With the increase of double-income families, parents are not free in terms of time and space in communicating with teachers. Also for teachers, with many students and heavy load of work, communication with parents has been poor. As a means for overcoming this kind of situation, this research examined the current status of communication between teachers and parents using SMS and problems to solve. The investigation of the actual conditions of SMS use showed that there was a high number of answers pointing out that SMS is needed for the exchange of information regarding children and educational activities, and teachers pointed out that the communication was effective for exchanging educational information regarding children whereas parents pointed out that it was effective in improving the children's attitudes. Based on the results of the analysis, the following was found as tasks to be solved: preparing a plan for revitalizing SMS use, solving the burden that parents have in communicating with teachers, becoming more friendly with teachers, investigation of the reason why there is no response regarding SMS and preparing countermeasures, providing information appropriate to what parents want, increasing the reply rate of parents, expansion of text capacity, and trouble with getting online with a computer.

In this research, we are looking for new ways to parents' participation in the school education through the educational information. The qualitative research about this research is not at all state. We use the method of study based on the grounded theory. The case analysis object is a outstanding school of the educational information in 2007, ten excellent schools of the cyber home service, two research schools 2 and two schools of research for NEIS. The parents make the learning check on situation of the students and communicate with school through the cyber home learning service and NIES. Also, It is bringing parents around the school closer through the SMS service and is communication path out of time and space. We make the things that make communications work through it. We know it is building trust with the parent and school.

To date, the study of students with multicultural disabilities has been limited to language problems. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of communication between parents and professionals on the IEP and teaching strategies of students in multicultural special education in the United States. From 2015 to 2016, structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 21 based on data from 406 elementary, middle, and high school teachers who has experiencing of multicultural disabilities. The correlation coefficients between IEP and the variables affecting instructional strategies were significantly high between -044 and .489 as a whole. Especially, teaching strategy and communication with parents were relatively more effective than professional communication high correlation. In addition, with regard to the impact on IEP and teaching strategies, parental communication has been found to be closely related to IEP and teaching strategies. However, communication with professionals has a direct effect on teaching strategies. There was no significant correlation between parent and professional communication. The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of communication with parents of multicultural disabled students and their interest and opinions on children positively to IEP and teaching strategies so that teachers can communicate continuously.

효과적인 학급경영의 구상과 전개는 기본적으로 그 바탕에 학부모와 학생에 대한 이해를 필요로 한다. 따라서 교육의 주체인 교사와 학생 그리고 학부모는 성공적인 학급운영을 위해 원활한 의사소통이 이루어져 한다. 그리하여 학급운영과정에 학생과 학부모의 의견을 최대한 수렴하여 반영해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점점 더 다양해지고 빠르게 변화하는 학생과 학부모의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 대안적 방안의 하나로 온라인 설문조사를 통한 학급경영 효율화 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 온라인 설문조사의 방법과 활용가능한 도구들을 살펴보고 응답결과의 처리가 가장 편리하고 활용가능성이 높은 Google-Docs를 이용한 설문조사 방법에 대해 자세히 알아본다. 온라인 설문조사가 가지는 접근의 용이성과 결과처리의 효율성 등은 교육주체 간 의사소통을 원활히 할 수 있도록 도와줄 것이며 이를 통해 학급경영을 효과적이고 보다 유의미하게 할 수 있게 될 것이다.

학교교육에서 가장 필요한 요소인 상담을 온라인 상에서 가능하게 한 본 시스템은 웹상에서 사용 가능한 상담시스템으로 홈페이지를 통해 간단히 사용할 수 있으며, 1:1상담, 음성상담, 화상상담 등의 기본적인 상담 외에 인터넷 감시 기능을 통해 학생들의 불건전 사이트 접속을 막을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 학생, 교사, 학부모간의 원활한 의사소통을 통해 학생에게는 보람있는 학교생활을, 교사와 학부모에게는 학생에 대한 올바른 이해를, 교사에게는 학생지도의 자신감과 사명감을 심어 줄 수 있는 특징이 있다.

교육사이트가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 인터넷을 통한 교육에 많은 관심이 집중되는 가운데 유료화를 추진하기 위한 기본 단계로 학습정보를 제공하는 형태의 사이트가 운영되고 신설되고 있다. 그러나 교육의 본질적인 차원에서 학습은 그중의 일부분에 지나지 않다는 점을 감안해 볼 때 교육의 핵심 주체인 학생ㆍ교사ㆍ학부모에 대한 의사소통과 대화의 창구를 마련하여 단순 학습이외의 인성교육까지 인터넷으로 활용할 수 있는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육의 3주체간에 필요로 하는 사항을 세부적으로 도출하여 각 대상별로 시간과 공간의 제약없이 적극 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 현재 교육에 대한 전반적인 문제와 이와 더불어 발생되는 사회적인 문제를 파악하여 3주체간에 긴밀한 유대관계를 유지할 수 있도록 환경을 제공하고자 한다.

최근 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)을 통해 교육 수요자의 다양한 교육적 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 사이버 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 논문은 수년간의 학습 경영 활동에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 사이버 공간을 통해 효율적인 학습 경영을 할 수 있는 학습 홈페이지를 제작하여, 학습 경영 활동을 개선시키는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 이 논문에서는 효과적인 홈페이지 작성을 위해 학생-학부모-교사의 요구사항을 선물을 통해 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 학습 담임의 기능과 임무를 파악하여 중학교 3학년 1개 학급을 대상으로 학급 경영활동을 한 후, 그 결과물을 홈페이지에 구현하여 학습 경영 활동을 개선하였다. 이렇게 구성된 홈페이지를 통해 교사들은 학습 경영 활동의 개선에 필요한 사이버 공간 활용 방향과 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 되고, 학생은 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 의사소통을 통해 사이버 공간에서의 다양한 교육적 접근에 친숙하게 되며, 학부모는 시간적.공간적 제약 없이 자유롭게 학습의 행사나 학생에 관한 자료를 열람할 수 있게 된다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the level of communication difficulty between child-care teachers and parents and teachers' job satisfaction on teacher's emotional labor. Methods: The data of 137 questionnaires collected in Y city, Gyeongggi-do were analyzed. The respondents of the questionnaires were teachers of 0-5 year old children. Statistical analyses were performed using frequency analysis, explorative factor analysis, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis at the p < .05 by SPSS 24.0 program. Results: First, there was no statistically significant difference on child-care teachers' communication difficulties with parents by sociological variables of child-care teachers. Second, there was no statistically significant difference on teachers' job satisfaction by sociological variables of child-care teachers. However, there were significant differences on the sub-factors of job satisfaction by teaching careers, types of workplace, and marital status. Third, these two factors were found to be important predictors of child-care teachers' emotional labor. Conclusion/Implications: In order to reduce the emotional labor experienced by child-care teachers in early childhood care settings, it will be necessary to pursue a multi-faceted approach to improving the working environment.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usability of the tablet PC-based Korean high-tech AAC(Augmentative Alternative Communication System) software. In order to develop an AAC software which is appropriate to Korean cultural/linguistic contexts and communication needs of the users, we examined the necessity and ease of use for the communication functions that are required in native Korean communication, such as polite expressions, tense expressions, negative expressions, subject-verb auto-matching, and automatic sentence generation functions, using a scenario-based user testing. We also investigated the users' needs, preferences, and satisfaction for the tablet PC-based Korean high tech AAC using a semi-structured and open questionnaires. The participants of this study were 9 special education teachers, 6 speech therapists, and 6 parents whose children had communication disabilities. The results of the usability testing of the tablet PC-based Korean high-tech AAC software presented positive responses in general, by indicating overall scores of above 4 out of 5 except in tense and negative expressions. The necessity and ease of use in the tense and negative expressions were evaluated relatively low, and it might be related to the inconsistent interface with the polite expressions. In terms of the user interface(UI), there were users' needs for clear visual feedback in the symbol selection and display, consistent interface for all functions, more natural subject-verb auto-matching, and spacing in the text within symbols. The results of the usability testing and users' feedback might serve as a guideline to compensate and improve the function and UI of the existing AAC software.
