This study was carried out to investigate how the basic plan of the Saemangeum development project that has been developed by the government since 1991 has been changed and to present a new development strategy by analyzing the future value and tourism resource value of Saemangeum development. The research methodology is based on the in - depth analysis methodology of the time series research materials and press releases published by the Saemangeum Development Administration, which oversees the development of Saemangeum. The government announced a plan to significantly reduce agricultural land and increase the proportion of non-agricultural land to 70% in order to create a multifunctional complex. After that, the government revised the basic plan of Saemangeum in 2014 and changed the plan to tailor the investment demand in order to cultivate investment demand, and introduced the special economic cooperation system for global economic cooperation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of Saemangeum development to date and to evaluate the value of Saemangeum development as a tourism resource, centered on the Master Plan of the Saemangeum Development Project changed by the government. Based on the results of this analysis, I would like to present the vision of Saemangeum tourism development considering Saemangeum 's environment and characteristics of the surrounding scenery by referring to trends and similar cases of international tourism.

This paper deals with the exchange of tourists and the operation of sightseeing train encouraged by the inter-Korean cross-border railway project. First of all, how the inter-Korean cross-border railway project has developed will be discussed. After this, the present tourism state, facilities, the state of railways and roads of North Korea, and major tourist attraction around the Kyonguisun will be shown. And then, several aspects on the agreements between the Korean National Railroad (KORAIL) and North Korean railroad system will be summarized. And, finally, the economic effect of the line including the operation schedule of the Kyonguisun sightseeing train, the demand forecast, the computation of railway fare, and profit sharing will be depicted.

오늘날 급속히 변화하는 경영환경에 기업인들이 쉽게 적응해 간다는 것이 쉬운 일이 아님을 잘 알려진 사실이지만 그러한 사실을 인정하는 전문인들은 그리 많지 않은 듯 하다. 실제로 기업환경에 영향을 주는 요소들은 점점 복잡해지고 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있어서 호텔관광식음료산업(이하 HRT산업)에 영향을 줄 수 있는 사항들을 검토하고 그것들의 변화를 예측한다는 것은 더욱 더 어려워지고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 노력이 계속되어야만 하는 이유는 변화에 대비하여 다가오는 재앙을 예방하고 적극적으로 기회를 포착하기 위함이며 오늘의 세계를 이해하고 자신감을 확보하여 우리의 활동 영역과 범주를 확장하고 미래를 선택할 수 있게 하기 위함이다. 미래에 대한 분석과 비전 제시는 이 시대의 HRT산업의 리더들이 해야할 최고의 덕목일 것이라 믿는다. 이에 기업에 도움이 될 수 있는 유용한 정보들을 파악하여 미래를 준비하는 경영인들에게 비전을 제시한다는 것은 충분히 가치가 있다고 하겠다. 필자는 이 시대의 HRT산업을 연구하는 학자이며 경영자문가로서 그 동안의 많은 워크샵(Workshop)과 연구결과를 결집하고 현장의 산 경험을 바탕으로 앞으로 10여년 동안 HRT산업에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다섯 가지 주요요소(수요와 공급형태의 변화, 산업 내외적 환경의 안전과 안정, 자산과 자본확보 경쟁, 기술 그것의 경쟁우위방법, 새로운 경영인)들에 대해 제1장에서 정리하였으며 제2장 호텔관광식음료산업의 주요변화예측과 비젼을 핵심만 제시하고자 한다.

With the advent of the era of mass tourism in China and people's yearning for a better life, the demand for family tourism is increasing. This paper adds the filial piety concept variable to the original model based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB). It tests the influence mechanism of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and filial piety on the intention of family tourism behavior. The results show that； Attitude and subjective norms have significant influence on the intention of family tourism behavior; Perceptual behavior control has no significant influence on the intention of family tourism behavior; Mutual filial piety has a significant impact on family tourism behavior and authoritative filial piety has no significant effect on family tourism decision-making behavior. This conclusion expands the application boundary of the theory of planned behavior in the study of family tourism behavior intentions, and provides application reference for tourists and tourism enterprises.

As the demands of island tourism increasing, the importance of information is considered the key success factor of island tourism. This study suggest the several factors that affecting in island tourism based on the previous studies of tourism research domain. the Important Performance Analysis(IPA) that has much popularity in tourism research is used to evaluate the information characteristic and priority of island tourism in university students of Korea. Based on the result of this study, the information of the natural landscape/scenery and the sightseeing related activity have less priority than the facilities and local foodstuff of the specific island. Considering the aspects and levels of currently serviced island tourism information, differentiated information that including the facilities and local foodstuff of island have reasonable priority for establishing effective and efficient island tourism strategy.

크루즈 관광에 대한 인식과 생활수준 향상으로 크루즈 관광에 대한 수요가 급증하는 추세이다. 그러나 기능중심으로 발전된 항만시설은 크루즈 여객선 터미널의 건설에 대한 대응력이 미약한 실정이다. 따라서 다이어그램을 통해서 계획 된 요코하마 여객 터미널의 동선 및 배치계획을 바탕으로 크루즈 터미널에 적합한 공간설계의 기술개발을 목표로 한다.

This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.

Gangwon-do is one of Korea's most popular tourist destinations, with varying tourism demands and trends across its subregions. It is crucial to identify the characteristics of tourism in each area and compare the tourism patterns over time to devise policies that revitalize tourism in each local government and promote balanced development across regions. In this paper, we classify the regions in Gangwon-do based on tourism data from the last four years and analyze the tourism pattern of each region using the non-Euclidean additive model proposed by Jeon et al. (2021). The model incorporates the proportions of visitors by age groups and the proportions of navigation searches by destination types as two covariates, and the proportions of tourism expenditure types as a response variable. We estimate the model using the smooth-backfitting method and coordinate-wise bandwidth selection. The results are visualized in ternary plots, and changes in tourism patterns over time are analyzed by comparing the ratios of prediction errors to fitting errors.

This study compared and analyzed the trends of wellness-related tourism polices in Japan, which have policy similarities with Korea, through related literature research and online interview surveys amid growing demand for wellness tourism in Korea's wellness tourism policy implications. According to the survey, wellness tourism-related concepts do not differ particularly between Korea and Japan, and the use of health tourism or wellness tourism concepts is more common in Japan than healing tourism. Wellness tourism policy is analyzed to be more systematic in Japan in the areas of policy principal agent's flexibility, policy efficiency, related certification, and human resource development, and Korea in the driving force and institutional maintenance of policy. It was judged that Korea needs to establish a wellness tourism consultative body, such as the case of Japan, and improve efficiency through systematic certification of wellness tourism and qualitative management of related manpower. In order to industrialize wellness tourism, it is necessary to increase the healing effectiveness and product value of wellness tourism by organically linking wellness resources specialized by region, and to conduct in-depth analysis of the direction and strategies of wellness tourism policies in preparation for the post-Corona(COVID-19) Era and an empirical study of tourism sites.
