  • 목적: 이 연구는 2019학년도 역학조사관 입문교육 과정에 참여한 29명의 수습과정생에게 참여형 자기주도 학습 역학조사관 연수 프로그램(FETP)의 효과와 만족도 등 역량 변화를 분석해 그 결과를 향후 과정 개발의 참고 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 방법: 교육 프로그램의 만족도와 교육 후 모듈에 대한 역량 변화를 평가하는 연구가 수행되었다. 만족도와 역량의 차이 비교는 크루스칼 왈리스 검정(Kruskal-Wallis test)를 실시하였고, 역량의 차이는 윌콕슨 부호순위검정(Wilcoxon signed rank test)에 의해 이루어 졌다. 결과: 2019년 FETP에 참여한 역학조사관 중 여성은 48.3% 였으며, 40세 미만은 9.4% 였다. 역학조사관 입문교육과정 모듈(역학조사, 보건통계 및 정보통계, 감염병 국가 체계, 감염병 질환 감시 체계, 진단 및 실험실 검사, 생물 안전 및 관리, 주요 감염성질환 관리와 조사, 커뮤니케이션, 협동과 리더십, 일반과정)별 만족도는 실무적 도움, 전문성, 기능, 태도 등에서 4점(5점 만점)을 초과하였고, 전체 4.2±0.21(5점 만점)점으로 높은 수준이였다, 모듈의 교육훈련 전후 평균 점수는 2.25±0.91, 3.68±0.63점 등으로 유의한 향상이 있었으며, 모든 모듈 및 하위 주제들도 유의한 향상이 있었다(p<0.001). 그 중에서 현장역학조사 경험이 가장 높은 변화가 있었고, 표본 수집과 실무가 가장 낮은 역량 변화가 있었다. 결론: 2019년 진행된 입문교육 과정은 수료 후 학생들의 역량은 개선되었고, 만족도는 높은 편이었다. 참여형 자기주도학습의 촉진은 역량을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 보건 종사자들의 자신감을 높일 수 있었다.

The Effect of Virtual Reality Simulation Education on Nursing Process Competency (가상현실 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호과정 수행능력에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was performed to identify the difference in nursing process competency, critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy after applying virtual reality simulation education. The data were collected from 31 nursing college students using URL from February to April 2021 and analyzed SPSS 22.0. The pretest and posttest result of each group showed statistically significant improvements in nursing process competency(t=-3.776, p=.001), critical thinking disposition(t=-3.608, p=.001) and self-efficacy(t=-3.580, p=.001). As a result of this study, it was found that virtual reality simulation education improve nursing process competency, critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy of nursing students. Therefore, virtual reality simulation education will be the basis for preparing effective clinical practice education strategies for nursing students. It is suggested to have follow-up studies on virtual reality simulation education and various scenarios should be developed.

An Analysis of Satisfaction on the Essential Curriculum: Focusing on J University Case (교양필수 교과목에 대한 만족도 분석: J대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we examined the satisfaction level of J university's compulsory liberal arts subject with quantitative research. The results quantitative research are as follows. First, men are more interested in creative thinking, college life guidance and career path design than girls. Second, the level of satisfaction with the required liberal arts subject by grade was found to be without a statistical significant difference. Third, the satisfaction level of each line of learning was shown in the order of natural engineering, health and welfare, physical fitness, and humanities. The satisfaction level of the lines of learning was found to vary. Fourth, The satisfaction level of each campus was found to vary. The results of this study could be used as basic data to improve the college liberal arts curriculum, especially the compulsory liberal arts curriculum.   • This study aims to find the elementary mathematics teachers' satisfaction, availability, and needs, based on the mathematics teaching models in current mathematics curriculum. The satisfaction on current mathematics teaching models is about 80%, but the frequency of usage of the models is a bit low because the models are used once a unit or a semester. Among other subjects, the teachers prefer the teaching models of social studies or science, because the models are convenient in applying models to their teaching. We proposed a few ideas to enhance the availability of mathematics teaching models including the consideration on a variety of content areas of mathematics, students' differences of their mathematics levels, and the teaching and learning methods in mathematics curriculum.

  • This study was set up hypotheses and conduct surveys target major in security students that the higher satisfaction with the curriculum and major selection will be higher satisfaction for the job selection and employment after graduation. Test results Chronbach's Alpha coefficients 0.833 have been calculated as ensuring internal consistency and simple regression analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of each item is presented to 0.811 showed a very high correlation. Therefore, the higher the satisfaction with the major selection and curriculum were analyzed by the higher satisfaction with the job choices and employment after graduation. The university seems to need effective training courses to give students an increasing satisfaction with the majors. To increase the level of theoretical and practical training is required to the active support and attention of Industrial School Institute. In order to increase the satisfaction of employees and future development security, the need for effective education in universities is raised.

청소년 기업가 정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신 교육만족도의 조절 효과 분석을 중심으로

  • 청소년 기업가정신에 관한 관심과 기업가정신 교육의 필요성이 중요시됨에 따라 초·중·고등학교 교육과정부터 체계적인 기업가 정신 교육이 강조되고 있으며, 이와 관련한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 기업가정신, 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 기업가 정신교육의 만족도가 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 성별과 부모 창업의 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소 '진취성', '위험 감수성', '혁신성'과 긍정심리자본의 '희망', '자기효능감', '회복 탄력성', '낙관주의'를 독립변수로 하였는데, 기업가정신 교육 프로그램에 참여한 청소년(중학생) 총 204명의 응답을 회수 후 실증분석을 시도 했다. 또한 기업가정신 교육의 만족도를 조절변수로 하는 연구 모형을 상정하였는데, 이는 기업가정신 및 긍정심리자본과 창업 의지의 관계에서 기업가정신 교육의 만족도가 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 청소년의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

Important-satisfaction analysis for improving satisfaction in natural heritage docent training programs (자연유산 해설사 양성 교육프로그램의 중요도 -만족도 분석 및 제고 방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to reduce the drop out rates and enhance the quality of docent training education program in the Nature Heritage Center by providing educational services appropriate to the docents' needs based on the docents satisfaction survey. In this research, we conducted the survey to analyze the importance-satisfaction of natural heritage docent satisfaction in natural heritage docent training programs. The subjects of this survey were 30 docent in Natural Heritage Center. To develop a questionnaire, a factor analysis was conducted, as a result, 6 factors and 22 questions were presented. They are 'curriculum and instruction', 'advice for docent', 'educational environments', 'administrative services', 'support for docents', 'docent life'. The results of t-test, there was a significant difference between importance and satisfaction of the every 22 questions, the mean score of satisfaction(M=3.87, SD=.08) was lower than that of importance(M=4.10, SD=.20). According to ISA, the items located in "concentrate here" were deduced. They are 3 items from administrative services, device for docent, curriculum and instructions. To put in concretely, They were 'lecture content(subject)', 'teaching method', 'service attitude of personnel', 'interest in a docent' Based on these results and descriptive responses from the docents, the strategies for docent satisfaction in natural heritage docents training programs were suggested.

Exploring Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Education and Training for Consortium for HRD Ability Magnified Program (국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색)

  • The consortium for the HRD ability magnified program is part of the joint training program for SMEs in the strategic field and supports the infrastructure, training, personnel, and general operation expenses required for the joint training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the education and training program, as perceived by the participants of the Consortium for the HRD Ability Magnified Program. The results of this study are as follows. Gender, trainer satisfaction, educational facilities and service satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. The impact on education and training satisfaction of gender, instructor satisfaction, educational (facilities) and service satisfaction was high and in that order. It was found that the male participants have a more positive effect on satisfaction of education and training than the female participants. Age, job group, and job title did not have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. The capacity of the trainers should be strengthened. It is important to provide facilities that enable trainees to participate effectively in education and training and increase the transfer of education and training to the field. It is necessary to design and implement a curriculum that takes into consideration the female trainees' characteristics and situations. More effort is needed to improve the appropriateness of the education and training contents, education and training time, job relevance, and job contribution.

  • Recently many higher education institutes in Korea try to improve the education excellence, because there are some criticisms on the readiness of graduates for the needs of companies. We study the relationship between the satisfaction of college life and their academic achievements for freshmen during last 5 years at a certain university (so-called H University). In this paper, we study some requirements for freshmen to meet their needs to upgrade their capability throughout both curricular and extra-curricula activity and also study to improve their satisfaction of college life. We also propose some curricular and extra-curricula activity for freshmen to meet the their needs for the excellent academic achievement and to have satisfactory college life.
