This study searched for the possibility of tangram activities through modifying the tasks of elementary school mathematics textbooks into content based open tasks. As a result of analyzing previous researches, it was confirmed the educational effect of the mathematical tasks transformation and the educational value of tangram activities. The analysis of the textbooks revealed that the tangram activities presented in the textbooks are likely to be at the level of play. It was tried to modify 2015 revised curriculum textbook-tasks into content based open tasks. Based on this study, it could be expected advantages of task modification such as improvement of teachers' expertise and expectation of diverse reactions of students.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a general-purpose evaluation tool and to analyze their applicability in problem solving programming education for college students of teacher training college. For this purpose, we have redefined the area of computational thinking and detail elements from the viewpoint of problem solving programming, and developed general-purpose computational thinking scale to evaluate them. The reliability and validity were analyzed by applying the evaluation tool developed for the actual college students of teacher training college. Through this study, it was confirmed that the a general-purpose evaluation tool developed in this study can be used as a tool to computational thinking assessment and can be generalized.

Sustainable development has been recognized as one of the most important issues in economic growth since quantitative growth reached its limit. It is claimed that a non-economic value such as human right, education, welfare, and health is a vital factor for sustainable development. Most of all, education is considered to be the most important key to build up sustainable society. E-learning could make it easier for all to spread equal education out. This paper suggests a model for cyber universities which can explain how much cyber universities contribute to improve the sustainable development and what social responsibilities cyber university can carry out as lifelong education institutes. Cyber universities in Korea seem to aim quasipublic, openness, and integration to solve the educational issues we face and uncover their growth potential. Cyber universities will contribute to build sustainable society through giving a huge education opportunities for all based on boosting liberal art education, mass-education, globalization, and commercialization.

The study aims to explore the possible link between lifelong education and local education·training projects to enhance vocational skills. To this end, we first looked at vocational training in lifelong educational institutions. We looked at the areas of lifelong education presented by the Lifelong Education Act and the status of job improvement in them, as well as the actual number of learners across the country. Next, we looked at local education training projects. In this case, We investigated the significance and type of education·training projects, and identified the number of programs and the number of learners. Looking at them, we looked for five possibilities the possible link of between vocational abilities and educational·training projects. The five were to strengthen employment related lifelong learning of the economically inactive population, to strengthen lifelong education related to the underprivileged people, to enhance vocational skills for lifelong education centered on the employed, to utilize lifelong education institutions and universities in the region, and to strengthen the role of local governments to guide local job demands and suppliers.

실시간 시뮬레이션이란 시뮬레이션 모델의 시간 진행을 실시간에 기반하여 수행하는 시뮬레이션을 말한다. 이러한 시뮬레이션은 가상 운전 교육 프로그램 또는 컴퓨터를 이용한 컨트롤 시스템의 검증 등에 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 DEVS 형식론［Zei84］을 확장한 RT-DEVS 모델의 실시간 시뮬레이션에서 주어진 모델의 스케줄링 가능성에 대한 분석 기법을 다룬다. 제한된 시스템 리소스 상에서 여러 개의 모델을 실시간에 기반하여 시뮬레이션하려면 스케줄링이 필요하다. 실시간 스케줄링 가능성을 분석하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 모델에 제한점이 주어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제한점을 알아보고 이를 만족하는 시뮬레이션 모델의 상태 궤적 그래프의 합성을 통하여 전체 시뮬레이션 시스템의 스케줄링 가능성을 알아보는 기법을 제안한다.

Today's society is against the backdrop of rapid development and rapid change. As an important social entity, universities are inevitable to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to meet changes in society. International exchange and cooperation will be one of the five new professions of universities following talent training, scientific research, community service, cultural transmission and innovation. The study explores various aspects of Qingdao University's international exchange and cooperation status, including organizational operations, international projects, international academic exchanges, and international cooperation schools, and presents problems and implications. To better achieve international exchange and cooperation of universities in the future, we would like to provide a useful reference. The focus is on enriching vocational theory of higher education and further supplementing related theoretical systems such as international exchange and cooperation and internationalization of higher education.
