해상교통관제사 교육용 시뮬레이터의 평가 기능 구현

  • 해상교통관제사의 능력 향상을 위해 해양수산부에서는 자격인증에 관한 훈령을 제정한 후 기본과정, OJT 강사과정, 선임관제사 과정, 재교육과정 등의 교육을 시행하면서 교육용 시뮬레이터를 활용해 왔다. 또한, 항만의 안전과 보안을 우선 담보하는 해상 교통관제사로서 능력을 발휘하고 필요한 역량을 갖추기 위해서 IALA V-103에서 언급된 대로 여러 부분의 지식을 함양하고 교육용 시뮬레이터를 이용한 간접경험으로 훈련을 충실히 하고 있다. 그러나 시뮬레이터는 항만의 선박교통상황을 충분히 구현하지 못하며 긴급하고 위험한 상황 또한 제한적으로 구현할 수밖에 없는 등 교육용 시뮬레이터의 약점을 보완하기위해 VTS 시뮬레이터 시스템의 기능강화를 위한 요구사항 분석 및 설계 기준을 검토하였다. 특히, 해상교통관제사의 훈련 상황을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가기능을 구현하기 위해서 분석 검토하였다.

A Study on the Business Opportunity Source and Search According to the Characteristic of Entrepreneur (창업자 특성과 사업기회의 상황 간에 관한 연구)

  • This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.

  • 21세기의 세계화 정보화 시대를 주도하며 살아갈 자율적이고 창의적인 한국인을 육성하기 위하여 제7차 교육과정이 고시되었으며, 이에 따라 7차 교육과정에서는 정보통신기술 (ICT) 교육을 강화하는 정책들을 수립하여 활성화하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 학교 현장과 다양한 문헌 연구를 통한 결과로서 ICT 교육은 만족스런 결과를 도출해내지 못한 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 주5일제 수업의 실시의 부각과 함께 ICT 교육에 대한 재정립의 움직임이 시작되고 있다. 본 원고에서는 본인이 집필진 및 검토진으로 참여한 교육인적자원부에서 KERIS에 위탁하여 수행한 연구과제의 결과물을 중심으로 ICT 교육 지침을 논의하고 그 의의와 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Experience and education needs on medication and emergency situations for young children of child caregivers (보육교사의 영유아 대상 투약과 응급상황 경험 및 교육 요구)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate experience and education needs on medication and emergency situations for young children of child caregivers. The data from 190 caregivers were collected using open-ended questionnaires composed of four items and analysed by content analysis. The categories derived for each theme were as follows: experience of medication of six categories(no referral for medication, young children refused medication, inaccurate referral, a variety of medication, sick children but not having medication), education need of four categories(for child caregivers, for parents, for children, guideline required), experience of emergency situation of six categories(skin damage or bleeding, decreased consciousness due to seizures, high fever persisted, asphyxiation due to foreign body, dislocation or fracture, emergency not knowing how to cope), education need of emergency situation of five categories(contents, methods, cycle, necessity, institutionalization). It is required to improve more practically the education contents and methods related to medication and emergency situation of child caregivers.

실습선을 이용한 선박 조우상황 분석을 통한 실습교육자료 제안

  • 실습생 및 초급항해사에게 항해 중 가장 기본적으로 요구되는 충돌회피를 위한 선박조종 실습은 법적 책임 및 타 선박과의 불규칙한 조우로 인하여 직접적인 충돌회피 조종 실습이 곤란할 뿐만 아니라 타 선박과의 조우 상황 자체가 극히 제한되어 있는 실정이다. 이에 이 연구는 한국해양대학교 실습선 한나라호의 2007년 원양항해 중 타 선박과의 조우형태를 조사하여 해양계열 대학 실습생 및 초급 항해사에게 실제 해역에서 발생할 수 있는 조우상황별 위험도를 분석하여 이를 기초로 하여 충돌회피를 위한 효율적인 판단 능력 향상을 위한 기초 실습교육 자료를 개발하고자 한다. 그리고 추후에는 이러한 자료를 선박조종시뮬레이터에 적용하여 임의의 조우 상황하에서 안전한 선박조종이 가능하도록 교육 훈련함으로써 보다 효율적인 실습교육에 이바지 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • As ubiquitous computing is evolving, RFID/USN technology is largely applied to various fields. Although there has been much research on the improvement of educational environment using RFID/USN technology, there has been little research on the learning improvement using it. So, in this paper, we used RFID/USN technology to find out the location and situation of students for Chinese situation learning system. We developed a mobile RFID middleware for Chinese situation learning system reflecting Chinese characteristics compared with English on PDA. In USN environment, we designed a USN system, which gets the situation information through a sensor network with sensors and sends them for helping learners study in situation learning. We took a pilot test to a small group for the analysis of the system.

고등학교 이산수학의 의미와 교수-학습법

  • 제 7 차 수학과 교육 과정에서 이산수학이 수학과 선택과목으로 채택이 되었음에도 불구하고, 교사와 학생의 이산수학에 대한 인식이 부족하고 또한 교수-학습법에 대한 기준과 표본이 제시되어 있지 않은 상황에서 현재 고등학교에서 이산수학을 선택하는 학교와 학생의 수는 미미한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 이산수학 교육의 상황 개선을 위한 고등학교 이산수학의 본연의 의미와 제 7 차 수학과 교육 과정에서의 이산수학 교육의 취지 및 목표 등을 고려하여 교육학적으로 보다 의미 있고 효과적인 교수-학습법을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study of Pre-service Chemistry Teachers' Perceptions on NOS -Focusing on Boyle's Air Pump Experiment- (예비화학교사들의 과학의 본성에 대한 인식 연구 -보일의 공기 펌프 실험을 중심으로-)

  • In this study, we developed education materials using history of science related to the experiment of 'Boyle's air pump' and the Boyle and Hobbs' debate of vacuum to find out the perceptions of NOS by pre-service chemistry teachers. For the study, 29 pre-service chemistry teachers at a college of education in Chungcheongbuk-do were selected. As RFN items that were related to the contextual situation developed in this study, items in the categories of 'Aims and Values', 'Scientific practices', 'Scientific Methods among Educational Applications' and 'Social-Institutional Aspects among Educational Applications' were selected. Through the items of RFN, the perceptions of pre-service teachers in non-contextual situations were investigated. Then we presented the pre-service teachers with the situation related to Boyle's experiment on air pump and Boyle and Hobbes' debate over vacuum. In addition, their perception of NOS was examined in contextual situations related to RFN items. Responses to the items, experimental results related to Boyle's Law, group discussion, and interview data were collected as data. As a result of the study, it was found that pre-service teachers had informed perceptions in most of the items, but cases with naive views or mixed views were found in context experimental situations. This study can contribute to the NOS education for pre-service chemistry teachers by development of context situation education materials related to NOS and by finding out their perceptions in the non-contextual and contextual situation.

A Study on the Improvement of the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education through the Analysis of the Use of Online Tools in the School Libraries in the COVID-19 (코로나 상황의 학교도서관 온라인 도구 활용 분석을 통한 독서교육종합지원시스템 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the utilization status of the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education and other Online tools to draw implications for its improvement. The levels of utilization of the system before and after the COVID-19 were compared, in order to analyze the degree of support and the level of contribution of the system to school library education in the COVID-19 situation, where the online platform utilization has been maximized in elementary and secondary education. A questionnaire survey was conducted among teacher librarians to compare the perceptions of the overall online tools and the utilization of the system in the school library education before and after the COVID-19. Requirements for the better system primarily based on teacher librarians' opinions were analyzed. Based on these, it was possible to discover necessary implications for the improvement of the system in order for the system to function as an online platform for school libraries.

An Analysis of Inquiry Context Elements in the High School Science Textbooks (고등학교 과학 교과서의 탐구상황요소 분석)

  • The present study was carried out to analyse the frequency(%) for five kinds of inquiry context elements for six kinds of the high school science textbooks in the 7th curriculum. All the elements was classified into three process achievement level such as the basic, supplementary and further level introduced firstly in the 7th curriculum. Five elements of the inquiry context categories appeared as pure scientific context(61.8%), everyday context(22.2%), natural environmental context(7.7%), techno-industrial context(5.9%), and social context(2.4%) in the basic, supplementary and further level. Social context wasn't appeared in the supplementary level. In five elements of inquiry context, total elements appeared 7,139(85.5%) kfrequencies in the basic level and 691(8.1%) frequencies in the further level. However total elements appeared 529(6.4%) frequencies in the supplementary level. The kinds and frequencies of the elements for the inquiry context suggested in the basic level were more than those in the supplementary and in the further level. The social context was not appeared in the supplementary level. However five inquiry context elements were all appeared in the basic and further level.
