Working-day calculation with weather factors of construction-site has estimated wethout proper data. They usually estimate it with their own experience and intuition. It causes not only economic loss to time-adjustment but also conflict with each participants. Moreover, weather estimation becomes worse than before, due to tendency of recently weather change. So, in this paper we present optimal estimation method as assessment by period of the arithmetical mean methods. For that, we analyse characteristic of the regions and weather change of temperature and rainfall which affects time.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of professional oral healthcare program in eldery residents long-term care facilities. Ninety-four elderly residents from 5 different facilities in Asan participated in this study. The subjects were divided into 3 groups, with 32 in experimental group I, 30 in experimental group II, and 32 in the control group. Subjects in experimental group I were treated by a dental hygienist with professional oral healthcare and received daily oral care from caregivers who had completed elderly oral healthcare course. Subjects in experimental group II received daily oral care from caregivers who had completed elderly oral healthcare course. Control group received daily oral care from caregivers. These 3 groups were tested for dental plaque, halitosis, tongue coating, and salivary flow at baseline, and after 4 and 12 weeks of treatment. There were significant differences in the dental plaque index between the groups, mediate times, and mediate methods, in halitosis between the mediate methods, and in tongue coating between the mediate times, as well as the mediate methods. Finally, salivary flow was significantly different with regard to mediate methods between experimental group II and the control group. Therefore, to improve the oral health condition of elderly residents, involvement of a part-time dentist and scheduled professional oral healthcare are necessary. Furthermore, elderly oral healthcare education for nursing staff, including managers, should be provided.

This thesis is performed to suggest an objective and effective optimization plan of appraisal for archival values. Even though saving all of archives and records and passing them to descendants would be a strong preservation method, but preservation expenses cannot be ignored. Additionally the appraisal for archives is completed by selecting and preserving high-value records, preserving all of records seems not to be effective. In this aspects archivists have tried to find the appraisal standard to ensure the objectivity of it, however, existing studies cannot bring out positive method because of focusing on analyzing only theoretical analysis on appraisal. This study divides appraisal for archives in 3 steps; inquiry for the records creators, appraisal of archivists, appraisal of appraisal experts, and suggests the standard to increase objectivity and confidency of appraisal. The optimization plan of appraisal for archival values with the results of this thesis would influence on the revitalization of reappraisal for the archives in repository and archive of Korea.

국내 제약산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해서는 신약의 심사/허가 기간을 단축시켜 급변하게 변하는 글로벌 제약시장에서 경쟁 우위적 위치를 선점할 수 있도록 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 체계 개선이 시급하다. 신약허가를 위해서는 임상시험 결과에 대한 안전성과 유효성 등에 대한 심사가 수행되게 된다. 하지만 현재 신약허가를 위해서 제약사와 임상시험수탁기관(Contract Research Organization, CRO)에서 데이터 정보체계인 Domain, Variable 및 Parameter 등의 표준을 따르지 않고 다양한 유형의 임상정보데이터를 심사기관에 제출하고 있어 이로 인한 심사기간 증가와 심사업무 비효율성을 야기시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제민간기구인 CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium)에서 제정한 글로벌 임상데이터 표준인 CDISC 표준을 준용한 국내 임상시험정보관리 체계 (eCTD 시스템)및 의약품 전주기적 관리체계를 제시하고자 하며, 본 연구를 통한 기대효과로는 국제표준의 임상정보관리 인프라 구축으로 인한 국내 신약개발 및 해외 진출 환경을 마련하여 글로벌 시장선점의 기회를 제공할 수 있고, 규제기관 차원에서는 의약품 허가, 심사업무의 효율성 증가는 물론 전주기적 의약품 안전관리체계를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Such as, delaying schedule, additional cost increasing, etc. Those were caused by decision making which is lack of professionality in early phase of reconstruction process. Recently, interest in remodeling apartment houses has been increasing due to problems such as a lack of parking spaces for old apartment houses. However, no method was suggested to predict the construction period of the apartment remodeling project. Unlike general apartment new construction, apartment remodeling construction involves demolition or reinforcement work, so a realistic remodeling construction period calculation plan differentiated from the existing construction period should be proposed. Therefore, this study intends to present a model for deriving the construction period of the underground parking lot of the apartment remodeling construction. Each construction period was calculated based on 19 activities of underground parking lot remodeling work through review of previous studies and expert advice. Activity's workload data and productivity data were derived to calculate the construction period, and the number of inputs and equipment inputs by Activity were determined to correct the productivity data. The construction period of Activity was calculated using the derived data, and the criteria for calculating the overlapping period for each Activity were presented to enable realistic construction period and scheduled schedule. As a result of predicting the accuracy of the construction period through the verification of the case complex, it is expected that it will be possible to predict the approximate construction period of the underground parking lot of the apartment remodeling construction in the future.

철강제조업 정보SYSTEM에 CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing)을 적용한 결과 설비와 정보의 자동화와 더불어 인력자원의 성력화에 의한 인원 및 자원의 절감등이 주요 효과로 나타났다. 영업관리, 자재관리, 생산관리, 출하관리, 설비관리를 시스템화하여 수요예측에 의한 자재·제품·재고 보유량을 감소할 수 있었으며, 원활한 공정진해응로 제조기간의 단축이 가능하였다. 또한 효율적인 설비관리, 정보의 공유 및 실시간 제공으로 신속한 의사결정지원등의 직·간접적인 효과가 나타났다.

신선편이 식품의 수요가 증가되고 있는 시점에서 웰빙식품으로 다소비되고 있는 새싹채소의 안전성 확보가 시급히 추진될 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새싹채소의 위생적 생산을 위한 HACCP 관리계획을 개발하고 생산현장에서 적합성 검증을 실시하였다. 위생적 안전한 새싹채소 재배를 위해서는 새싹종자 소독(Ca(OCl)2 20,000ppm 농도에서 15분간 처리 또는 $70^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 1분 이상 열수처리)을 통한 1차적 관리와 재배기간 동안의 미생물 증식을 억제시키기 위한 재배수 관리(HClO 100 ppm, pH 3이하의 전해산화수)를 통한 2차적 위생관리 등 단계적 위생관리의 적용이 권장된다.

(주)시눅프리미디어는 한국 그라비어 인쇄업계의 품질관리 수준 향상과 세계추세를 선도하는 품질관리를 목표로 2011년 부터 CMS(Color Managemant System에 의한 정량적 색상관리를 실무에 적용하여 시행 중이다. 국내 그라비어 인쇄 업계도 국제적으로 경쟁력 있는 제품을 만들기 위해서는 정량적 품질관리가 반드시 요구될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 2년여 기간 동안 (주)시눅프리미디어의 협력사(플레이트 제조사, 인쇄사)가 실무 중에 경험한 사례를 소개함으로써 국내 그라비어 인쇄업계에 도움이 되기를 희망한다.
