A Study on the development of elementary school SW·AI educational contents linked to the curriculum(camp type) (교육과정과 연계된 초등학교 캠프형 SW·AI교육 콘텐츠 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Rapid changes in modern society after the COVID-19 have highlighted artificial intelligence talent as a major influencing factor in determining national competitiveness. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education planned a large-scale SW·AI camp education project to develop the digital capabilities of 4th to 6th grade elementary school students and middle and high school students who are in a vacuum in artificial intelligence education. Therefore, this study aims to develop a camp-type SW·AI education program for students in grades 4-6 of elementary school so that students in grades 4-6 of elementary school can acquire basic knowledge in artificial intelligence. For this, the meaning of SW·AI education in elementary school is defined and SW·AI contents to be dealt with in elementary school are: understanding of SW AI, 'principle and application of SW AI', and 'social impact of SW AI' was set. In addition, an attempt was made to link the set elements of elementary school SW AI education and learning with related subjects and units of textbooks currently used in elementary schools. As for the program used for education, entry, a software coding learning tool based on block coding, is designed to strengthen software programming basic competency, and all programs are designed to be operated centered on experience and experience-oriented participants in consideration of the developmental characteristics of elementary school students. In order for SW·AI education to be organized and operated as a member of the regular curriculum, it is suggested that research based on the analysis of regular curriculum contents and in-depth analysis of SW·AI education contents is necessary.

스마트 메카트로닉스 창조인력양성 사업단 - 창원대학교 지방대학 특성화 사업

  • 창원대학교 스마트융합 메카트로닉스 인력양성 사업단의 교육 목표는 1) 창조적 교육과정을 통한 지역거점 특성화, 2) 세계적인 수준의 경쟁력을 갖춘 기술 인력 양성, 3) 분석력, 창의력, 적응력 및 설계능력을 갖춘 능동적 기술인력 양성, 4) 시대의 환경변화를 선도하는 진취적 기술인력 양성, 5) 인재공급 및 취업률향상으로 정하였다. 이를 달성하기 위한 교육전략은 1) Major전문성(메카트로닉스심화, 공통실험교육 강화), 2) Global국제적감각(팀기반능력, 근접학문이해능력), 3) Creative지속성장 (Capstone Design, 현장적응교육)으로 정하였다. 따라서 메카트로닉스공통융합심화트랙 교육과정으로 기계, 전기전자제어, 신소재분야의 공통트랙으로 이론 30학점, 실험 6학점(16과목, 36학점)을 신설하여 운영하였다. 수강지도를 통한 교차이수권장 학생들의 자율선택기반을 조성하고, 현장적응교육, 캡스톤 디자인 2과목 7학점을 수강하도록 하였다. 학생의 본인주도 학습권을 인정하여 2학년 진학 시 학생본인직접 100% 자기 전공 선택 기회 제공하는 구조조정을 실하고, 타 전공 관련정보 상호교류, 학문간 통합교육, 조직의 유연성확보가 가능하도록 하였다. 교과목(정규/비정규)개편을 통해 개선된 현장 실무 형 내실화 교육의 실시하여 취업률을 향상시켰다. 따라서 창원대학교 신소재공학부는 기계, 전기전자에 관련된 기본소양을 의무적으로 학습하기 때문에 메카트로닉스 분야에서 필요한 신소재공학도를 육성하는 기반을 마련하였다.

  • 웹 2.0을 적용한 블로그, 위젯, RSS 등의 여러 가지 기술들의 발전은 계속적으로 변화하는 교육에 필요한 다양한 툴을 제공해 주고 있다. 현재의 초등학교 교육은 단순히 지식을 전달하고 그것을 학습하는 과정뿐만 아니라 교수자와 학습자, 학습자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 통한 교수.학습과정이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 교육은 교수자와 학습자 모두가 참여하는 형태로 발전하게 될 것임에 분명하다. 그러나 이러한 상호작용에만 국한될 경우 학습자들이 기본적으로 알아야 할 핵심지식에 대한 교육이 소홀해 질 수 있다. 따라서, 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이루어 질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 학습 환경이 필요함과 동시에, 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 툴이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 2.0의 여러 가지 기술들을 통해 교수자와 학습자가 원활한 상호작용을 이룰 수 있는 환경에 대한 분석을 통하여 핵심지식의 전달이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있는 교육용 위젯을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육용 위젯을 활용한다면 교수자와 학습자의 상호작용을 통한 교육에서 다루지 못하는 부분의 핵심지식 교육을 보충함으로써 학습자들의 핵심지식의 습득 및 학습효과를 증진시키는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

High School Teachers' Opinions on Mathematics Section in 2017 College Scholastic Ability Test Applied 2009 Revised Mathematics Curriculum (개정 교육과정이 적용되는 2017학년도 수능 수학 영역에 대한 의견 조사)

  • According to changes of college admission policies and the first application for 2009 revised mathematics curriculum, we should redefine characterization of mathematics section in 2017 College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT) and prepare a plan on details of making questions related to it. Specially, we need to reflect the voices of the school site in order to determine the method of making CSAT questions which is consistent with the intent of it and contributes to the normal operation of high school curriculum. In this study, we polled out 312 schools among 2,338 high schools nationwide and math teachers of the schools were been chosen were surveyed. The sampling method used a proportionate stratified sampling by the department of education. Analyzing the results of the survey, We redefined characterizations and roles of mathematics section in 2017 CSAT and suggested the details including questions distribution according to optional object of 2017 CSAT mathematics section.

  • There have been several studies regarding strict and formal proof in the field of geometry in middle school curriculum, and the level of proof has been gradually lowered along with the changes in the curriculum. In the 2011 Revised Middle School Math Curriculum, there have been efforts to eliminate the term 'proof' and instead to replace it with the new one, 'justification'. Therefore, this study intends to present specific and practical examples of justification by analyzing the current math textbook especially in the field of geometry. As a result, it identified that strict and practical proof has been sharply increased in the second year of middle school. It also witnessed the possibility of justification from the various examples presented in the first, second, and the third year of the middle school math textbook.

  • In a long history of geography, a variety of regional concepts have been suggested to represent the particular situations in each period. Today, post-modem situations, characterized by the development of capitalism and globalization, demand a new variety of regional concepts. The regional characteristics, such as social relations, institutional systems, ideologies and symbolism, are now perceived basically on the level of subjectivity. Currently, it is the most urgent task to integrate many conflicting opinions among a variety of subjects into the one that would seek a voluntary consent from the majority of regional residents. In this paper, it is suggested that the concept of identity is the most efficient in examining and explaining the post-modem trend of a region: variability, subjectivity, mobility, changeability, Finally, it is suggested that a special attention should be paid to the role of institutions, that is institutionalization, in the construction of regional identity, to understand and interpret the cultural-historical aspect of a regional change.

Impact of Programming Learning on Elementary Students' Sociality (프로그래밍 학습이 초등생의 사회성에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 논문에서는 과학영재교육원 초등심화 수학 정보 과정의 30명을 대상으로 프로그래밍 학습을 수행한 후 사회성의 변화를 분석하였다. 수업에서는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어인 스크래치의 리믹스 기능을 활용하였으며, 협동학습이 가능하도록 동료 학습자의 프로젝트를 수정 보완하도록 하고 최종적으로 팀 단위의 결과물을 도출하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 스크래치의 리믹스 기능을 활용한 프로그래밍 학습이 사회성 향상에 통계적으로 유의미하며, 사회성 구성 요소인 사교성, 자주성, 협동심에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 평생학습사회를 지향하는 교육정책이 고등교육의 변화를 강하게 요구하고 있다. 그 중심에 국가직무능력표준이 있으며, 교육과 산업현장에 필요한 역량을 체계적으로 개발하기 위한 노력이 다양하게 일어나고 있다. 본 논문은 NCS의 연구가 교육과정개발 사례에 초점을 두고 있는 한계점을 지적하며, 지속가능한 NCS의 운영을 위해 필요한 역량을 전문가인 교수자에 두고 논의한다. 이를 위해 교수자의 역할과 역량을 분석하고, 효율적인 직무역량을 갖추기 위해 필요한 자질을 인적자원개발(HRD)관점으로 제시하고자 한다.

Development of Interactions between Higher Education Institutions and Companies in the U.S. (미국 대학과 기업간 연계의 발전 과정)

  • Knowledge has become a primary source of competitiveness, and knowledge workers, people whose jobs require formal and advanced schooling, are one of the fastest growing groups in workforce. With the rise of a knowledge-based economy, higher education has been increasingly emphasized in economic development. Colleges and universities have recently added translation of research into products and new enterprises to their educational functions while companies have increased their external links to keep pace with rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environments. These changes have strengthened the role of colleges and universities in industrial innovation which is a key to economic development. This research reviews characteristics of U.S. higher education and development of interactions between higher education institutions and companies in the U.S. The case of IT industries, where U.S. has a competitive edge, provides specific examples and implications. Four major routes of interactions between higher education institutions and companies are suggested to provide a research framework for future studies in this area.

  • In order to save lives by recognizing the deteriorating changes of the patients, patient's assessment and reporting should be foundation, but this task is mainly delegated to nursing students or inexperienced nurses. A whisper game is a game in which the first person whisper selects a word, phrase or sentence and delivers it to the team member and finally confirms how many original message have changed during the transmit process. The purpose of this study was to develop a whisper game program to transmit the information of the children included in the DVD using in the pediatric advanced life support process. After four times of games, the experiences of 31 nursing students in the fourth grade were explored by analyzing the reflective journal. The results of the study showed three themes: learning motivation, metacognitive ability, and situated contextual learning. Repeated practice through a whisper game is expected to be widely used because it has been identified as a fresh and interesting learning method that enables nursing students to metacognize the process of assessing patients and conveying information in the contextual situation.
