This study was conducted to examine the therapeutic compliance and its related factors in rural women with osteoporosis. A questionnaire survey was performed from April to May in 2000 for 140 osteoporotic patients who were diagnosed from April to June in 1999 through community health program. The study employed the health belief model for predicting and explaining sick role behavior. The analysis techniques employed included contingency table analysis and path analysis using LISREL. The major results of this study were as follows: Of the subjects, 12.1% were continuously complaint, 53.6% were intermittently compliant, and 34.3% were non- compliant to calcium supplement therapy. As the result of path analysis, the therapeutic compliance was significantly higher(${\mid}T{\mid}$ >2.0) as patients had higher perceived severity of disease, lower perceived barriers of treatment, and when patients thought their disease status as severe. As the patients had higher educational level, more experience of mass media contact or health education about osteoporosis, and when family had more concern for patient treatment, they had higher perceived susceptibility of complication(bone fracture)${\mid}T{\mid}$ >2.0). The patients had higher perceived severity(${\mid}T{\mid}$ >2.0) as they had more educational level, more advice for treatment from their doctors, and when family had more concern for their treatment. As the patients had more advice for treatment from their doctors and when family had more concern for their treatment, they had higher perceived benefit of treatment and lower perceived barriers to treatment(${\mid}T{\mid}$ >2.0). In order to improve the therapeutic compliance in rural osteoporotic women, it would be necessary that the patient should recognize their disease severity properly. And the perceived barriers should be removed through supportive environments for osteoporosis treatment such as doctor 's more advice and family 's more concern for treatment. In addition, effective and continuous management system for osteoporotic patients should be established.

A pub(lish)/sub(scribe) system is a data forwarding system which forwards only interesting data among the whole published data, which is related to the subscriptions registered by end users. Classical pub/sub systems are realized by constructing a network of brokers which are responsible for storing or forwarding data. Along with the substantial increase of the population mobile users, it is required that the pub/sub system handles the subscriptions of user locations which changes continuously and frequently. In this paper, a new broker network based pub/sub system which efficiently handles the frequent changes of subscriptions related to user locations is proposed. In consideration of moving patterns of users and geographical property, the proposed pub/sub system categorize the entire data space into Slow Moving Region and Normal Moving Region, and manages the brokers which are responsible for these regions by using Q+R tree in order to handle user requests more efficiently. Through the extensive simulation, it is presented that the proposed Q+R tree based pub/sub system can reduce unnecessary needs of brokers and network traffic and can support the dynamic subscription related to user location.

A rapid increase was observed among individuals who want to communicate through a Social Networking Service (SNS). The increasing number of SNS users who create and share information resulted in a huge volume of SNS information. This deluge of information decreases the interest of SNS users, thereby prompting them to generate stimulating and exaggerated information to draw attention to themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of SNS users' desire for attention and share their tourism experience. This study utilizes use and gratification theory and investigates the moderating effect of gender. The analysis shows that the desire for attention influences sharing of tourism experience through compliance and identification at the level of SNS commitment. Gender difference was observed between compliance and identification. This study provides theoretical and practical implications based on the results.

최근 국가경제에 있어서의 창업에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있다. 창업기업의 증가는 경제활동을 촉진하여 경제성장 및 고용창출 효과, 나아가서는 국가경제 발전에 기여하고 있다. 창업기업에 대한 관심의 증가로 학술적인 연구도 많이 이루어져왔다. 이러한 연구들은 창업가의 특성과 경영성과의 관계를 주로 보고 있다. 그러나 창업가가 기회를 인지하고 창업의도를 가지게 되는 과정에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 GEM연구 데이터를 사용하여 창업의도에 미치는 기회인식에 대한 영향을 성별 조절효과 및 평등수준의 조절효과 효과크기수준을 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 기업가정신에 대한 다양한 학문적 지식을 제공하고, 기업가정신 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

우리나라와 같이 에너지자원이 없어 전량을 수입에 의존하여야 하는 나라에서는 에너지 소비절약이라고도 일컬어지는 고효율 기기의 보급에 많은 관심을 가져야 한다. 고효율기기의 사용은 전체적인 부하전력량을 줄여나가며, 한번 보급되면 계속 에너지를 감할 수 있고, 부하를 차단하여야 하는 불편도 적어지게 된다. 또한 기술개발로 인한 기기수출효과 및 다양한 효과가 있으므로 국가적으로는 커다란 이익이 될 수 있다. 따라서 고유가시대를 맞아 고효율 기기의 사용에 특히 많은 관심을 가져야 하며, 정부에서도 많은 관심을 가지고 있기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 전체 전력소비량의 20%이상을 차지하는 조명기기에서 고효율조명기기에 대해 확산 모형을 이용하여 보급상태를 분석해 보고자 한다.

기하급수적으로 증가하는 인터넷의 정보량에서 최적의 정보를 찾고자 하는 사용자의 요구가 증가함에 따라 개별적 사용자에게 필요한 정보만을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 사용자의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 사용자의 행동을 관찰하고 학습하여 사용자 대신 문서를 수집하는 웹 문서 추천 에이전트의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서 추천에이전트에서 사용되는 프로파일을 효과적으로 생성하고 학습하기 위한 문서 표현 방법, 특징 선택법을 제안한다. 제안된 문서 표현 방법은 슬라이딩 윈도우 방법을 통해 인접한 단어쌍의 문맥 정보를 이용하고, 의존 구조를 이용하며 사용자의 관심 변화에 빨리 적응 할 수 있도록 시간에 대한 가중치를 반영한다. 제안된 방법으로 프로파일을 구성한 웹 문서 추천 에이전트는 사용자의 관심 분야를 효과적으로 반영하고 관심 변화에 빨리 적응하여 사용자에게 알맞은 문서를 추천한다.

디지털 TV가 실용화 됨에 따라 다양한 부가정보 서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 부가정보서비스를 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 전통적인 메뉴검색에 의한 관심객체의 부가정보 검색이 아닌 화면에서의 관심객체 선택만으로 부가정보를 표현할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 메뉴검색없이 마우스 클릭만으로 관심 객체를 선택하고 선택된 객체에 대해 부가정보를 표현하는 시스템을 제안한다.

지식관리 및 지식 경영에 대한 관심이 확산되면서 많은 기업체와 기관들이 시스템 구축에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 구체적인 시스템 구성에 대해서는 규모나 내용 면에서 또 실질적인 기대효과 부분에 대해 아직 심도 있는 논의가 더 진행돼야 하는 실정이다. 지금까지는 총론적인 소개의 단계를 거쳐왔으나 이제 구체적인 활용방안에 대해 다시 살펴볼 필요가 있다.
