The purpose of this study is proposing implications toward liberal arts Informatics education at universities in Korea by analyzing Japan's liberal arts Informatics curriculum standards. For this aim, the changes of the two standards have been compared focusing on a variety of researches related to J07-GE and J17-GE. In order to examine the scope and degree of Informatics knowledge reflecting J17-GE, which is a revised version, the analysis has been conducted through the relationship between curriculum standards regarding CS. As a result of the analysis, it has been identified that principles and knowledge of informatics can nurture competency of university students as universal liberal arts through J07-GE and J17-GE based on Computational thinking viewpoint and Japanese Informatics studies definition. Thus, when it comes to developing curriculum, discussion of not only knowledge system but also number of classes and methods have to be taken into account. This study is meaningful in the sense that it proposed directions for advancing university liberal arts Informatics education and developing liberal arts Informatics curriculum standards.

In the capital market, there has been a need to improve the level of financial literacy in order to make the right economic decision, and to increase the responsiveness of advanced countries to financial problems and to be more responsive to the economic environment. In this study, we analyzed whether the liberal accounting education implemented with the goal of improving the level of financial literacy of students in K University was effective. The effects of financial literacy level were analyzed after conducting tests for each phase after opening an liberal accounting. The analysis showed that students' level of financial literacy increased after the education of liberal accounting. These results indicate that the education of liberal accounting is more effective for improving financial literacy and show that liberal accounting are useful in the preparation of financial literacy programs in each university.

The purpose of this study was to examine how flipped learning strategy affects learners' self-regulating ability in both general English and Spanish, based on the study hypothesis that self-regulating learning ability of general English learners will make a meaningful difference in comparison to that of traditional learning. The study was also focused on how flipped learning was related to learners' self-regulating ability. From September 10, 2018 to December 10, 2018, a total of 81 students in general English and Spanish were surveyed in which three sub areas of self-regulating learning (cognitive, motivational, and behavioral control) were considered, and which were divided into six sub-domains, a total of 65 items were composed. Although not very significant results were shown in the case of motivational control, both English and Spanish classes have statistically significant differences in cognitive and behavioral self-regulating learning abilities.

According to the KEC 2005 accreditation criteria, enough major courses in addition to mathematics, basic science, computer science, cultural studies are required to fulfill the program's goal. So it is hoped that students have to take mandatory major courses as well cultural studies. In this paper we considered the necessity of General Education Curriculum for Engineering Education by analyzing the several university's accreditation programs and suggested the desirable modeling of the General Education Curriculum.

This paper proposes a video model for the implementation of the cultural video database system. We have utilized an efficient scene change detection method that segments cultural video into semantic units for efficient indexing and retrieval of video. Since video has a large volume and needs to be played for a longer time, it implies difficulty of viewing the entire video. To solve this Problem. the cultural video abstraction was made to save the time and widen the choices of video the video abstract is the summarization of scenes, which includes important events produced by setting up the abstraction rule.

This study made of centrally actual application in general arts classes based on movie in university. Especially, I analyzed the activities of the class with 'Untouchable: 1% friendship' among 6 films. The objects of this study are 44 students of D university in Busan Metropolitan City who take 'creative fusion from movie' general arts class which opened first semester in 2016. In this study, students were able to watch movies through the creative class, which was out of the traditional classroom method, and after 15 hours of learning the quiz online, they conducted 15 weeks as a teaching method to perform tasks, presentations, experiments, and experiences in regular class time. The results of this study are as follows. 'It is a general arts class that makes movements live,' 'It is a general arts class that shows movies from various perspectives,' and 'It is a general arts class that makes me know.' This suggests that the educational medium, which is easily accessible in everyday life, and the general arts class, which is active in the space outside the framework, are perceived as stimulating curiosity and adding fun to college students.

Purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship between Cultural physical Education's Enjoyment Factor and Happiness, social physique anxiety via structural equation model. For the research object of this study 380 students, taking a cultural physical education class in Kyungki-Incheon district, have been selected. Statistics processing was carried out through PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The following results were obtained by analysis of frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis to serve it's purpose. First, perceived enjoyment factor of cultural physical education student had positive(+) correlation with happiness. Sencond, perceived happiness of cultural physical education student had negative(-) correlation with social physique anxiety. Third, cultural physical education student's happiness has mediating effects as a buffer between class enjoyment factor and social physique anxiety.

In this study, we examined the satisfaction level of J university's compulsory liberal arts subject with quantitative research. The results quantitative research are as follows. First, men are more interested in creative thinking, college life guidance and career path design than girls. Second, the level of satisfaction with the required liberal arts subject by grade was found to be without a statistical significant difference. Third, the satisfaction level of each line of learning was shown in the order of natural engineering, health and welfare, physical fitness, and humanities. The satisfaction level of the lines of learning was found to vary. Fourth, The satisfaction level of each campus was found to vary. The results of this study could be used as basic data to improve the college liberal arts curriculum, especially the compulsory liberal arts curriculum. This study aims to systemize the developement of the domestic girder bridges, and to contribute to the future construction of our own bridges. Bridges are analyzed by grouping them in terms of construction time and structural component. The bridges, which were constructed during the first era of Goryeo-dynasty, have no distinction between main beams and stone deck. Form the latter era of Goryeo-dynasty, the structure of the bridges began to seperate into main beams and stone deck in order to enlarge the width and span length. The bridges, which were constructed during the Chosun-dynasty, were constructed using modulized material, and are considered to be built by structural design concept. Their construction materials became larger due to the development of transportation method. The superstructure of the old Korean bridges became more complicated in contrast to simplification of the substructures.
