The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the volunteer's job characteristics in university student on their volunteering satisfaction and continuance will. Based on Hackman and Oldham's theory of core job characteristics, this study analyzed 261 university students in Gangwon-do by survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The volunteering participation ratio of university student is 71.6%. volunteer's job characteristics, volunteering satisfaction and continuance will is showed lower level. And skill variety, task identity and feedback among Hackman and Oldham's 5 core job characteristics show positive influence on volunteering satisfaction, and skill variety, task indentity, task significance and feedback show positive influence on continuance will. As a result, volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will depended on the job characteristics. Therefore, to assure volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will, redesign for volunteer's job characteristics.

This study researched police intervention to ensure the safety of Multi-swarm events. And this study researched best practices of foreign countries. This study propose a solution. It used the situation to police intervention and domestic Multi-swarm events leading research and safety management systems. Safety management for multi-swarm events did ministry of public safety and security, local government, police department, fire department etc. Activities of Safety management for multi-swarm events was checked the risk level, safety management, safety planning and training, safety management in accordance with the Manual. But, safety management of police had Manual maintenance is necessary for the police forces and take advantage of, it is necessary to clarify the mission, it is necessary to configure the risk of a step-by-step checklist for police safety tips in detail. Insufficient requirement management accounts for 54% ofunsuccessful software development projects and 22% of insufficient requirement management comes from requirement change management. Hence, requirement management activities are important to reduce failure rates and a tracing method is suggested as the major factor in requirements change management. A traceability table is easy to use because of its legibility accurate tracing. However, traceability tables of existing studies have failed to concretely suggest method of change management and effect of traceability. Also, studies of methods to estimate change impact is complex. Hence, this study suggests how to use a traceability table to manage changes in requirements. Together, in comparison to existing studies, this study suggests easier methods to estimate change rate and change impact. Also Fifteen projects were sampled to test the hypothesis that traceability table influences the success of projects and that it decreases the failure rate that comes from the insufficient requirements management.

Recently, the paradigm shift of new construction into efficient operation and maintenance of infrastructure is seen. Also, concerns about infrastructure safety, especially the aged infrastructure, are on the increase. This study evaluates the current status of infrastructure safety and maintenance using data from 1994 to 2014 in Facility Management System operated by Korea Infrastructure Safety Corporation. Also, a quantitative analysis of safety performance of infrastructure is conducted to find out the enhancement of infrastructure safety in Korea. It was found that safety of facilities in Korea have been enhanced for the past decades. Improvement of safety performance of facilities is attributed to periodic safety inspection and repair and reinforcement. The result of the study can be used as a basic material for efficient and effective facility maintenance policies and strategies.

The supply chain of online digital contents industry differs much from the supply chain of offline industry which produces and supplies physical products. Portal facilitates the creation, distribution, and usage of online digital contents by providing efficient and convenient content distribution platform to contents suppliers and users, resulting in enhancing competitiveness of portal supply chain. Each portal builds it's own supply chain and various participant firms like CPs(Content Providers) and SPs(Solution Providers) are collaborating together to survive from the fierce competition. However, there is few research work on portal SCM to explain how to design and implement a Portal SCM in a successful way. So, this paper investigates the structure of Portal SCM and the differences between traditional SCM and Portal SCM. Also, this paper proposes seven research issues need to be addressed to design and implement a portal in an efficient and effective way.

This system can perform efficient administration in a searching, lending and returning books. And also with this system, many styles of reading education is possible by considering properties of Elementary School. Using the system teachers and children can exchange a information about books or reading together. We organized the system to aid teachers in administration and assistance to children by joining the admittance of use, and to manage a library efficiently in consideration of understanding one another and several conditions in use of library. Besides, children can be appraised their reading process, so with the result that they will be a good reader.

에너지 절약 최적화를 위한 녹색 기술개발은 지속가능경제와 화석연료 사용에 의한 부작용을 최소화하기 위한 전세계적 화두로 대두되고 있다. 중소기업은 다양한 품목에서 자체적인 생산활동을 수행하며 대기업 제품에 사용되는 부품을 실질적으로 공급하고 전체 근로자의 85%이상을 고용하는 등 국가적인 부가가치 창출에 큰 역할을 수행하고 있으나, 인적자원과 관리 인프라의 부족과 부재로 인해 체계적인 에너지 관리를 통한 에너지 사용 절감을 위한 최적화 활동 수행에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 그러나, 향후 직접적인 에너지 절감을 통한 원가 경쟁력 향상은 물론 향후 탄소 거래제와 생산 공정과 결과물에 대한 정량적인 탄소배출량 관리제도의 법제화에 대비하여 이러한 제한상황에 대한 해결안 제시가 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 서해안 산업단지를 대상으로 한국산업기술대학교 전력저감센터에서 개발중인 중소기업을 위한 energy saving management system (ESMS)에 대해 기술한다. ESMS는 개별 공장에서 소비되는 전체전력과 대표 부하에서의 소비전력의 전력품질과 현황을 모니터링하고 부하특성에 맞는 전력저감 메커니즘을 제공한다. 또한 자체적인 과거 소비전력 경향과 광역 공단의 전체 소비 데이터와의 비교 데이터를 통해 자체적인 전력 소비 현황 및 절감대책을 수립하도록 지원한다.

The purposes of this study are to find factors that have influences on the knowledge contribution activities, and to offer some suggestions to improve the knowledge contribution. Especially this study suggests to improve knowledge contribution by analyzing both on-line and off-line knowledge contribution activities in the public sector. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that leadership, intrinsic motivation, and knowledge quality significantly influence on-line and off-line knowledge contribution. Based on the results, the potential implications for the strategy of effective knowledge contribution are discussed.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the sex differences in risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD), depression and self-care activities in type 2 diabetes with metabolic syndrome. Methods: The descriptive correlational design was conducted using a convenient sample. One hundred and twenty-nine diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome were recruited in a university hospital. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Pearson correlation coefficient, Students' t-test, one way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: The risk of CVD in diabetic patients with metabolic syndrome indicated a significantly negative correlation to self-care activities and age, and positive correlation to waist_C, SBP, DBP and TG. The metabolic syndrome is associated with an approximate 1.7-fold increase in the relative risk in CVD in diabetic women. The main significant predictors influencing CVD risk of diabetes with metabolic syndrome were age, waist_C, SBP and TG, which explained about 29.7%. Conclusion: These results indicate that patients with diabetes with metabolic syndrome with a high degree of waist_C, SBP and TG are likely to be high in risk of CVD.

As records of Women's policies and organizations from 1945, there are reports, pamphlet, educational materials, books, and photos. At this time, preservation status of which is so vulnerable. These problems are caused by absence of archivist, small preservation space, and financial weakness. For solving these problems, an alternative is establishing archives specified at collecting and management of materials. It's more important to making database through systemized materials, so that general people also beyond professional researcher, by web server, easily access to information of Korean Women's history.
