With the advancement of digital technology, a variety of digital materials are being utilized in education. For their appropriate use of digital resources, teachers need to be able to evaluate the quality of digital resource and determine the suitability for teaching. This study explored how preservice teachers evaluate TocToc-Math, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based math support system. Based on an evaluation framework developed through prior research, preservice teachers evaluated TocToc-Math with evidence-based criteria, including content quality, pedagogy, technology use, and mathematics curriculum alignment. The findings shows that preservice teachers positively evaluated TocToc-Math overall. The evaluation tendencies of preservice teachers were classified into three groups, and the specific characteristics of each factor differed depending on the group. Based on the research results, we suggest implications for improving preservice teachers' evaluation abilities regarding the use of digital technology and AI in mathematics education.

최근 교사들의 잇단 극단적 선택으로 학교의 변화와 상황에 대한 문제의식이 사회적으로 날로 높아지고 있다. 교직에 대한 선호도가 급격히 떨어지고 교직 이직 비율도 빠르게 높아지고 있어 교육의 질을 걱정하기에 이르렀다. 드러난 문제가 원인의 하나일 수 있으나 많은 연구에서 교사들의 직무스트레스가 심각한 수준임을 밝히고 있고, 학교교육 현장에는 교사들이 조직에 몰입하기 어려운 다양한 문제들이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 그럼에도 교육현장에서는 학생, 교사들이 함께 성장할 수 있고 모두가 만족하는 교육 활동을 실현시키고 변화와 혁신을 통해 교육역량을 높이고자 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고 두 변인 즉 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사 직무스트레스 실태를 종합적으로 파악하고자 관계 요인, 업무요인, 정책 요인으로 나누어 분석(김종민 외, 2018. 경기도교육연구원)하고 특히 스트레스 요인 중 가장 비중 있는 감정 노동 부분은 분리하여 더 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도, 경기도, 서울, 전라남도 소재 초등학교교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 변인들의 기술통계치를 산출하고자 한다. 초등교사의 인구통계학적 변인간에 유의한 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한다. 그리고 연구에 포함된 변인들간의 상관계수를 산출하고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따른 3단계 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 적용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하고자한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual states of the elementary school and the middle school mathematics education as a curriculum quality-management. To this end, this study surveyed the input, process and output phase in the school curriculum to the teachers, students and parents. The results are like these: First, the achievement standards contents in the elementary school and the middle schools are relevant in the input phase. Second, the teachers in the elementary school have more concern on the teaching & learning methods than those in the middle school in the process phase. Third, students and parents' satisfaction on the cognitive and affective domain in the elementary school is higher than that in the middle school in the output phase. This study suggests that these result has to be affected to make ways to apply the new curriculum, and the curriculum revision system has to be established to revise the curriculum as an important method of quality management.

학급은 학생들이 주로 생활하는 곳이다. 이 곳에서의 경험은 삶의 질과 직접적으로 연관된다고 할 수 있다. 또한 학생들의 학업성취와 인격형성은 학급교사의 경영 방식에 따라 크게 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학생의 사회성 발달에 영향을 미치는 교사의 학급경영에 도움을 주고자 항상 휴대가 가능한 PDA 의 장점을 이용하여 임베디드 리눅스를 이용한 학급경영 시스템을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest methods to apply generalizability theory to mathematics teacher evaluation using classroom observations in Korea by analysing mathematics teachers in the U.S. using the instructional quality of assessment instrument as an illustrative example. The subjects were 96 teachers participating in Year 3 and Year 4 from the Middle-school Mathematics and the Institutional Setting of Teaching (MIST) project funded by the National Science Foundation since 2007. The MIST project investigates the following question: What does it takes to support mathematics teachers' development of ambitious and equitable instructional practices on a large scale (MIST, 2007). This study examined data based on both the univariate generalizability analysis using GENOVA program and the multivariate generalizability analysis using mGENOVA program. Specifically, this study determined the relative effects of each error source and investigated optimal measuring conditions to obtain the suitable generalizability coefficients. The methodology applied in this study can be utilized to find effective optimal measurement conditions for the mathematics teacher evaluation for professional development in Korea. Finally, this study discussed limitations of the results and suggested directions for future research.

The study is conducted as basic research to verify professional expertise and abilities of native English teachers who are teaching in Korea in objective and scientific ways. It aims to introduce a qualification certificate system which seeks to measure qualification by abilities, and to boost professionalism and morale, and finally, contributes to reinforcement of public English education in Korea. Therefore, this basic study is on the 'Practical use of native English teachers and general analysis.' The study seeks to evaluate the management system of English native teachers and find ways to improve it. Also, it is expected that this research would practically contribute to the development of Korean English education.

The purpose of this study is to examined the relationship between child care teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude. Then, using the instructional creativity as a parameter to increase the quality of teacher-children interaction, we examined how the teacher-children relationship changed. In this study, 303 child care center teachers in Suwon, Gyeeonggi were surveyed. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and Sobel-test were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis results showed that child care center teachers' science teaching efficacy had positive effects on the teachers' creativity and the children's scientific attitude. Furthermore, the creativity of child care center teachers had a positive effect on children's scientific attitude. The result of the Sobel-test revealed that child care center teachers's creativity played a mediating role between teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude and acted as a key variable in promoting children's scientific attitude. In conclusion, it has been identified that the creativity of the infant teacher's teaching is an important change that has a positive effect on the child's scientific attitude. Therefore, if education is provided to enhance the creativity of the professor when the infant teacher is working as a science professor at the same time, it can contribute to the quality of the child's scientific attitude.

Teacher noticing ability has been considered as one of important elements influencing a quality of teaching. Noticing is closely related to teachers' in the moment decision making in a class, and teachers notice things as they create and interact with their classroom setting. Mathematics teachers as an expert should notice students' mathematics learning during a class. The aim of this study was to analyze how mathematics teacher's pre-noticing activity that the teacher anticipated students' typical strategies and difficulties in learning targeted mathematics knowledge and prepared appropriate responses worked in practice. As a result, the teacher conducted three types of noticing in her classes: noticing shaping students' understanding by using students' misconceptions or errors; noticing creating students' learning opportunities based on their prior knowledge; noticing improving students' informal reasoning. This study concluded with discussion about the positive effect of teacher's pre-noticing activity on her actual noticing in practice, as well as implications for teacher education.

This study is to establish the items on instructional evaluation based on the teacher's practical knowledge in mathematics educations. Namely, this study deals with the items on how pre-service or in-service teachers reflect and revise their own or peer's class. To accomplish this, first of all the items on instructional evaluation was developed by researchers of this study on the basis of the results of two previous study. One is the literature of Elbaz(1981) and the other is the literature of Hwang(2013). Elbaz(1981) defined the definition of practical knowledge and five sub-domains of the practical knowledge. On the other hand, Hwang(2013) defined the teacher knowledge in mathematics education and four sub-domains of the teacher knowledge. According to these four domains, Hwang(2013) developed the items on the instructional evaluation in mathematics class. From now on, based on these two study, this study was to develop the items on the instructional evaluation involving the practical knowledge. Futhermore, the final and ideal items on the instruction would be established through the reflection and comments of professionals such as mathematics teachers, professors, and researchers.

The quality of education is determined by the quality of teachers, and in particular the competence of principals is important for the desirable flow of schooling. The Principal employment system was adopted as one of the educational reforms introduced by the government. However, even though it has been 10 years since the enactment of PES, the perception of that has been low. To solve this, first, government should be more active in promoting publicity for the principal. Second, the elected principal should not be concentrated only in small areas, but should spread to urban areas. Finally, principals must increase the rate at which practitioners are able to contribute substantially to public subscriptions.
