The tourism industry is considered as the world largest industry and it is assessed as the most effective way to create employment. In particular, the marine tourism industry such as marine leisure sports, cruise can create high added value so that its significance has been more emphasized. Korea has natural tourist attractions such as more than 3,000 islands, about 12,000km lengths coastline, wide wetlands and beautiful seascape. In addition, the establishment of the five-day workweek and the development of means of transportation make the policy demand of the public for marine tourism increase continuously. However, Korea currently lacks policy and system for revitalizing marine tourism industry as the new growth engine and has not made good use of its retained tourist resource. Accordingly, this study explores the current situation and challenges of Korean marine tourism industry and further analyses the limits of the national legal systems for marine tourism. Lastly, it suggests policy recommendation for promoting marine tourism industry.

Korea has risen to one of the most newly industrialized countries boasting its consecutive successful economic growth. The economic growth brought the Korean people more money and free time. Koreans all want to spend more time on leisure activities and travels. In this "mass Tour Age", because of its diverse functions and excellent facilities, resort condominium has been got much more attention. Instead of analyzing whole condominium operations, we put more emphasis on the room reservation system for the efficiency of operation. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of current condominium operations and to suggest innovative new solutions. To accomplish the purpose, we analyzed the current room reservation system of condominiums in Korea. After reviewing the current reservation system, we provide a couple of suggestions. In order to improve reservation process, future demands should be forecasted as accurately as possible, or be based on everything from sophisticated technological system. I wish this study can help innovate the current reservation problems of the resort condominium industry for continuous improvements of the industry.

This study is for a search for methods of development of marine leisure sports. As worldwide trend of marine leisure sports is developing rapidly and people more concern about their quality of life and leisure in Korea, the ear of marine leisure sports should be coming in Korea soon. This study is for a search for methods of development though the SWOT analysis. The results of the study are as below. First, the Strength of enlargement of the base in Korea are elation of concern of government and local governments, expanding local event of marine leisure sports with existing facilities and various programs. Second, the weakness of enlargement of the base in Korea are lack of awareness of marine leisure sports, frequent accident occurrence and lack of experts of marine leisure sports. Third, the Opportunity of enlargement of the base in Korea are more budget due to elation of concern of government and local governments and more preference of people in Korea. Fourth, the Threaten of enlargement of the base in Korea are low efficiency of high cost investment construction from government and local governments, huge fee of using facilities due to high cost investment construction and requiring treatment improvement of instructors of leisure sports facilities.

In these days many korean people have much interested in oceanic sports and oceanic leisure equipment.. However, the current condition for the marine leisure in korea are not advanced even worse than wnderdeveloped countries.. Recently several suggestion for vitalization on the marine leisure industry and preparations of the laws & the regulations for marine leisure.. This paper suggest the new marina model using ubiquitous sensor network to reduce the risk of the policy and the investment in the filed og marine leisure industry.

The exterior color of the building reflects its style. With the advancement of the 'Village Art' project in South Korea, many villages have gradually developed into tourist attractions. Therefore, it is also important to distinguish between residents' lifestyles and tourist needs through architectural color design. This article first investigates the literature and analyzes the use function of the building and the role of the exterior color in the villages. Secondly, the four types of buildings in Huinnyeoul Culture Village: residential, commercial, leisure, and public toilets are investigated as the research objects. Analyze through the KSCA color measurement analysis system and questionnaire survey, and propose a color plan for the exterior of the building. Research results: First, the main color area of the outer wall of the residential building should be the largest, with a tendency of high brightness and low saturation. Second, small buildings with high chroma in the recreation area can be used as visual guidance.Third, the buildings in the commercial area are mainly of high brightness, high chroma, and multi-hue. Fourth, the main color of the bathroom is the main color of the residential area and the leisure area, which can provide a sense of visual stability.

부산 광안리 일대는 해수욕장과 광안대교 그리고 불꽃축제와 해양레저센터 등을 두루 갖춘 국제적인 관광명소이다. 특히 김해국제공항으로부터 부산에 진입하는 경우 공항에서 연결된 자동차 전용도로가 광안대교에 연결되어 있기 때문에 외지에서 볼 때, 가장먼저 부산의 바다를 보게 되는 장소이기도 하다. 따라서 광안리 도시공간은 바다와 내륙의 관광명소가 어우러진다는 부산의 정체성을 잘 보여주는 장소로서 그 의미가 더욱 크다. 그러나 광안리 도시공간이 국제적인 명소로 확고하게 정착되기 위해서는 보완해야 할 공공디자인적 요소들이 있다. 그것은 도시공간의 결절점과 확장성, 광안리를 향한 보행자의 접근로, 해변공간의 구조, 건축물들의 파사드와 같은 것들이다. 본 연구는 이러한 요소들을 정리하고 분석하여 광안리 도시공간의 업그레이드를 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 부산의 대표적인 관광명소인 광안리와 그 일대의 도시공간이 향후 세계적인 규모의 행사 수용은 물론 장기적인 발전이 가능해지는 초석이 될 것이다.

Recently, tourism and leisure related VR contents have gained attention of potential tourists. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze investigate the effects of 360-degree VR tourism contents motivations, flow, continuance usage intention on visit intention for Chinese student in Korea. This study found that hedonic benefit and personal benefit exerted a positive influence on visit intention of contents users. However, vividness and usability did not influence on visit intention. Moreover, flow exerted a significant influence on visit intention but continuance usage intention did not influence on visit intention. The study is significant in shedding light on whether the motivations, flow, continuance usage intention of 360-degree VR tourism contents influences visit intention. It is suggested that the consumption of 360-degree VR tourism contents can be a useful marketing tool for strength of intention to visit.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the expenditure determinants of the leisure goods consumption market. In order to achieve the research purpose, 6597 samples of household trend survey data were used. Tobit model was applied to estimate expenditure determinants. As a result of analysis, expenditure determinants for sporting goods were influenced by marital status, education level, age, number of households, housing ownership and income level. The variables influencing spending on leisure items such as mountain climbing, fishing and hunting items were influenced by gender, marital status, education level, age, number of households, housing ownership and income level. The analysis results can be used as policy data for the establishment of leisure culture. The National Statistical Office's household trend survey is a yearly survey through a nationwide survey, but despite the fact that it is reliable data, it is not possible to apply various variables such as psychological characteristics to estimate consumer expenditure determinants more concretely. Medical tourism refers to visiting overseas to receive medical services and tourism at the same time. In other words, it can be said that it is a tourism activity that combines medical service, various cultural activities, leisure, and shopping. As such, medical tourism is not limited to simple medical services, but is a new high-value-added industry that creates new profits by fusion with tourism services. Many countries are making continuous efforts to foster their own tourism industry by attracting foreign tourists. Therefore, in order to secure competitiveness in dental services among the medical tourism industry in Korea, this study was to examine the relationship between dentist's treatment, hospital facilities, dental staff, and patient satisfaction. As a result, it was found that the dentist's treatment had a positive effect on both the staff of the dental facility in the hospital and the satisfaction of the patient.

Camp Page, which has been located in front of Chuncheon Station for about 50 years since 1958, recently opened to the public. Chuncheon City is currently struggling to construct a park on this site due to an uncertainty of general plans and financial difficulties. Accordingly, this research conducted a cognitive survey about site usage with Camp Page users in order to clarify directions for efficient establishment of parks within the former military base. The course of research includes analytical methods such as a survey targeting Chuncheon citizens and tourists both in the field and online, a frequency analysis of 1,360 index samples, a cross analysis and t-test. As a result, firstly, Chuncheon citizens recognized the image of Chuncheon as a city with a fresh, clean lakeshore whereas tourists think of it as a city for sightseeing and leisure. Hence, it was justifiable to conclude that the city should organize various programs for people to enjoy leisure activities while at the same time protecting the environment. Second, the awareness of tourists about Camp Page was relatively low and both citizens and tourists recognize that it was not sufficient enough for enjoyment of free time. The majority answered "space for culture and art and for experiencing the natural environment" when asked about the direction of space creation at Camp Page, which indicates that the site will need to be available both for cultural art and nature experiences. Lastly, it was thought that the direction of developing leisure facilities in Chuncheon city should include the improvement of worn out installations and developing chain products among programs. This research will be able to use fundamental data for the efficient utilization of the returned U.S. military camps that are constantly merging.
