After the revision of the Urban Park Act in 2005, historical parks emerged in Korea to promote the preservation of historical heritage while also offering recreation and education to ordinary citizens. It is now time to examine the characteristics of domestic historical parks by examining their current operational conditions, and seek appropriate institutional improvements. By studying the characteristics of historical parks in various countries, as well as the trends in the designation and development of domestic historical parks, this study attempts to examine the function and role of historical parks, and seeks a direction for future action. Through its literature review, this study also examines the current state of historical parks through cooperation with relevant public officials and experts. The results of the study show that, despite historical resources being concentrated in sites dating to the Joseon Dynasty, they also include heritage pertaining to persons, events, and places. There is also a trend toward increasing the focus on modern heritage. Historical parks show differences across existing cities and new towns, as well as between major cities and provincial cities. Provincial cities showed a recent trend of using historical parks as important resources for strengthening their economics and solidifying their identities. Also, there are many cases where the designated category for a park is changed to a historical park. In such cases, there may be a problem where certain functions of the park run into conflict. Domestic historical parks can be divided into four categories: heritage parks, memorial parks, historical theme parks, and historic parks. Such detailed classification schemes may serve as the strategic foundation for later conservation and usage of historical heritage, as well as a standard for suggesting concrete direction in the operation of historical parks.
The forest area of domestic is 6370304 ha, which covers 70% of the whole country, and especially Gangwon-do is remarkably larger than other Province. A thick forest of the country has the most basic component among other natural environments as well as it has invaluable worth to human being such as scientific research and educational value. However due to the breakout of forest fire since 1990s, the loss of trees, destruction of natural environment and ecology, economic damage have been occurring and its scale also has become larger. The causes of becoming larger in scale are resulted from forest components which mainly consist of needle leaf trees, wide leaf trees, fallen leaves, herbaceous plants so that it has been a direct cause for forest fire. However, few research on combustion and pyrolysis characteristics has been done in domestic and abroad. The study on the combustion and pyrolysis for Pinus densiflora which are typical needle leaf trees has been tried using TGA. Pinus desiflora started to being ignited at around $162^{\circ}C$ and pyrolysis was done at around $197^{\circ}C$. Differential method was applied to calculate activation energy and frequency factor according to the variation of conversion. Activation energy in pyrolysis was increased from 79 kJ/mol to 487 kJ/mol with increasing conversion and average activation energy was 195 kJ/mol. The activation energy in combustion was decreased from 148 kJ/mol to 133 kJ/mol.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to suggest the effects of discussion activities based on education for sustainable development to children's natural environment and environment-friendly attitude. Methods: The subjects of the study were 39 children in H kindergarten located in G city, and the discussion activities for young children connected with sustainable development were conducted through 12 weeks. For the statistical analysis of the data collected, the t-test and the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were conducted using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: As a result, the experimental group children of which the discussion activities based on education for sustainable development for young children scored high in the sensibility of natural environment. And also, the experimental group children of which discussion activities based on education for sustainable development scored high in children's natural environment-friendly attitude. Conclusion/Implications: This suggests that the discussion activities based on education for sustainable development are needed to improve children's natural environment and environment-friendly attitude.

The purpose of this study was to develop and explore the effectiveness of a peer-leadership program on the recovery of people with mental illness. To develop the program, a literature review and an analysis of developed programs were performed.Brown's recovery framework was applied, including an understanding of mental illness, self-leadership, empowerment, and self-directed action plans. A program was developed (6 sessions over 3 days) including peer-led activities, disability awareness and perception, and recovery action plans. The program consisted of education, understanding, planning, and implementation. Its focus was on recovery-oriented activities for empowering people with mental illness. Twenty people with mental illness and using mental rehabilitation centers participated in the program. Four scales (i.e., stigma, empowerment, leadership, and disability awareness) were used for the pre-post analysis. The study results showed statistically significant differences in the participants' levels of stigma (p< .05), empowerment (p < .05), leadership (p< .01), and disability awareness (p< .05) after completing the program. These findings suggest that the peer-leadership program is a recovery program that includes increased understanding of mental illness, empowerment, and leadership capability. Discussions and suggestions were provided for a future study based on the results.
The development of digital technologies transforms the design targets, characteristics of the targets and the role of designers. The paper highlights the role of prototyping in the interactive digital product design process and presents the survey and analysis of prototyping tools that can be used by designers in designing such products. From the review of tools in design related fields. the classification framework for the tools were presented. The framework has the criteria of the fidelity of prototypes, the stage when the prototyping is used, and design targets. Based on the analysis, the implications for using the tools are suggested. They includes that prototyping is important in the concept stage for designers and different tools and methods are to be applied according to design targets and objectives. Prototyping tools need to support exploring design concepts without being constrained by implementation technologies The collaboration with other professionals can also help effective prototyping. Existing tools familiar to designers can be effective platforms for the new design problems. The results can be guidlines with which designers choose more appropriate prototyping tools when they face new design problems. It also make practical contribution in improving design efficiency and design education for interactive product design projects.
In Pingyu, China, 2003, murders caused by the game occurred. The perpetrator murdered 17 people under 20 years old by imitating the character of warrior of the game in the real world. This event was to draw the public's attention to a change of mentality and morality of the youth from the game. People have pointed to the problem of emotional design in the process of designing online games. Game designers have not considered making the game in the most ethical component. The moral element of the game design is a very important factor in forming the psychological changes and outlook on life and values of gamers. Therefore, to understand the rational moral standards is an important part of the online game design. This paper aims the design of a "moral system" role, contents and tasks settings and community game design elements of the game by using a systematic process of the moral element in online gaming. Hence the result is the formation of moral attitudes and values to the user of the online game allows the gamers to introduce a moral system in online games.
Students' perceived values of career play a core role in formation of their career motivation. In particular, science gifted students should build sound values of career in science and technology so that our society can retain the human resources for future science and technology. This study compared and analyzed the structure of science gifted and general middle school students' preferred job and values of career using semantic network analysis. Methodologically, we first collected science gifted and general middle school students' preferred careers and the reasons of the career choice using survey method. Then, we structuralize semantic networks of students' perceived values of their preferred careers using semantic network analysis. We identified the characters of networks that two different student groups showed based on the structure matrix indices of semantic network analysis. Findings revealed that science gifted students considered the creativeness as the most important value of career. Second, science gifted students considered more diverse values of career than general students. Third, science gifted students considered the self-realization such as displaying capability as a core value of career in STEM and medical science whereas general students considered the community service as a core value of the careers. This study identified the significant differences between science gifted and general middle school students' values of careers. The structures of students perceived values of careers can be used for teachers to counsel their students about students' future careers.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. As data of the same meaning are named particularly in each organizations, and that made to different data types, It is an issue to be difficult to achieve high level qualify, accuracy of integrated data in case of integration of distributed data like NTIS In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data qualify Improvement, and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.
This study is conducted to analyse the process and the pattern of motivation for musical expression in clinical music therapy for the adults in the mental health center. The participant were 8 adults purposive sampling who had more than one year music therapy experience in the mental health center and their age ranged from 27 to 53. A major category derived and analysed from the grounded theory method by Strauss and Corbin. The qualitative analysis indicated that motivation for musical expression in music therapy, which was the central phenomenon in this study, was determined by the music therapist and songs used in the sessions. The central phenomenon was caused by the therapist's friendly attitude, high musical capacity, the familarity of the selected songs and the significancy of the lyrics of selected songs. The levels of reliability about the therapist's personality and musical ability as a professional music therapist and the positive arousal of the songs used in sessions affected as the contextual condition. Spontaneous musical expression in music therapy brought the escape from reality, release of stress and sharing by the intervening condition 'empathy' and this resulted in mood regulation, the instillation of hope and group cohesion. It has been found that there were three types of motivation in music therapy: intrinsic motivation, relationship dependent extrinsic motivation and evasive motivation.
The purpose of this study is to find out how positive feedback affects job satisfaction and empirically validate, in the process, the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of LMX. For this study, data was gathered on 345 out of total 396 members of domestic organizations in various industries, on whom we conducted a survey, and we reviewed the validity of our survey by means of confirmatory factor analysis, performed based on SPSS 25.0 AMOS 25.0, and confirmed correlations, and mediating and moderating roles existing among variables using Process Macro 3.0. As a result, it was verified that organizational members' positive feedback positively affects their intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that organizational member's intrinsic motivation has a positive influence on job satisfaction and positive mediation effect exists between them. Also, LMX has a positive moderating role for positive feedback and intrinsic motivation, and organizational member's intrinsic motivation revealed that it has a LMX-moderated positive mediation effect on positive feedback and job satisfaction. The implications of these findings are first, positive feedback, an issue these days in corporate organizations, produces intrinsic motivation of organization members and raises their job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational members' intrinsic motivation is triggered by their leader's positive feedback when they are more in a good relationship. Lastly, given that job satisfaction of organizational members matters for organizational performance and human resource development, we can get a practical implication that we should nurture the capabilities of a leader through various education methods as we must provide an adequate positive feedback as one of the multiple ways that help improving the job satisfaction of organizational members.
