In Korea, the independent publication market has grown since it came into existence in the 1990s. In 2008, the country's first independent bookstores selling independent publications opened. As of late 2019, there were a total of 466 independent bookstores in Korea and the number of independent bookstores rapidly increased for the last decade. However, the closing rate of independent bookstores is rapidly increasing. This trend is also shown in independent bookstores in Gwangju. Recently, the closing rate of independent bookstores in Gwangju is more than twice as high as the national average. Against this backdrop, this study intended to identify the current conditions of independent bookstores in the city, analyze the problems facing them, and find solutions. Independent bookstores in Gwangju currently make various efforts such as book curation, management of various supplementary programs, and book markets. However, the bookstores have problems including the curation and programs focused on specific areas, focus on limited generations, dependence on publications from the Seoul metropolitan area. To address these problems, this study proposed solutions such as diversifying publications through planning and developing of local contents, strengthening the taste-based salon nature, organizing networks of independent bookstores, and systematically incubating independent bookstores. At the system level, this study also suggested a need for local bookstore certification system, a complete execution of a fixed book price system, and a fair provision rate.

본 연구에서는 최근에 투입과 산출관계가 복잡한 비영리기관의 운영효율성을 평가하는데 많이 적용되고 있는 DEA분식기법을 이용하여 국내일반은행의 생산성을 상대적 개념에서 측정하고, 은행감독원에 의한 경영평가와 금융감독위원회의 은행퇴출평가 결과를 비교하여 봄으로서 평가결과가 타당성이 있는지 여부를 알아보았다. 금융감독위원회의 평가는 수익성, 건전성, 유동성, 내부유보 등 비율분석에 의한 평가와 BIS비율 등을 고려하여 평가해 왔기 때문에 다산출물 대 다투입물이 상호작용하는 것을 무시하고 있다는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 은행감독원의 평가와 DEA기법에 의한 경영효율성 간에는 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구 분석결과로는 1995년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 국민은행, 충북은행, 광주은행, 경남은행, 평화은행이며, 1996년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 광주은행, 제주은행, 동남은행, 전북은행, 국민은행, 1997년도의 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 대동은행, 광주은행, 충청은행, 충북은행, 전북은행으로 분석되었다. 퇴출은행 5개중 1996년도에 동남은행, 1997년도에 대동은행, 충청은행만이 효율성 값이 하위 5위안에 포함되어 본 연구의 분석결과와 다소 상이한 결과가 분석되었다. 그리고 DEA 분석모형에 의하면 비율분석에서는 점검할 수 없는 은행의 상대적 경영효율성을 분석한 결과가 금융당국의 평가결과와 다소 일치한 점도 있으나 운영효율성 측면에서 퇴출대상은행이 효율성이 높은 은행으로 평가되어 금융감독위원회가 결정한 퇴출대상은행과 DEA 분석결과와는 상이한 결과가 도출되었다.

생계형범죄라는 말은 '생계'를 위해 범죄를 저지르는 안타까운 일이 발생하는 상황에서 만들어진 용어이다. 생계형 범죄의 기준이 법적으로 규정된 바 없지만, 실무적으로는 기초수급대상자이면서 고령인 사람, 65세 이상으로 경미한 범죄를 저지른 사람, 70대 이상의 노인이 생계와 관련하여 저지른 가벼운 범죄. 그리고 기초수급대상자 이외에도 의료수급이나 빈곤층, 또 치매 등으로 사리 판단이 분명하지 않은 사람들이 저지르는 범죄가 그 대상에 포함이 되어 다루어지고 있다. 생계형범죄는 대부분 중하지 않은 범죄라고 볼 수 있다. 생계형범죄와 관련이 있는 것은 경미범죄 혹은 즉결심판대상범죄이다. 광주에서 2016년 경미범죄심사를 받은 사람들이 109명이었고 2017년에는 142명으로 증가를 했으며 2018년에는 66명으로 감소되었다. 이것은 범죄가 줄어든 것이 아니라, 경찰이 생계형범죄를 비롯한 경미범죄심사 대상자들을 즉결심판에 넘기면서 줄어든 수치이다.

Along with hair beauty, skin beauty, and nail beauty, according to the rapidly changing social flow of industrialization and appearanceism, makeup is acting as an important means for successful social life and smooth human relationships. Accordingly, the realistic need to increase sales of the beauty industry by investigating individual preferred makeup colors from various angles is emerging. Therefore, the makeup interest and color preference according to the pursuit of appearance management were analyzed for women in their teens to 40s living in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do. As a result of the study, it was found that service workers, students, and teenagers and younger usually wear a lot of makeup. ) was found to be the most used. Through this study, I believe that it will be used as basic data for future makeup product development as well as application data for color selection by makeup artists as well as to increase sales of beauty shops.

In this article, the women as the subject of the family management in the 19th century cataclysm, In particular, I tried to reconstruct the specific life course of a woman who has a status as a jongbu(종부) in the Korean language through the Hangul letter. The Haenam Yoon's the 8th jongbu(종부) Gwangju Lee attempted to find her own unique identity, not the male-centered social order she had learned. Because she had to live a life outside the traditional environment of traditional society because her husband died at the beginning of her marriage. She perceived herself as an independent subject that she had to find and maintain. When Gwangju Lee married and came to the family of Haenam Yun, the economic power of jong-ga(종가) was much inclined. This economic difficulty was caused by the conflict with the slaves and the decrease of tallage(地代) to the change of the slavery system which was the social flow at that time. And uncles of her husband's intervention made the economic situation of the family more difficult. She established her position as a jongbu(종부) and used the right of Adoption option(입후권) of the jongbu(종부) to establish the impoverished family. She chose adoption from distant relatives who were not children of her husband's uncles. Therefore, I was free from her husband uncle's interests. She also believed that it was most important to take control of the economic interests of her family in order to secure her authority as a jongbu(종부). She believed that she had to exercise her economic rights in order to bring slave labor, which is the most important means of sustaining the domestic economy at the time, In the absence of her husband, she established her family in the social upheaval of the nineteenth century, and took her place as a master of a family, not just a family name.

지난 4월 1일 한국오리협회 제24차 정기총회에서 제11대 부회장으로 마낙중, 이우진, 마광하, 윤영호 이상 4명의 분과위원장이 선임되었다. 각 분과별로 협의를 거쳐 추천에 의해 선출된 분과위원장이 부회장직을 겸하게 되며, 마낙중 부화분과위원장, 윤영호 토종오리분과 위원장은 지난 임기에 이어 재선임되었고, 전 이우진 감사(주원산오리 대표)가 계열유통분과위원장으로, 마광하 광주전남도지회장이 사육분과위원장으로 선임되었다. 새로 선임된 이우진, 마광하 부회장의 선출소감과 함께 앞으로 오리산업 발전을 위해 각 분과별 어떤 정책을 펼칠 계획인지 생각을 들어보았다.

대용량 반도체 소자인 IGCT를 사용하여 철도차량용 AC-to-DC 단상 PWM 컨버터를 제작 실험하였다. 컨버터의 용량을 향상시키기 위해 2대의 PWM 컨버터를 병렬 운전하였으며 병렬운전시 각각의 컨버터 스위칭각을 다르게 제어하여 각 컨버터의 전류 리플을 상쇄시켜 전원의 고조파 함유를 줄였다. 출력전압제어는 입력전류의 측정 없이 내부 계산에 의해 수행하였으며 단위역률을 제어하기 위해 소프트웨어적으로 간단히 PLL을 수행하였다.

수도권 시민들의 휴양지로 각광 받아온 아름다운 해변도시 태안이 미래 대한민국 산업을 뒷받침할 국내 최대 에너지 클러스터로 변신 중에 있다. 380MW급 석탄가스화복합발전기(IGCC)와 1000MW급 석탄화력발전기(2기)가 각각 2015년과 2016년에 준공될 예정에 있는 것이다. 대규모 국가기반시설 건설현장인 만큼 이 사업을 진행하고 있는 한국서부발전(주) 태안건설본부는 무엇보다 안전에 각별한 신경을 싣고 있다. 그리고 그 중심에는 강광주 안진품질팀장이 있다. 무재해 무사고 준공으로 국민들의 편안한 생활과 튼튼한 산업기반조성에 기여하고 싶다는 그를 만나봤다.

경기도 광주시에 위치한 성남-장호원 도로건설공사 현장. 이곳은 성남에서 장호원을 연결하는 국도 3호선 공사 6개 공구 중 2번째 공구로, 현대건설이 시공을 맡고 있다. 연장 6.3km 6차선 도로를 신설하는 대규모 공사로, 공사비만도 무려 3,924억원에 달한다. 게다가 도로의 상당부분이 교량과 터널로 구성되어 있어 공정도 상당히 까다로운 곳이다. 즉 전반적으로 관리가 매우 어려운 현장이라고 할 수 있다. 헌데도 이곳은 2002년 3월 착공에 들어간 이래 현재까지 무재해를 이어가고 있다. 실로 이곳 현장의 안전관리가 얼마나 철두철미한지를 느끼게 하는 대목이다. 안전으로 도로건설공사의 새로운 교범을 만들어가고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.
