This study aimed to examine the relations between organizational fairness and organizational effectiveness in fire-fighting organizations, and provide basic data for higher organizational effectiveness. The subjects of the study were fire-fighting officers under the Jeollanamdo Fire Service and were interviewed with the use of questionnaire from April 3 through 13, 2016. 433 copies of the responses were analysed with the use of SPSS ver. 18.0 for Window. The results are presented as follows: Distributive justice and interaction justice had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and procedure justice and distributive justice had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Distributive justice and interaction justice had a negative effect on turnover intention.

Along with hair beauty, skin beauty, and nail beauty, according to the rapidly changing social flow of industrialization and appearanceism, makeup is acting as an important means for successful social life and smooth human relationships. Accordingly, the realistic need to increase sales of the beauty industry by investigating individual preferred makeup colors from various angles is emerging. Therefore, the makeup interest and color preference according to the pursuit of appearance management were analyzed for women in their teens to 40s living in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do. As a result of the study, it was found that service workers, students, and teenagers and younger usually wear a lot of makeup. ) was found to be the most used. Through this study, I believe that it will be used as basic data for future makeup product development as well as application data for color selection by makeup artists as well as to increase sales of beauty shops.

In order to promote active sales growth in the rapidly changing modern society's makeup market, it is now time to analyze makeup colors closely in line with current trends. Therefore, in this study, professional women from Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were treated and analyzed with the statistical SPSS 21.0 package program for colors such as makeup base, eyebrow, lip, and cheek, and the reasons for their preference. As a result of the study, yellow makeup base, black eyebrow, red lip, and red cheek color were preferred. This study will be provided as basic data for the development of various makeup patterns and novel makeup color items, and it is believed that it will contribute directly or indirectly to increased sales while gaining an edge in the modern makeup market.

The aim of this study is to identify whether the stress of children has an impact on their game addiction and to verify the moderating effect of family support. The survey was conducted to the children who were 5th and 6th graders in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The responses from 564 subjects contacted subjects were analyzed. In accordance with the verification on the impact game addiction, Children's stress has a impact on their game addiction. In other words, higer stress was related to higer game addiction. The impact family support on their game addiction was analyzed. In accordance with the results, the family support had positive impact on their game addiction. It suggested that higher family support meant lower game addiction. The moderated effect of family support was analyzed. The family support had the control effect to reduce the negative effect of stress of children in to their game addiction. Implication of the study findings is discussed.

This study was conducted to identify the predictors of the choice of regional small and medium hospitals by identifying the job preference, recognition of small and medium hospitals. For this purpose, data were collected from September 2018 to October 2018 for nursing students attending 4 universities in Gwangju and Jeollanam - do, and total of 476 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 24.0 program. The results showed that 66.0% of nursing students selected region local small and medium hospitals. The factors influencing the choice of region small and medium hospitals were high school region, nursing school performance and recognition of small and medium hospitals. In order to increase the employment rate of nursing students to the region small and medium hospitals, nursing educators should provide personalized career guidance to students who want to work in small and medium hospitals and hospital personnel should establish various public relations activities and marketing strategies to raise recognition of small and medium hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of the elderly welfare ordinances currently enacted and operated by local governments, analyze the actual conditions and problems of the contents, and suggest the direction of enactment and revision of the elderly welfare ordinances for actively responding to the demand for various welfare services for the elderly. To this end, the scope of the study was specified by ordinances in Gwangju Metropolitan City, five autonomous districts, Jeollanam-do, and 22 cities and counties, and the criteria for content analysis of the elderly welfare ordinance of these local governments were selected and compared and analyzed in the four major areas of elderly welfare: income and jobs, care, health, leisure activities, and social participation. According to the analysis results, the direction of enacting the ordinance is to secure financial resources for the elderly welfare budget, develop differentiated welfare policies for the elderly that reflect the characteristics of each local government, expand ordinances related to infectious diseases, enact ordinances for medical support for non-infectious diseases, and enact customized ordinances for the elderly living alone. Finally, the limitations on the research subject and analysis scope of this study and future research directions were presented.

환경부에서 시행하는 수질오염총량관리제도를 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 하천기초자료들과 함께 오염원 자료가 필요하다. 현재 오염원 자료는 체계화되어 있지 않으므로 필요할 때마다 여러 자료에서 뽑아 쓰고 있다. 따라서 GIS를 이용하여 데이터베이스화하여 물수지 모형 및 수질모형의 입력자료와 연계하여 유역의 오염부하량을 산정하도록 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 영산강유역을 대상지역으로 GIS를 이용하여 각 오염원에 대한 자료 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 오염원 자료들을 행정구역별, 오염총량관리유역별로 DB를 구축한 후 이를 이용하여 발생부하량을 산정하였으며, 그 결과를 광주광역시 및 전라남도 영산강 오염총량관리 기본계획 보고서의 발생부하량값과 비교하였다. 두 값의 상대오차를 계산한 결과 $0.003{\sim}4.273%$ 정도로써 계산 결과의 차이가 많지 않았다. 발생부하량 산정결과 생활계와 토지계 발생부하량은 영본B에서 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 축산계 발생부하량은 영본E에서 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. 생활계, 축산계, 토지계발생부하량 합산결과 생활계와 토지계에서 가장 높은 값을 보인 단위유역은 영본B 지역과 축산계에서 가장 높은 값을 나타낸 영본E로서 수질오염 위험지역으로 분석되어 수질관리를 위한 정화시설 및 저류지 조성이 필요할 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 이용하여 미래 오염부하량을 예측하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이고 물수지 분석을 위한 모델의 입력자료로 활용 가능하며, 하천의 유역관리 및 영산강유역의 오염총량관리를 위한 기초자료로서 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Among welfare facilities for the elderly, necessity for the elderly welfare with diverse advantages is rising in the Small-scale Elderly Care Facilities. The government is expecting great demand in the future. However, current the Facilities lack construction plans that consider characteristics of the elderly. Accordingly, 14 case facilities located in JeollaNamdo and Gwangju were selected to comprehensively analyze the circulation of seniors at care facilities by computing spatial depth and visible area variables. As a result of this study, average spatial depth of bathroom, resting room, physical therapy room and dining hall that seniors frequently get in contact with was found to be deep, but visible area appropriate for the function of space was not available. It showed that the circulation for the elderly was deep spatially and long physically, and the spatial rank along circulation which is perceived visually by the admitted the elderly was clear, thus, providing them abundant visual experience supported by high openness as they move from private space to public space. The obtained visibility, however, was observed not to be matched with the function of each space. Since the Small-scale Elderly Care Facilities require various spaces within small surface area, actual functions of each space must be taken into consideration with hierarchical space organization to obtain an environment that stimulates senses such as vision and hearing. In addition, since the circulation of seniors using facilities must consider aging characteristics and delicate care on spatial depth and physical distances, in-depth studies on planning of the circulation in care facilities are deemed necessary.

This study attempted to examine the effects of SW education using EPL and coding robots on computing thinking and problem-solving skills among various teaching and learning methods of software education. To this end, a survey was conducted on 350 students from middle schools A and B in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, and the difference in mean was analyzed through t-verification and one-way analysis of variance in order to investigate the relationship between variables. Based on the research results obtained through this, we will identify the effects, strengths, and weaknesses of SW education using EPL and coding robots, provide basic data and information for efficient teaching and learning methods of SW education, and further suggest better directions in terms of academic and practical aspects.

Two naturalized plants belonging to Plantaginaceae and Labiatae are newly recorded for Korean flora. Nuttallanthus canadensis (L.) D. A. Sutton, a taxon of the unrecorded genus Nuttallanthus (Plantaginaceae), was founded in Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. This species can be distinguished from the Linaria species by its corolla with a pale blue to a pale purple color, a lower lip longer than the upper lip and seed with 4-7 angles when cross-sectioned. Lamium purpureum var. hybridum (Vill.) Vill. was found in Gwangju Metropolitan city, Jeongeup-si, Jeollabuk-do and Gochang-gun, Jeollanam-do. It can be distinguished from L. purpureum L. by its irregularly dentate bracts and upper lips 3-4 mm in length. New Korean names were given, as Sol-lip-hae-rancho to Nuttallanthus canadensis (L.) D. A. Sutton and Eu-reop-gwang-dae-na-mul to Lamium purpureum var. hybridum (Vill.) Vill. In addition, their descriptions, photos, illustrations and keys to related genera and species are provided here.
