  • This study analyzes several factors of good instruction that have been studied by precedent studies as well as the dominated perspective of teaching that validates the value of good instruction. For this purpose, the authors explore an understanding of the perspective that lessons ought to pursue. The authors examine the difference in the dominated perspective of good instruction of pre-service teacher and teachers through the study methodology of chi-square, one-way analyses of variance, and post-hoc test. The research subjects were enrolled students and graduates of the Department of Early Childhood Education at colleges in Seoul and the Capital area. The TPI that had been objectively indexed with comprehensive understandings and viewpoints of good instruction was also applied. The study result shows that high schools' dominated perspective is "nursing" and colleges' is "apprenticing", regardless of the kind of school. The article discusses the perspective of good instruction by comparing the results of domestic and foreign studies and this study. Some ideas were suggested for further research.

  • Thanks to advanced development of industrial technology, various kinds of the rapidly changing instruments are affecting our life deeply. So, just a few years are enough to regard yesterday's products as old ones due to the newly invented industrial products. Likewise, the blackboards that we face with in our actual life have been developed as completely new ones of new conception for new equipment and environmental harmony, which is completely different from the typical ones. Height-Control and Open-Shut blackboard with notice board can be adjusted to a lecturer's height, the central pan of main blackboard being controlled up and down. During writing on the board, lecturers can fix the board to their convenient position, and after writing, they can fix the height of the board to the students, convenient position. Therefore, students do not have to move their bodies left and right, or up and down, because of the lecture tables or people in front of them. The newly developed blackboard removed such an inconvenience and is suitable for today's new educational environment. In the both sides of the blackboard, general notice boards are attached to the surface, while the supplementary blackboards are fixed to inside so that they can be drawn when necessary. Considering new environments of the blackboards equipped with these diverse functions, we would like to offer the design procedure about the blackboard frames and chalk store boxes and its results.

  • This paper is a study on the industrial security specialists of organizations in possession of industrial technology and their compliance motivations towards security policies. The focus is on organizational justice, organizational attachment and empowerment based on our hypothesis that compliance motivations are shaped, not only by the organization itself but, also by the attitude and principle of the organization's members. The objective is to propose a direction for administrative security policy to increase prevention of industrial technology leakage by identifying the factors' significance through hypothesis testing and thereafter investigating the influencing relationship. Survey questionnaires are collected from the participants of a regular educational program provided by the Korean Association for Industrial Technology Security (KAITS) and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. Through various statistical analyses, following results are acquired. First, procedural fairness and organizational attachment are found to motivate security supervisors to comply with security policies. Particularly, the relationship between procedural fairness and compliance motivations towards security policies is fully mediated by organizational attachment, suggesting that improved fairness at the organizational level will lead to an increase in organizational attachment, which will encourage the individuals to comply with security policies. Additionally, empowerment of the individuals in organizations partially mediates the relationship between procedural fairness and organizational attachment, confirming that procedural fairness empowers each individual and increases his organizational attachment. Specifically, in order to maximize compliance of security policies, businesses should demonstrate procedural fairness when compensating their employees for their work to empower them and increase their organizational attachment, which can increase their will to comply with existing security policies. This research provides insights into how to encourage security supervisors to comply with security policies by increasing their empowerment and organizational attachment.

  • The nursing education with evidence-based practice(EBP) should set a differentiated education strategy according to the level of the learner, so that the students experience it step by step and it leads them to be skilled. The purpose of this study was to integrate and operate the EBP in the fundamental nursing classes of the second grade students and to verify the effectiveness on improvement of EBP basic competency of them. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The subjects were 108 students in the second year of nursing at the two universities. The experimental group participated in the class for 8 weeks and 24 hours during the 15-weeks, second semester 2016 and the control group participated in general fundamental nursing class. Data were collected proactivity in problem solving, future use of EBP, and critical thinking disposition instrument and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program with Chi-square test, independent t-test. The experimental group had a significant increase in proactivity in problem solving and future use of EBP compared to the control group. However, there was no significant difference in critical thinking disposition between the two groups. Findings indicate that the fundamental nursing class used EBP was an effective lesson to improve proactivity in problem solving and future use of EBP, which is the EBP basic competency for the lower grader. Long-term efforts are needed to improve the EBP competence and critical thinking of nursing students by curriculum appropriate to grade-based goals of EBP.
