Estimation of Resilient River Water Use Criteria Using Margin of Safety(MOS) (안전율(MOS) 개념을 고려한 탄력적 하천수 사용허가 기준유량 산정)

  • 하천관리청은 유량변동이 큰 환경에서도 평상시 하천의 기능을 유지하고 안정적인 용수공급이 이루어지도록 하천수 허가관리를 수행하고 있다. 이때, 하천수 사용허가 검토시 기준으로 사용되는 유량은 자연상태의 기준갈수량에서 하천유지유량을 감안하여 적용하고 있는데, 이는 하천유량의 변동에도 최대 용수수요를 만족할 수 있게끔 관리하기 위한 것으로 최대 사용량일 때의 물의 과부족을 계산하여 허가 여부를 결정한다. 본 연구에서는 Park et al.(2016)이 제안한 시기별(홍수기/이수기, 비관개기/관개기 고려) 하천수 사용허가 기준유량 설정방법을 기반으로, 수질오염총량제(Total Maximum Daily Loads, TMDLs)에서 적용하는 안전율(Margin of Safety, MOS)의 개념을 접목하여 허가기준유량의 불확실성을 정량적으로 고려할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 허가기준 유량은 수문모델에 의해 자연상태의 모의유량을 유황분석하여 도출하게 되므로 유량의 연도별 변도성(Margin of Variability, MOV)과 예측모델 매개변수의 불확실성(Margin of Uncertainty, MOU)을 고려하는 Walker Jr.(2003)의 안전율 산정방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 금호강 유역을 대상으로 시기별 자연유량 산정시 고려한 SWAT 모형결과를 기반으로 하였으며, 모의자료의 변이계수를 산정하여 시간적 변동성에 의한 불확실성을 도출하고 SWAT-CUP모형을 활용하여 모형의 불확실성을 도출하여 안전율을 계산하였다. 단, 기준갈수량이 허가기준유량으로 사용되는 기간(1월 1일~3월 31일)에는 안전율까지 고려할 경우 지나치게 보수적이라고 판단되어 적용에서 제외하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 불확실성을 고려한 하천수 관리방법론은 시기별 하천수 허가기준유량 설정에 대한 의사결정자들의 판단을 지원하는데 기여함으로써 정책적 활용도를 높일 뿐만아니라 탄력적인 하천유량관리를 위한 기초연구로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 타 분야 기술과의 융합이라는 점에서도 의의를 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

  • In this study, the authors develop a methodology for a diagnostic system with a vibration parameter that is influenced by environmental factors. The data tends to have a varying average over time. Often, these features are found in statistical data retrieved from a production line. If we utilize existing statistical techniques for these features, we could derive an incorrect diagnostic conclusion based on the different average values. To overcome the limitations of previous methods, the authors apply a function analyzed through regression analysis to predict the mean value and corresponding upper and lower limits at each stage. This technique also provides corresponding statistical parameters in varying dynamic means. To validate the proposed methods, we retrieve data from the engine assembly line of H Motors and verify the results.

  • QoS(Quality of Service) is defined "The collective effect of service performance which determines the degree of satisfaction of a user of the service" by ITU-T Rec. E.800. The final goal of information system is to secure the performance efficiency within the required time. The security QoS framework is the modeling of the QoS measurement metrics, the measurement time schedule, instrument, method of measurement and the series of methodology about analysis of the result of measurement. This paper relates to implementing issue and performance measuring about blended mechanism between networking technology and security technology. We got more effectiveness in overall network security, when applying and composing amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology. In this paper, we suggest techniques being used on infrastructure system and also offers a security QoS methodology as a model of more effective way. Methodology proposed in this research has proven that it is possible to measure response time through the scheduled method.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of 20s~30s' young people in marathon activities using Q methodology. P-sample was composed of 30 young marathoners. The selected Q samples were arranged in the normal distribution form. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis through varimax rotation using QUANL 1.2PC program. Three distinct were emerged throughout the analysis: the first type is 'the type of giving special meaning.' which is improving their physical fitness, healthy and enjoying runner's high. The second type is 'the enjoying leisure' which is releasing stress and enjoying their common interest.' The last type is 'the type of enjoying crew activity.' which is enjoying marathon festival and managed their healthy and life. This result hints that young marathoners' sports culture trends.

  • Conjunctive use of surface and ground water is emerging as an alternative to resolve water shortage problems caused by drought or overpopulation. The region whose water supply depends on a single source has high risk of emergency situations, and may need to consider conjunctive use to overcome its weakness. Conjunctive use also can be a realistic and effective solution when additional or new water resources are to be developed. This paper presents a new methodology for managing surface and ground water resources with the aim of supplying water in a sustainable way. The developed method encompasses procedures to assess site suitability for conjunctive use, to devise water supply scenarios based on drought analysis, and to quantify the amount of water attained. It is believed that the systematic and objective features of the developed method enable it to be a useful supportive tool for water management planning and decision-making.

  • 웹의 진화론 연구하기 위해 다수의 문서 비교 방법들이 웹 문서 변경 측정 도구로서 사용되어 왔다. 웹의 진화 연구는 웹 데이터 베이스의 효율적 관리를 위해 필수적이기 때문이다. 그러나 같은 웹 문서의 변경에 대하여 어떠한 방법으로 측정하였는지에 따라 상이한 결과를 보일 수 있음에도 불구하고, 각 측정 방법의 비교 평가는 연구되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서 변경 측정 방법의 효과성 평가 척도를 제안한다. 그리고 수집된 실제 웹 문서를 통해 기존에 사용되어온 다섯 가지 측정 방법들의 결과 차이를 보인다. 아울러 정의한 평가 척도에 따라 각 측정 방법을 비교 평가한다.

  • 지난 논문 "Critical Peak Pricing 요금제를 이용한 일반 수용가 대상 수요관리의 방법" 및 그 후속 연구에서는 일반 수용가를 대상으로 한 효율적인 수요관리의 한 방법으로써 Critical Peak Pricing 요금제를 제안하였다[1]. 또한 이 요금제에서 핵심이 되는 최적 critical peak 시점을 푸는 하위 문제들 및 방법론을 제시하였는데, 이 논문에서는 그 하위 문제들 중 수용가의 부하를 예측하는 문제를 다룬다. 우리는 energy service provider(ESP)가 관리해야 할 수용가의 수가 매우 많다는 점에 주목하여, 각 수용가의 1일 부하 사용량 패턴을 몇 개의 그룹으로 나누어 각 그룹에 대해 critical peak 최적 시점을 결정하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 수용가 부하량 패턴 그룹화를 위해 인공 지능의 여러 기법 중 하나인 self-organizing map(SOM)을 사용하였다.

  • Various versions can be generated in course of development of object-oriented software in a distributed system. Research methods are required for the efficient management of these various versions, For this reason, this paper proposes a model of version which is based on five dimensional object space this is extended from FONASSE data model shich we have suggested. We developed a method of version numbering for the effective managa of the versions. for make software developers manage versions efficiently, we design and implement local version manager by using TCI/TK and C' in Solaris 2.5.

  • The purpose of this study is to promote the efficient operation of the Home visit nursing care services by identifying the perception and experience of visiting nurses at the community center. To this end, a methodological triangle study method was applied to visiting nurses. As a result of analysis the delivery system of the home visit nursing care services, the perception and participation experience of nurses, it was found that it is necessary to supplement the program standards such as the number of visiting target, health assesment, and information system for the efficiency of the visit. It is suggested that policy alternatives should be developed by sharing the major issues raised in this study.

  • The XP, the representative methodology of Agile software development, maximizes the effectiveness of the development by focusing on development itself and using primitive and basic process definition that can be easily implemented in the fields. However, the most of XP's practices came from those of engineering and the manogement practices of work product tend to be overlooked. The research on the implementation of those manogement practices has not been performed enough. Because of deficiency of processes that guide the change control over major baselines of work product and that describe proper continuous integration and refactoring in XP, the integrity of those work products is difficult to be guaranteed. To fulfill this work product integrity, CM(configuration manogement) should be hired and CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) is considered to be the best references for that purpose, CMMI defines the required practices of CM and leave implementation details to the organization so that it could customize those practices based on the characteristics of its development methods. The CM process implementation guidelines based on CMMI could provides work product integrity with a way of keeping XP's agility that includes continuous integration, refactoring and small release. In this research, we selected CM process factors applicable to XP among CMMI's CM practices and based on them we developed the CM implementation guidelines.
