysis of the cause of the decrease indicated that the teacher efficacy beliefs in teaching mathematics, rather than in the management of their mathematics class, meaningfully decreased. The meetings with the subjects also revealed that they had more negative experience with class teaching and were not able to gain much positive experience with it after all.

본 연구의 목적은 예비 교사의 소프트웨어 교육 수업 전문성 함양을 위하여 백워드 설계 기반으로 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 백워드 설계는 학생들의 심층적인 이해를 고려한 수업 설계 기법이다. 백워드 설계 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 차시 당 4시간 수업으로 총 8차시(32시간 분량)의 소프트웨어 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이는 예비교사의 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 심층적인 이해를 돕고, 직접 백워드 설계를 기반으로 하는 수업 계획을 실습함으로써 교육과정에 대한 깊은 이해도 도울 수 있다는 점에 의의를 갖는다. 하지만 본 연구에서 개발된 교육 프로그램이 어떤 효과성을 지니는지에 대한 검증이 이루어지지 않았다는 제한점이 있다. 따라서 추후 연구에서는 효과성을 확인하기 위한 실험 및 통계적 검증이 요구된다.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a training program for overseas Korean language teachers focus on preservice teacher. This thesis based on the 2017 Korean Language (prospective) Teacher Overseas Dispatch and Practical Training Assistance Project (Almaty, Kazakhstan region). The present task established prospective teachers, career teachers, and local teachers as the targets of each assignment. We focused on developing a program that could match each of these characteristics. For prospective teachers, the program was designed and conducted with the goal of "improving real expertise through practical training," whereas for career teachers the program was developed with the goal of "improving leadership" and "retraining teachers" by focusing on their abilities as middle managers to build and maintain foreign and domestic networks. For local teachers, the goal was to provide "retraining as Korean language teacher certification". The limitations of those unable to attend domestic meetings were alleviated through training, workshops, and meetings, and a program was developed for real education practical training. For prospective teachers and career teachers in particular, the program was designed to center on a system of collaboration in which classes based on international Project Based Learning(iPBL) were conducted, and groups prepared practical training and practice modules.
